满月了！现在当妈了，自然也时时关注市面上的婴儿用品。怀孕期间所做的婴儿用品清单，现在总算可以理清楚了。因为是新手的关系，总觉得这也需要，那也需要，结果花了不少冤枉钱（家里经济不是很好～）。为了让新手妈妈们开源节流，我在这里稍微讲解0到1月宝宝的必需品，真的真的需要哦！

这是我帮宝宝换洗衣裤和尿片的平台。由于我是剖腹产的，不方便蹲上蹲下，所以我准备一张桌子，把经常要用到的东西都放在上面，这样不仅不会弄疼伤口，还可以在做月期间享受跟宝宝换洗的乐趣。

很多毛巾（大、小条都需要）

入院待产时的必备品之一！你特别需要大量的大小毛巾，棉质的，不然用尿布也行。为了照顾宝宝的清洁卫生（宝宝的免疫系统还不是很好），一天里大概都需要5到8条毛巾。“这么多？！”用在哪？洗澡、擦拭身体、有时候宝宝呕奶或溢奶、喝完奶擦嘴等等～你意想不到的时候或状况。我买不多小的面巾，所以我把一些尿布剪一半来用（宝宝都用纸尿片），却也从中省了一笔买毛巾的钱。

衣裤（短袖、长袖、短裤、长裤、手脚袜）

入院待产时的必备品之一！如果你有很多亲戚朋友有孩子的，很多时候他们会把他们孩子穿过的宝宝衣送给你。老一辈的人说，新生儿穿旧衣会比较“乖”，可能是用过洗过的宝宝衣比较柔软，所以穿起来比较舒服吧…不知道…在怀孕后期很幸运地收到很多宝宝衣，所以我只买了两套衣服（入院待产的时候想给宝宝穿新的衣服，欢迎她来到这个世界）。手脚袜就要买比较多，虽然有人送，但是因为穿过了有些松脱不适合（衣服大件一点没关系，宝宝很快大的！）

纸尿片 / 尿布

纸尿片是入院待产时的必备品之一！我是在政府医院待产的，护士会叫你准备一些纸尿片给宝宝用。至于出院后你要用纸尿片或者是尿布就随你了。起初，我也有买尿布，觉得比较环保也很省钱。但是用尿布几天后宝宝的屁屁就红红了（所谓的尿布疹），看了很是揪心；妈妈也花了不少时间洗尿布（换的次数很多）。最后为了要宝宝的屁屁健康和节省妈妈的时间，爸爸决定把尿布给废除了！的确，钱能解决的问题就不是问题…现在宝宝屁屁美美的，妈妈也有更多时间做些家务和写文章。爸爸花大钱买MamyPoko牌子的纸尿片，透气性很好，也很干爽。爸爸也试着用比较廉价的纸尿片，但是吸水性不比这个牌子好，也不是很透气，宝宝穿了很明显的一尿就哭…果然一分钱一分货。

Baby Wipes 是入院待产时的必备品之一！我没有用Baby Wipes 帮宝宝擦屁屁，本人还是觉得用普通温水偏凉和化妆棉就好了。Baby Wipes 通常在帮宝宝换尿片或是擦身体前，把自己的手擦干净；或者用来擦换洗衣裤和尿片的平台保持卫生。所以Baby Wipes 在我家是给爸爸妈妈用的，除非宝宝的屁屁被大便弄的非常肮脏才用，或者去医院/诊所检查时用。

棉花团 / 化妆棉

我用化妆棉和温水帮宝宝擦脏脏的屁屁。之前宝宝的外婆买了棉花团给宝宝用，用着不是很好，因为不管你抓大团或是小团的棉花，浸水后都是一个size…所以觉得化妆棉比较省钱，而且已经是一片片的非常便利。Watson有折扣的时候买很有划算，一次买多些，可以用很久。

驱风油

Yu Yee Oil (CAP LIMAU)

宝宝容易胀风和肚疼，这时候驱风油就派上用场了。从小我都是用所谓的黑风油，黑黑的，不辣。宝宝的外婆说宝宝洗澡的时候一定要在头部凹陷处和肚脐眼涂上一层薄薄的黑风油，这样才不会“进风和进水”。但是听说现在比较流行用如意油，不是黑黑的，但是很辣，对大人来说涂了很“爽”，但是对刚出生的婴儿却相对过于刺激（皮肤太薄嫩了）！所以我在宝宝靠近满月的时候才允许爸爸👨用如意油，当然祛风效果也比黑风油来的显著。除了涂头部和肚脐眼，马来护士也建议在小腿肚、脚板和背部涂少许（马来习俗）祛风。

指甲剪

这个重要了！如果你不想宝宝变成花猫脸，除了给宝宝戴上手袜，也要时常帮宝宝修剪指甲哦！宝宝醒着喊奶喊肚疼或者在换洗的时候会稍微“挣扎”，小小的手会拼命地在脸上头上刷刷刷！我的宝宝就这样头上脸上都有红红的线条～所以记得要跟宝宝剪指甲哦！不建议使用大人的指甲剪，太大了，不小心就会✂️到宝宝手指的肉肉的。

棉花棒

棉花棒不常用，但还是需要的哦！有时候清洗宝宝细嫩的皮肤时，可以用棉花棒沾水来清理皱褶的地方，因为那里有隐藏的死皮～千万不要用棉花棒来清洁宝宝的耳朵和鼻子！宝宝有自己的一套把耳屎和鼻屎去掉的😄，不需要过多担心。

我的宝宝在旱季加上烟霾的季节出生，才回家不久就开始有鼻屎了（灰尘很多）。当干的鼻屎差不多把宝宝的鼻腔给塞满的时候，宝宝非常不舒服，呼吸不顺畅，导致喝奶的时候断断续续的，睡觉也睡得不安宁，经常在“吸鼻子”，做妈妈的我担心死了，生怕稍微不留意宝宝就呼吸不到了。爸爸👨带宝宝去医院，医生说宝宝小是没有药💊吃的，只能用盐水滴进她的鼻腔，让鼻屎软化，宝宝就会把软化的鼻屎吸进去或是打喷嚏出��。用盐水几天了（洗澡的温水蒸汽���会起到软化鼻屎的效果），不见宝宝把鼻屎弄走，后来上网看到大家使用吸鼻屎的“道具”，就买来试试。起初失败，什么都吸不到。后来有一次在爸爸用盐水滴进宝宝的鼻孔后的几分钟，爸爸试着吸宝宝的鼻屎出来，宝宝稍微挣扎，但是不用几秒钟，鼻屎被吸进道具里面了！成功！宝宝的鼻孔通了（宝宝脸上一副神奇的脸）。

洗澡盆和大小桶

帮宝宝洗澡和擦身体用。可以买大一点的洗澡盆，宝宝能用到一两岁，不会浪费。如有需要可以加多一个防滑板给宝宝，我呢，是用一片尿布当防滑板…哈！大小桶是准备给擦身体、丢弃尿片或肮脏的衣物等用的（不建议把尿片和厨房的垃圾放在一块儿哦~看着都不卫生）。

宝宝发热气或起热痱的时候抹的，可以在各大药行买到（我是去政府医院拿的，那个时候以为宝宝发烧了，第一次当妈～）。

Diaper Cream

宝宝红屁屁 （尿布疹）的时候用，薄薄地涂在红红的屁股，保证凉爽凉爽的！不建议用粉状的（powder），可能会引起敏感（宝宝可能会吸进鼻子里去）。

奶瓶

虽然我是喂母乳的，但是有时候乳房被宝宝弄疼了就把奶挤出来用奶瓶喂。建议妈妈们买玻璃瓶的好。虽然比起塑料的奶瓶有些重，但是容易清洗，也容易发现没洗干净的地方。因为我不是喂奶粉的，所以只买了两个玻璃奶瓶放着备用。玻璃奶瓶比起塑料奶瓶有点小贵哦~

Liquid Cleanser

刚出世的宝宝抵抗力没那么好，所以奶瓶或者其他宝宝用品的清洁要照顾好。我买了宝宝专用的洗物液，闻起来像酵素的味道，对宝宝是无毒的，比起平时用的洗碗液相对安全的多。

Baby 洗衣粉/ 洗衣液

我用专门洗宝宝衣物的洗衣粉，温和的洗衣粉不会刺激到宝宝的皮肤引起敏感。

温度计

担心宝宝是不是生病了？很多时候生病的症状都伴随着发烧，很多时候爸爸妈妈用自己的手背放在宝宝的额头来测量体温是不准确的，所以温度计不能不买！

人生的最后一站，圆了

老人家常说，人从出生、长大、读书、工作、结婚、直到宝宝出生的那一刻，你的人生就算走了一圈了。再过几天就是临盆的日子，皇后不急太监急，身边的家人朋友感觉比我还期待那一天的到来。我想，可能是一路走来做了不少关于怀孕和照顾宝宝的功课，现在对于讨论这些话题都有点麻木了。

现在静待着宝宝的到来，也开始悉数接下来两个月能做的事情。之前笼统地记录了要筹备的事项，现在在这里来个简单的总结。

1   准备宝宝用品

之前做了一个表单记载所需的婴儿用品，这不单方便我清楚知道哪个物品多了还是少买了，同时也把所有花费在这的费用都做了个记录，方便以后没事做的时候可以和未来的妈妈分享和筹划购买宝宝用品所需的金钱。现在，就大概剩下洗澡用品了还没买了。如果有亲朋戚友要送礼，也可以让他们知道你现在所缺的东西，也不至于让他们买些用不上的。

2   宝宝存钱大计

There are many electric breast pumps on the market which are branded and expensive such as Phillips AVENT, Autumnz, Medela, Spectra and etc. If you go to the review or comparison sites on the electric breast pumps, they will most likely recommend you to use those well-known branded breast pumps which will cost you more than RM200 and above. For example, one of the Medela electric breast pumps, Swing cost about RM599 and this is the price at one of the online store.

At first, I was shilly-shallied about buying an electric breast pump because it will be going to exceed my budget for preparing the baby items. Besides, it will only be used for maybe half of the year or one. Then, will you give the expensive electric breast pump to your ready-to-be mum’s friend as a present just like you are giving out the used baby shirts??

I think this was the blessing from the GOD. I found one electric breast pump at one of my favorite online stores, Shopee and it is the CHEAPEST among those branded one. I thought it was a scam because of the incredibly low price makes me feel that it is not reliable, and also it looks like one of the China brand, Real Bubee (I thought both are the same, maybe this company copies the China’s idea? Hmm…). I then scrolled down and see those rating with photos. Many mummies tried it out and the feedback was NOT BAD!

This electric breast pump is very convenient to use because it uses USB power supply so it can save up the space of electric plug by using laptop or power bank to turn the pump on. The size of the pump just fit on my palm. To check whether it is working fine before I need it for one month later, this is the result: (because my site is not a premium plan, no money…so I can only convert my video to the audio file so you can get some idea on how this pump works!)

It sounds too good for me to have this cheap and workable electric breast pump. I will write a review on its performance once I try it out. I really hope it will work well and this will really save lots of my money, and other mummies’ money too.

While it has been a long time for me to do my research on the differences between the types of feeding bottles in the market. I saw this comparison chart when I did my window shopping at one of the local shopping malls and finally, my husband and I decided to buy the GLASS feeding bottles.

Although glass feeding bottle is far more expensive than the plastic one, we still choose it as the best for our baby due to these advantages of glass feeding bottle:

No chemicals (it is glass…)

Easier to clean (this is the second most important!)

Heat resistance

Compatible with the breast pump (most of the time)

My husband and I went through some physical stores and online stores over the weekends. We found that most of the time the prices of glass bottles for those well-known brands such as Philips AVENT, Pigeon and Tommee Tippee at the physical stores are more expensive than the online stores.

Thus, we searched the glass feeding bottle on several leading online stores in Malaysia such as Lazada, Shopee, and 11street. In the end, we found the most affordable Pigeon glass feeding bottle on Shopee. We bought two 120ml Pigeon Slim-Neck Nursing Glass Bottle with RM82.39 (~20USD) with the promotion code applied.

We plan to buy five more glass feeding bottles in the coming month to store the breast milk in case I go to work after my confinement. Hopefully, the price won’t change a lot after a month. We still need to keep an eye on our monthly budget…as you may refer to my previous post on how to budget our money month by month.

久违的中文部落格 那已经是N年前的事了？从中学到大学一直反反复复地把自己的部落格开呀关的。如今已迈入即将当妈的阶段了，才想到再不锻炼自己的中文造诣，以后会不会被自己的孩子称作"BANANA"...作为一个大马人，英文、中文和国语都是必须掌握的三大语言。但实际上，现在这个时代，人人都觉得外国的月亮比较圆，外国的语言比较GENG。现在生活在都市的十个小孩里面，十之八九都是所谓的"BANANA"，中学生成天学日语韩语，都不想学自己的母语。我在想，将来华语会不会就此销声匿迹呢...哈哈... 其实我还是在犹豫着要不要写中文的部落格，毕竟现在也是有在写着英文的。有些时候觉得比起用半桶水的英文，中文比较容易能让我抒发自己的感受。

Teluk Intan (Chinese: 安顺) is one of town in Perak, Malaysia. This town is located near to the river bank of the Perak river. Due to its strategic location, this peaceful town is famous for their freshness of the SEAFOOD!

I just had a chance to enjoy my dinner with my colleagues at one of the food courts named 99 Food City in Teluk Intan which recommended by my local friend. According to her, this is one of the famous dining places where the local people will usually bring the family to eat seafood here.

At first, I thought I will need to wait more than 30 minutes to have our dishes served because there was a long queue and they only have two chefs to prepare the food. Surprisingly, the four dishes we ordered were on our table within 30 minutes. The seafood (prawn and clam) are freshly harvested. Besides, all dishes are delicious and finger licking!

Another shocking news was, the total price of all the dishes above including rice for four was just RM68.40 (about USD17)! That’s CHEAP!

In my opinion, there are three main reasons why the local people choose 99 Food City as their dining place:

Seafood lover (the seafood is fresh and served with big portion)

Affordable price (incredibly cheap!)

Fast serving time

If you like to eat seafood and want to try the local taste, I recommend you come here and experience the local people lifestyle.

At the polls on Wednesday (May 9, 2018), the opposition coalition (Pakatan Harapan, PH) had defeated the Barisan Nasional (BN)by having 113 out of 222 parliamentary seats! Again, CONGRATULATION to Tun Dr. Mahathis Mohamad who become our Malaysia Prime Minister!
