Hey I was rewatching some contents and had a doubt , in August 2015 , jk had a hidden mission in osaka , to make jm say thankyou.

Did it happend on same day , jk stopped and sang to jm on stage , 'for you' ?

Is the one where JK is tasked to make JM say ‘thank you.’ He tells JM that he looks handsome and JM immediately says it. Then he decides to do it again and continues to call JM handsome multiple times. JM gets flustered and appreciates JK’s compliments. At one point, he’s like ‘you’re never like this with me. Have you done something wrong to me?’ It’s an overrated moment because I’m not sure if JK’s intentions were 100% genuine. It was a mission he had to complete. I’m not saying JK doesn’t find JM handsome but in that moment, I felt like he didn’t mean it. He could’ve use any other compliment. What are your thoughts?

Hello! So I'm combining these since they are covering the same moment, I also saw your second message @jikook12356 asking if him singing to Jimin on stage was part of the mission. I hope you see this as well anon!! It's a little over 2 different events over this fansign, but we will cover both!

So both the mission and the singing during for you took place during August of 2015, a 3 day fansign concert event in Osaka. The event "theme" or title was called "Vol 2: Undercover Mission in Osaka." You can watch the full video released here with Eng subs here:

This was a 3 day long event, they all received missions to accomplish and some were given on different days then others were. Jungkook received his mission on August 18th, the very first day of the fansign event. The "For You" moment on stage happened on the last day, the 20th. So no, those were not the same day, just the same overall event. To answer one of these questions, no... Jungkook singing the line of "My true feeling lie beyond there" at the end of his verse directly to Jimin, that was not part of his mission at all. No. Instead of continuing his walk all the way forward, he made sure to stop and sing directly to Jimin that line, with eye contact made. Lol and both of them were smiling so hard through the rest of that performance. Fancam, Jimin focus, here:

The moment happens literally right at the start of the song. The reason that Undercover Mission is in the title of the fancam is because it was the name of the fanevent, not that Jungkook was carrying out a mission during the song. In the original video, at the very end, you see them all list what their missions were and if they completed them or not. V had to follow RM around and copy him (other than on stage obviously), Suga had to blow 10 kisses to ARMY during the event, Jin had to show appreciation to all the members for working hard (he hugged them all), RM had to hear the members say "Indeed, leader" or "as expected of the leader" in Japanese during the event, Jimin had to do squats anytime someone called him (that was just mean lol), J-hope had to hold a conversation in Japanese with Suga. Jimin, RM and J-hope failed their missions and had to drink bitter tea as punishment.

So the singing bit, that one was ALL Jungkook. Jungkook also appears to have been keeping an eye on Jimin the 2nd and 3rd day, the 3rd being when this moment happened. On the first day, during a game of tension escalator, while holding his breath and trying to look very angry (the point of the game was to try and look angrier farther down the line they went I think), Jimin fainted and hit some stage equipment, injuring himself. He had to sit out the rest of the performances and make a trip to the hospital to make sure he was okay (he was just some bruising from the fall and needed rest). The members all seemed to be extra worried about him. They were all very very happy to have him back with them on stage for the full concert on that third day too. This could have been what prompted that extra bit of sentimentality from JK towards Jimin during their "For You" performance as well.

Now let's talk about Jungkook's ACTUAL mission. Now if I am right on my assumption that mid 2015 was the beginning of a shift in their dynamics and the flirting started being very very intentional that summer, this would be peak middle of that shift for them. Now do I think this moment gets taken out of context ALOT? Yes, absolutely. For sure. This is not just a random bout of JK unable to handle how attracted he is to Jimin, unable to stop the compliments from bursting out of him. Lol but I do still think it's a cute moment and highlights the shifting in their dynamics at that point in time. Precisely for the same reason anon said where they doubted it was meaningful because he could have chosen any compliment. So let's talk about that more....

Jungkook's mission is to hear Jimin say thank you. He is worried about it because he says it's not something they normally say. He compliments him saying he looks handsome though and Jimin says thank you. JK is shocked it worked so fast. But then he gets to try and hear him say thank you again. So... Jungkook tries the exact same thing a few more times. It doesn't work this time. Now... here is where I see a difference. Anon is correct, he could have said ANYTHING at this point to hear him say thank you. The "you look handsome" compliments clearly are not getting the required result anymore. Why not switch to something as simple as "here, hyung, drink some water before we have to sing on stage for your throat" or when Jimin starts accusing him of messing with him or asking where his phone is, actually find his phone for him. "Here, hyung, it was on the table here." "Oh, thanks Jungkookie." Or he could have tried complimenting him on something he was doing, "you are doing really good at xyz, hyung." But he didn't, I think it's because at this point, he was enjoying the reaction he was getting. He was enjoying how flustered and happy it was making Jimin. Why switch tactics when he can instead enjoy being the one who is making Jimin blush and be all flustered?

Jimin also is not sure what to do with all of this, but he does not once thinks it's a mission. He goes through all the possibilities of him trying to flirt and soften him up for a plethora of other reasons. But even knowing that they all have missions to complete, doesn't think that a barrage of compliments could be it. Maybe it is my bias showing, but I think that if JK had been throwing a barrage of compliments at his other hyungs, they would have clued into the mission. Suga said he figured out that Jin was doing his mission when he went and gave everyone at hug during the concert. And a barrage of compliments unending from JK, would have raised eyebrows. Meaning, Jimin really did feel like he was being flirted with, intentionally. And I do feel like JK was using his mission in order to get to flirt and fluster Jimin. Not at first, but that is definitely what it turned into.

Jimin also takes a moment to point out to JK how much people can appreciate the kind words and compliments and how nice it is to hear. And we start seeing JK compliment Jimin more and more through the years after that. Like he took that comment to heart, took this moment to heart. Jimin likes hearing positive remarks, compliments, that he is good, doing good, looking good. It makes him happy. JK then, without a mission, continued to show Jimin love (platonic or romantic, however you want to see it) in that way.

And another interesting moment during all this was when Jimin was confronting him and giggling over what JK was doing, asking if he did something to his phone, JK felt the need to remind Jimin that there was a camera on them, that they were being filmed. Why was that a needed reminder in the middle of all that flirting? Because that is what that was a teasing type of flirting.

It is also notable that when they were all sharing what their missions were, Jimin looked genuinely shocked and a little unhappy that all that flirting started out as a mission, he eventually turns it into a joke, but that initial reaction was still there. That to me also speaks to how Jimin thought that he was flirting just to flirt, and I don't think Jimin is the type of person to just assume that, so he obviously also was aware of and felt their dynamics starting to shift around this time frame as well, even if he wasn't sure what that shift was or what they were really doing and wasn't quite sure about things. His feelings over all of this were definitely 100% genuine. And while it started as a mission to JK, in my opinion, it turned into more than that.

In the end, is at as big of a deal as it gets made when taken out of context? No. JK was doing a mission, but he was doing it while taking his chance to flirt. So it's definitely still a moment, in my opinion. Follow that up with 2 days later, signing romantic lyrics to Jimin and flustering him again on stage.... well JK was definitely in some type of mood during Osaka. Lol and Jimin didn't really quite know how to always handle that. I would recommend seeing the whole video though above, not just the cut up jikook parts that get put together online by jikookers and form your own opinion with all the context involved too. Lol

words tend to leave me when it comes to this man. i’d like to say something beautiful and eloquent, but at the end of the day, i’m overwhelmed by how much jimin means to me. i don’t think any of us will ever truly deserve him, but i’m thankful every day that he exists. of course he’s not perfect, but no one really is; to me, the best thing about jimin is his humanity. he’s truly a gentle soul. from the way he freely pours out affection, to the way he silently puts the needs of others before his own. i don’t think jimin even knows how precious he is, but i hope he at least knows how loved. ♡

So K-media has been reporting all evening about BTS arriving home in Korea with airport pics and articles. This particular article snapped a photo of the Maknae line walking through the airport together, and titled their photo/mini article over their arrival "BTS V and Jungkook-Jimin together"

These 2 articles did the exact same thing as well. "BTS V, Jungkook-Jimin"

So that is 3 sererate media outlets that have put JK and JM together in a unit basically instead of listing them as V, Jungkook and Jimin. Or any other order. They merged them into a unit like they have done with other couples. Like I mentioned the "Song-Song" couple and how they hyphenate their names together in media posts about them

So while this by no means actually really means anything or confirms anything or really says anything... it's just interesting to note. K-media considers them as a unit or a pair. BTS members talk about them as a unit. They are beloved in Korea. It's just.... INTERESTING. You may all draw whatever conclusions you want from this. Lol

I’m so glad you enjoyed it, Anon! I was super nervous posting it because of the way Jimin is discussed so often with little respect. And yes, here goes my mini JK essay to complement the Jimin essay (and my Filter post is still on the way so hopefully, I’ll balance out my love and attention this week, lol). These are my observations as an empath, so please keep this in mind.

Ah, where do I start with Jungkook? He’s such a rarity in the world of celebrity. When I came across him, I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. You know, to see some bad side to his personality, or the hidden extrovert who just feigned this introvert persona because introverts can’t be successful! But, none of this could be further from the truth. Getting to know him has been a pleasure, but it’s also been so affirming as an introvert. For the first time in my life, I see someone in the spotlight who is like me, and that is powerful. But I also see someone finding himself. It’s a beautiful thing.

His sincerity is the first thing that always strikes me. He has a great line from Nirvana tattooed on his arm: I’d rather be dead than cool. And I believe him. And, I always wonder what affinity he might feel to Kurt--to be so openly under the world’s gaze but at the same time misunderstood and full of feelings he can hardly share. He’s faced demons in front of us, yet so many have odd ideas about him or deny his struggles altogether. ‘My idol could never,’ I’ve heard some say. Your “idol” is human and deserves your compassion first and foremost.

Jungkook has a sweetness that is rare for anyone who wields such power and influence and considering his sincerity, it’s hard not to root for him. You could argue he sometimes still has an innocent naivety, but I can’t help but feel he’s worked hard to maintain it. As cloistered as Bangtan can appear, they’ve seen the world and its malevolence. And, he said himself in his NYE message that he went through hard times this year. Many of us did the things JK did this year, but few of us had to live under impossible expectations and scrutiny like him. But he wears it all with grace and humbleness, seemingly always focused on self-reflection.

There is an Ask in my inbox that discusses JK’s neurodivergent traits, and I am saving it, but he has some lovely neurodivergent traits, and I don’t think it’s bad to recognize those things. He can’t sit still, and I once saw a k-army describe it as ‘moving like seaweed again,’ and it warmed my heart. He does a lot of self-soothing gestures, or ‘stims,’ and it’s clear his anxiety or floating attention gets him in certain public or promo situations. And I love in the NJ VLive, when he’s navigating his little fight with JM, how JM sees his anxiety and starts rubbing his chest. These things are so relatable to many of us. It’s his lack of facade that always astounds me, especially in their variety content. Since sometime in 2019, he’s rarely trying to be anyone other than himself. It’s like we’re watching him find himself in front of our eyes, and isn’t that glorious to watch?

As the youngest (the maknae), cultural traditions mean that he should be the one doted on most and given the most attention. But, so many people don’t see him as the youngest. There are times when his competitiveness for attention comes out (let’s not talk about the ITS pajeon, lol), but it’s so rare. Instead, he has a genuine affection for all his hyungs and enjoys showing that in different ways. Hobi and Jin seem like the closest to him beyond JM, and I love the affection he shows them, especially Jin this year. Hobi said in one of the Festas that JK’s heart had grown bigger over the years, but Yoongi quickly corrected him to say that his heart was always big, they just didn’t know how to love him/treat him (something close to that). It sounds like the group may have struggled with his introversion or other nuances of his personality, but now they truly understand him. And I just love how Hobi is always calling to him, giving him that attention, and drawing him out. Introverts need it.

He’s task-oriented and calm under pressure, and the fried chicken situation ITS is the perfect example of this. Everyone was freaking about all the chicken getting wrecked because the oil was too hot, but he quietly formulated a plan and everyone listened as he calmly relayed it (and then carried it out). Again, it shows how they know and trust his personality and sensibilities. He’s a quiet and strong leader, and I love that. You can lead loudly from the front, but there is a lot of strength in thoughtful, kind leadership from the back.

Jungkook is a natural, effortless artist. We saw the ease with which he painted landscapes ITS, and we’ve seen his other creative endeavors of the years. His GCFs need no introduction, but there are still those who take them for granted. He showed us his eyes and his heart in those films, and I can only hope he continues on. LGO was a huge step up in his filmmaking experience, and I’m excited for that side of his future.

His delicate sensibility abounds in everything he does, from brushing his hair off his face to speaking to animals and inanimate objects. And it’s a contrast to the machismo aspect of his stage presence, where he shines so powerfully as the center of all BTS. He’s an anchor and a diamond somehow, and that’s his duality, but also it’s his leading from the back while standing in the front. Sure, he stands at the center a lot of the time, but he’s the weight under the ship of their vocals, keeping everything afloat so that others can shine on the deck.

And so many people struggle with or brush off the side of his personality that some would call traditionally feminine. His love of flowery, sweet scents, his love of makeup, the way he eschews traditional menswear cuts in favor of feminine or genderless forms. His sensitivity and empathy are both high on the scale, and I think it’s possible he’s an empath of sorts himself. He easily catches any emotions that are circulating, though I noticed this year he’s gotten stronger with Jimin. He cared for him so well at ON:E and then again at NYE, he was looking all concerned but didn’t become overwhelmed himself.

He is so often portrayed as a monstrously large figure in fan art, rippling with muscles, when he’s really lithe and graceful himself...unless he’s gotten jacked to lift his Minnie (lol). I see his dedication to fitness tying into his desire to push himself, and maybe even a love for pain; he is addicted to tattoos, after all. And Jimin told us how he loves to feel his body exhausted. I think that for some time he may have felt that building his muscles was the best way to be an attractive adult man, but I see this changing. He seems more relaxed about it, and recently mentioned he’d want the superpower to slim down or bulk up at will, lol.

As an introvert, he seems to not mind his solitude and likely craves it at times.  Though, there is a loneliness to some of his VLives. He’s not a natural showman when it comes to social media or being on camera, and he’s told us this himself. And because of this, I welcome his distance from social media. There are other, greater ways he can share himself as an artist.

And I love that with Jimin, he doesn’t need to speak sometimes. I can see how JM doesn’t expect it or need it a lot of the time (you can see this ITS especially), and I think that’s beautiful. They compliment each other so well.

I still think that BV4 was our first glimpse of the real Jungkook--the sweet, sometimes needy, and altogether thoughtful and always useful Jungkook. The one who does more than his share of driving, who works away at every task with Jimin without ever complaining or looking tired, who pouts for food, but then fishes with the hyungs and flings himself upside down off a cliff. He’s all these things, and I truly can’t wait to see what he’ll show us next. Jungkook said in his NYE message that his goal for the year was to become fully himself, and his triumph will be everyone’s to celebrate.

I am happy to give you my thoughts and feelings about Jimin as empath, but please do remember this is just my take. However, I will be very careful with my words as I know there has been some weird activity on Twt regarding him (I imagine it’s the TK bully brigade since they are so organized and have strong numbers).

I feel guilty as a JK bias on this blog because he naturally gets more attention from me. Ah, I should feel guilty, because I have so much respect for Jimin.

Sometimes I feel like JM is misunderstood because his personality is complex, but his showmanship (sorry for th gendered word) is world class. He is a person who picks his words, especially when speaking, with the utmost care. He seems to always have a reason for every choice he makes. He’s savvy, and he’s especially media savvy. I think this shows in his ample VLives and how he’s able to give his time to his fans, but never lets himself be pushed around by them. I always smirk when I watch a Jimin VLive because he’s so in control. I suddenly need to sit up straight and listen because this man does not cater to bullshitters.

The other thing I feel right down to my bones (lol) is that JM has a reason for everything he posts, especially now, and the timing of his posts. He’s become more selective and careful over the years, which is probably the result of getting burned in the past, but he’s mastered his SM presence. I’ve talked about it before, but his choice to tell the world he was with JK during the Hot100 press conference is important. It doesn’t matter the nature of their relationship; what matters it that he made this private detail public in order to share with us a part of his life. And it was very purposeful. And shortly after there were so many people saying he lied, he posted the Chuseok post with JK at 4am. Sure, the video could be from earlier in the night, but he chose 4am as the time to post it. He’s not stupid--he’s savvy as I said. He would know the effect of that post.

His kindness and care really hit me in a lot of content. Burn the Stage captured BTS growing up on the world’s stage; they were becoming legends in front of our eyes, warts and all. I love reading music autobiographies because I’m interested in how great art is created, and it’s usually much later--often decades--that we see the true struggle but also the cameradie and support that allows artists to flourish within a group. With BTS, we’re priviledged to see this year on year.

Jimin is the person who notices when someone is unwell or a little ‘off;’ he’s the one who notices when someone is missing and he’ll seek them out just to check in. He seems to be a natural nurturer, and has especially cared for Tae and JK over the years. And with his elders, he seems to adjust his care to what they need. With RM, it’s intellectual conversation and rapport, and with Hobi, well I think there is a reason they shared a room for so long. They’re both so warm and fuzzy, lol.

Jimin seems to balance his wisdom and kindess with caring critique. He’s not afraid to speak his mind if it helps everyone to get on the right track. The TaeJin fight was a great example of this. When it was happening, he didn’t really butt his nose in, but during the resolution he spoke up to Tae, his same-age chingu, to remind him to be respectful of his elders (even throwing Kookie under the bus with him...lol!). And, he checks in on TaeJin as they keep talking, somewhat to Jin’s annoyance. You could say he was meddling, but I see it as him respecting their needs. A draining emotional conversation could stretch on for hours, and mid-tour there needs to be some moderation.

He’s a natural mediator; in Singapore, when JK is distraught over his performance, Jimin takes his time comforting JK physically and with his words, and then plays mediator between Hoseok, who’s naturally more stern, and JK. He softens Hobi’s words and makes them more palatable for JK, but also reinforces the important parts. And, he makes sure JK is leaving on a good note. In the extended cut of that scene, we see them walk out arm in arm.

My feeling is that JM wants to express himself through his art in an authentic way, but that the process doesn’t always come naturally to him beyond dance and aesthetics. He’s an accomplished dancer, and the Black Swan dance breaks and his Filter performances illustrate this. And this photoshoot still feels like one of the most personal statements he’s made to the world.

There is a vulnerability to this shoot through his body language and the setting: a bedroom and then on the bed. It feels like he is revealing himself to us in an intimate space, and it’s interesting to note the bi-gender symbol on his wrist. I see him as someone who doesn’t shy away from the nuances of his personality, including his femininity. He seems not to see femininity as the antithesis of masculinity, and he happily allows both to coexist. He is our generations’ Prince or Bowie, to equate him within the western pantheon of music.

He has an incredibly strong work ethic, which we know from his school record and his time with the group. He works hard at everything he does, and with those things he aims to master, it seems like he is resilient in obtaining his goals. His song writing is a good example of this; I love the video of him and RM working on a song together. He’s not deterred by what doesn’t come easily; he just doesn’t give up. We all want to be like Jimin, don’t we?

I hope it’s not controversial to say I think he struggles with his health and chronic pain at times. He said he had big tonsils, and as a member of the big tonsil club, it’s a bitch. It’s so much easier to catch germs. Add to that his muscle pain, and I think sometimes he bears the guilt and self-flagellation that comes with chronic illness. It’s easy to ask ‘why me, and why now?’ but there’s usually no reason.

He’s an extrovert, and extroverts get energy from being around people and interacting. Even though it seems like BTS must be surrounded by people at all times, there is a facade to that. Being around colleagues or people you don’t know isn’t the same as meaningful or intimate connnections. If JM’s bae is JK, who is a serious introvert, it will always leave JM with a desire to visit around to fulfill that need, and that’s totally normal and healthy. My BFF and I are both introverts; we need a low level of social contact to maintain our shit. But, her husband is an extrovert. He’ll take time out several times a day for social calls. We think he’s nuts, but that’s just how different personalities are, and that’s okay. This is why the VMin bond is often talked about; I have no doubt about it’s importance to Jimin, as well as his bond with Hobi, though it may be the more understated of the two.

Another thing that stands out to me with JM is how serious he takes his friendships. Did anyone see the Maplestory episode where he ended a friendship over the game?! And he’s often made comments about fake friends and realizing who he can trust, etc. Friendships mean a lot to him it seems, so he doesn’t take them lightly. And I think with JK, there is no exception. The rainy day fight sticks out as an obvious example, but there are smaller things. In Celeb Bromance, he humble-brag complains about his relationship with JK for the whole time while Jin keeps his mouth shut (lol). And, there are a couple instances where he demands certain treatment from JK. I think it was in Malta where JK told Jin it was okay that he dropped his bbq meat, and JM was like, I did it too--say it to me. He asks for what he needs from his introvert. *swoon* I’d really appreciate this in a friend or partner as an introvert.

Jimin’s sense of humour, which he shares with JK, is one of his brightest qualities to me. I share their sense of humour, too, as I think a lot of Jikookers do. Despite having such a strong committment to work, he knows when to allow himself fun, and he’s mentioned that process to us--how he’s learned to have more fun over the years. His laughter is so genuine, I swear it could lead to world peace (lol). And, he’s able to laugh at himself, which is one of the keys to a happy, long life. At the NYE performance in NYC last year, I loved how he played around with getting his sweater stuck, which killed JK, lol. He has natural comedic timing and sensibilities that would make any aspiring comedian jealous. <3

I could continue gushing about Jimin, but these are the things that stand out to me when I watch him. These are the things I can feel.

No but really. Remember when Jungkook said the moment he feels most connected with his members is when he naturally makes eye contact with Jimin after a performance?

And they just... are so sweet to each other and love each other a lot. The way that JK had the rose in his mouth, the way that Jimin walked across the stage and had their foreheads pressed together. The way he got embarrassed and walked away giggling when the lights came on before he was anticipating and they got caught. We weren't supposed to see that moment, really. 🥺🥺 they make me melt. Look at his smile when they got caught!!

And this isn't the first time or the last time they have done things like that. It's so often fans see them in the darkness of the stadium being very close. After basically every DNA performance, the lights go off and Jimin wraps JK up in a hug or JK pulls him in and when the lights go back on, they aren't embracing anymore.

Or when a fan captured this moment when BTS were leaving the stage, the lights were dimmed all the way down, JK slowed a bit, reached back his hand to hold Jimins so they could walk off backstage together while holding hands the whole time. This was in the very side of the stage, after the performance, lights low too:

Or way back in 2015 when they were off on the side of the stage Watching other groups perform, in a giant crowd of their own staff, barely visible to fans, someone managed to film their iconic back hug dance. That wasn't done in front of people they didn't know or were aware of. That was them in their own little bubble, dancing to the music they were watching on stage and JK pulled Jimin back to him to hold him. It was a moment for sure:

And there are more too. All these moments, all these backstage, in the dark moments. These are moments just for them, this isn't performance and no one can pretend that it is, this is connection and it is beautiful.

These may be little moments, but I think they saw a lot at the same time. I love them. It's all so sweet. Thanks for your ask! I love that moment you sent so much!

You’ve probably seen it a million times throughout social media. Park Jimin is the biggest flirt. In my post about fandom narratives, I touched on how ingrained this portrayal has become. Now I want to go a little deeper. Why is this narrative so pervasive? Is it simply that Jimin is the flirtiest member?

Jimin is a libra, often considered one of the six most flirty zodiac signs. Libra’s are ruled by Venus, the love planet, and thought to be very romantic people. I’m biased (obviously), but many others seem to agree… Jimin is charming, friendly, and extremely appealing whether playing sexy or cute. Naturally, all this helps in making him a good flirt.

Flirting is described as showing casual interest/liking or to behave amorously without serious intent. It can be playful and for amusement or it can be a way we communicate interest in developing a deeper relationship with others. Flirting varies from culture to culture, though there are some universal themes such as eye contact, touching, and general body language. It also varies from person to person… even within a culture.

Which brings us back to Jimin… can he be, given his personality and culture, considered a flirt? Yes. Is he the flirtiest member in Bangtan? No… He’s not.

Doesn't this speak to the fact that BTS's consistent message to the world has been one of love without borders, inclusion, celebration of diversity, rejection of prejudice, understanding of others difference, and self love, no matter what society says? I am not at all attempting to use Chris's mention of LGBTQIA love as anything indicative of the personal identities of individual BTS members, to be super clear. But it speaks to their nature as artists and people. There's intention in everything they do. From covering a song from Troye Sivan's Blue Neighborhood series 'Only Fools', to incorporating international sign language in PTD and so much more.

Can it be possible that young men as thoughtful about their words, image, message, branding, ambassadorship and legacy as BTS are would perpetuate a 'queer fanservice' hoax the scale and consistency of Jikook at this stage in their global career? I mean, it's actually laughable. That people would rather believe Jimin and Jungkook are that insensitive than consider they might be members of the LGBTQIA community expressing themselves within the parameters that are possible for them makes me angry and sad. Hopefully the world will change and get better.

But can't wait to hear the song!

BTS's messages have been clear from the get go. They stand for "inclusion, celebration of diversity, rejection of prejudice, understanding of others difference, and self love", even if society says or even dictates otherwise.

These young men have been supporters of the LGBTQ+ community since forever, recommending covering and inserting LGBTQ+ artists music in their own content.

I really don't think it to be a coincidence that Coldplay (a band that has championed those same ideas for years now) chose to have this specific colab on this specific song with BTS.

It's these 'fans' that call themselves army, yet not only ignore but also act in a way that goes against every single thing that BTS stands for.

BTS have shown more than once their support for the LGBTQ+ community. Would it be so awful if within the band there were to be gay members? Would it be so unbelievable that they wanted to be true to themselves and actually behave freely, openly with each other, not have to hide who they are and who they happen to love? Why do so many army find this so unfathomable? So much so that they create these far fetched theories of a conspiracy level, that these two band members cannot be genuine and this is fanservice and queerbaiting? And to what purpose exactly?

I've been thinking about it all night, why was Jikook's hickey moment censored by Bighit on DVD????? It's so so so shocking, I mean it's like a hinted acknowledgment of Jikook's love relationship. A nomal bRo relationship never ever drunk together and left hickey on neck like that wtf !!!!

Bighit's staff recorded all the behind-the-scenes moments and then synthesizes them, edits them, finally puts them on DVD. Of course they could have cut all of Jiook's hickey moments, right? Why they didn't do it?

I think the reason why Jikook's hickey moment was censored because Bighit wants to avoid a bigger risk from rumors, imagine how twitter would explode if Jungkook showed up with a hickey on his neck without any explanation? BTS, especially Jungkook always have dating rumors with female idols. And I think the number of rumors would double if no one knew who made that hickey on his neck. The better way is to clearly explain why the hickey appeared to avoid rumors.

So we got to hear Jungkook and Jimin told about the story of Jimin making hickey on JK's neck. In other words, Bighit couldn't cut it, so the Jokers were seen Jikook's hickey - the moment of the century. I cried a lot ༎ຶ‿༎ຶ Jikook is so f^ckin' real !!!!

Two bros were drinking one night. They were into some funny business. One bro decided it would be hilarious to spin the other around without letting him go. The other bro thought the best way to stop his bro was to bite him in the neck (probably for at least 20 seconds cause that purple little mark sure as hell didn't appear from a 2 sec biting oh no) while sucking the area..cause that will teach his bro to stop messing around with him.

The next day the bros thought the most appropriate way to deal with this was to tell the detailed funny story (cause isn't it the funniest shit when a bro leaves a hickey on another bro??) to their other friends as they smiled and noded like it was indeed none of their business to know the story.. all of this while the bro kept touching his work of art while the other bro basked on it and didn't let anyone else touch the area (?? speculation?? maybe)

A while later the bro was reminded again of this casual *but so funny* endeavor, so he retold the story to the audience while flaunting his now praised possession... everything oh so casually

(I've never used 'bro' so much in my life so even if this was supposed to be funny and ironic.. I'm disgusted lol)
