Idea: Nightmare guarded Dream’s apples while he played or attended to the people. After time and time of doing this, the temptarion grew too great and Nightmare decided to eat one which had fell at his feet.

FATAL_ERROR DESIGN REFERENCE (Updated Aug 2019)

Finally finished XD That took so much longer than I expected, but it has been a busy weekend so there’s that, haha (definitely need to improve my speed with these things though) 

Updating Fatal’s design reference has been on my ever-growing list of things to get done, and seeing as I’ve been practicing creating concept art/beefing up my portfolio I figured I’d be killing two birds with one stone with this one ^^ If you want to see the first reference I made for him, you can check it out here:

Wow frisks eyes changed wut????????

That will be a lil bit long explanation, I’m sorry.

As you know, in Undertale world there are 7 colors for humans souls, at least that’s what they say. We will take just two of them, determination and patience.Hold it in your mind.In the story that I tell in underfell universe, Frisk and Chara are twins. They both had red eyes. Just the color without any meaning. But you can call them devil twins like did everyone in their village :D

Gaster tried to raise the level of Frisks determination during his experiments, that he successfully could do. As result, Frisk is very determined, probably too much.So, will determined person stay at lab with crazy scientist? Nah-ah. But he was just a kid, and he was weaker than Gaster. So Frisk needed to be more patient, to hold his determination and wait. Kid learn how to be patient. I changed only his left eye ‘cause his soul didn’t change at all. You can see it in the end here.

Some time after many things happened, Frisk once again tries to escape but instead finds a reason to wait again. You can find it here, if you want. And so his right eye changes to make Frisk calmer, more patient. So. Probably like this it’s easier to understand. That’s the meaning of colors that I use.

As you can see, you can understand Frisk’s condition(or mood, as you prefer) by his eyes.He is very patient person. But still you can piss him off and then patience, that isn’t his natural trait, just gives up and determination takes it’s place. It’s good sometimes(determination doesn’t always mean bad things)! But usually no.Gaster overloaded Frisk’s soul with determination and created a great generator and a real beast, just a killer- machine. He’s agressive, strong, don’t mind to kill and enjoys fights… probably even enjoys murder.But still he has his patient to restrain his determination. Frisk want to be a good guy, even if he knows that he is just a beast out of his own control. Welp, he didn’t kill skelebros even once, that’s something.

Welp. That’s the explanation why they change colors and what the hell is going on. Uh… did it help?
