I love how "what would Wyll do" is typically understood as like, referring to super Good things, things your mom might ask you to do, things that would have you in a local newspaper where you're praised for your charity and kindness, etc, but it also refers to situational murder and theft.

when he first leveled up I was so baffled he was an occultist djdjdj which *intrigued* me 👀 and I really like that he becomes a demon goody two shoes ! That's fun ! And I love his design omg the horns !! He starts a bit boring, but quickly becomes so much more than what I expected :)

But Wyll, my guy, you *have* to stop referring to yourself in third person- "the blade could use some sleep" just say you're tired omfg- it's the perfect blend of him being actually cool af, but annoying about it kfkf also I'm playing a french version of the game, and I know this pissed off the translators because that's not in the french subs- Also if you refer to yourself in third person in french, a way *way* more formal language already, that's not just a bit annoying that's straight up scary shit fnfkk

I think what's so refreshing about Wyll being so Good is that, when it's him being Good he's not doing it just to "atone" for some big sin (tho he certainly thinks lowly about himself) but because he's so dedicated to wanting to see Good, and to doing as much Good as he can to make other people's lives better. Like, being a do-gooder for the sake of righting your mistakes is still doing good, it's just a more self motivated intention to do good. After Wyll's transformation he wants to get people to trust him again, but he would still do good even if that never happened. It's like, it's not a bad thing at all to only be doing good things because of some deep guilt or shame or whatever. because that's still doing good. But it's so NICE to see a character that, despite having guilt and shame (about things he shouldn't be guilty nor ashamed of. But that's Wyll) those aren't his motivating factors in him doing good. He just so deeply Loves the world, people, things around him, that doing Good is something he considers a default to him existing. He just navigates his life with the simple Want to do Good.
