A 16x timelapse of a self-tie (check my last video for the first few minutes at normal speed). The base took 11 minutes and three 8-meter red jute ropes, and the boning took 19 minutes and two 8-meter yellow linen ropes. (I disappear in the middle for a bit to go blow my nose — I’m full of the cold today)

A silent (apart from rope noises and my occasional sniffle) demo of the start of my cored square knot corset base. This is the first 8-meter rope, and after this I attach two more 8-meter ropes to finish the base (I might turn that into a timelapse video, as it’s just the same knot over and over)

I got my nails done at the airport to kill time waiting for a flight, so am doing more hands poses than normal. I kind of like it and am considering becoming a person who regularly gets their nails done (after 48 years of being a person who just cuts their nails as short as possible as soon as their presence starts to cause sensory ick)

(Photo editing disclosure: I used a manual selective colour app (Color Splash) and traced all the ropes to make this image. The originals were very warm-toned, so I had to boost the colour in the blue and purple images otherwise the ropes looked too grey. Apart from that and rotating/cropping, there was no image editing.)
