Actually, since it might help a lot of people in this time
Tips to stay on track during the Christmas Holidays
So, i get that everyone is panicking a bit thinking about those bigass meals and grasy stuff
Don't stress!!!
Here's what i thought about to survive:
On big meals day (24th, 25th, ecc.) Only have that one meal.
Don't count the calories in it, i promise it wont be too bad, you will only have that.
If you can fill your own dish, fill it with veggies first, then protein, and as little carbs/fats as you can.
Fast the day before/after you know you are going to eat a lot
Try not to snack, generally, dont eat while you are alone.
DON'T DENY YOURSELF SWEETS/CHOCOLATE!!!! having a small piece everyday is surely better than binging on it !!
Stay on your limit the other days, no need to lower it/fast a whole week. It could lead to a binge!
Try intermittent fasting, skipping brekfast if possible.
Try not weighting yourself, not the day after a big meal. You should wait around 3 days,, that's how much it takes for food to go trough your system.
I know this the season to be jolly, but for us it can be really stressing to be around food and family the whole time. Please remember to stay safe, feel free to add any other tips underneath!!
