My cardio sucks & I've always wanted to be able to run more than 100 ft without getting winded, so here we go on my next life-changing adventure. FOCUS T25 DAY 13: SPEED 1.0
So I’m going a bit out of order, but I am keeping count of the days including the days I take off so I can keep a realistic idea of how much I slack haha.
Now, if you take a look at the last photo of the booty, you’ll see my right thigh. On the outside of that thigh is a permanent chunk of scar tissue from falling on the same exact spot a couple different times. (Photo also included for reference) Unfortunately that means my thighs will always be misappropriational af, & of course my eyes are always drawn to the flaws in my body, so that chunk will always bother me. Bc even though my left thigh will show my progress, my right is what I’ll stare at & curse for hours. So, yeah.

FOCUS T25 DAY 11: TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT
Today was good! I could’ve pushed myself more but being in the sun during the morning really killed me 🥵 I took yesterday as my rest day to celebrate my new job at APPLE!!! I was hired as a technical specialist & couldn’t be more thrilled!!
I hate hate hate the picture of my stomach here, but I’m posting it as a reminder to never let myself get to this point ever again. Day by day, melting a layer away. I got this

I felt so much stronger this week than I did last week, obviously there’s no visual change, but honestly I’m just trying to not hate myself as much as I do & this is what works the best. I wish I could push past my thoughts of self hate, but sometimes they’re just so LOUD. So here’s to me, here’s to my health, & taking charge instead of just wallowing. Let’s fucking DIG DEEPER

Oooh I am feeling the soreness today!! But the motivation fire is still burning bright so hopefully that means it’s here to stay 💪
This is after my shower, & I forgot how amaaazing cold showers feel after a heated workout.
I don’t expect to see changes every single day, but I do love looking through all my photos at the end & being like ah!! Look! It just disappeared!
