hi everyone! brief update from me if anyone's interested i guess! i started outpatient hospital as well as working on several projects (both fandom and irl related) so I'm exhausted pretty much all of the time but other than that im okay 💪 the horrors persist but so do we etc etc

Hi, everyone! After a few delays, Through Burning Coals (previously seen on Tumblr under the url @nickandmayazine, that account is no longer monitored by anyone on the mod team and neither is the Caard) is under new management. Mods Cas and Wendy Rocket have stepped down, Mods Astri and Sonic are staying on, and Mod Karei and I (Mod Hope, previously a contributor) are joining them.

We're still reorganizing to an extent, but the most important information right now is that:

We're switching to a hybrid model of sorts where the preexisting contributors will remain on the project if they want to, but open call sign-ups will open on 7/7 and close on 9/20.

We're looking to expand the team with a graphics mod! See below (and thank you very much to Mod Astri for putting this together.)

If you're interested in helping us out, feel free to DM me (hopestoryteller) or one of the other mods on Discord with your portfolio, socials, and previous zine experience by 7/10.
