Sebastain smiled. "That is true; they are a classic for a reason." It was something most people liked to eat. "Ah good one I have a few things I love to cook in them too" it was great he could go work for hours and come back to a great meal. He nodded. "I can so send you some easy things to cook." If it was a crock pot or the stove, he had a few easy ones to make. "Oh yes," he smiled. "Like it only tasks a good noodle and good cheese to make something amazing," he smiled. "Yes" he nodded he agreed. "But I am the type that really loves all food too" he chuckled. "But I have always had lot of meats and steaks" why he had the job he did. He worked at a steak house in New York and now one in town. @anthonyxblake
Anthony nodded his head, "Yeah, that's why I felt like I couldn't go wrong with burgers," he explained briefly to the other, "or something that goes in the crock pot that I can leave on for the day," and when he got home it would be ready. "A few ingredients is really all I need," at least until he found himself in more of a routine, more of an established life. Anthony was told to take it day by day and not to jump into life all at once, so he wasn't. "Mac and cheese," Anthony nodded, "you can't go wrong with that, especially adding a protein." @sebastianxthomas

He chuckled "true true, I guess I was just trying to be different" and not just walk up and ask her out. He hoped it was fun for her and that she was happy to be out with him now. He smirked. "Yeah, running up to you alone in the woods would be weird..." he laughed as he looked at her. He shook his head "I was told even as a kid I would try anything' he always had loved food. He shook his head "Nah. I have not met a chef that was picky" he knew a couple that didn't like one thing or something but that was about it. "But I hope you're having a good time..." he said looking at her from the other side of the table. @nazlixceyhan
"It's not like we weren't around a hundred other people doing the charity walk, run or whatever," she shrugged her shoulders, "if we were the only two people, yeah, don't do that in the woods," she explained back, "like it was a whole community event," her shoulders lifted once more, though this time she offered the other a small smile. "Yeah, I can't imagine as a chef you are a picky eater, that would be quite the conundrum," she wrinkled her nose in thought, "unless someone worked in a very specific type of food, but even then, I feel like that wouldn't make any sense to me." @sebastianxthomas

He smiled as he watched her pet Mushroom, who was happy to get pets and gave her a sniff but was enjoying the pets. "Well, glad to be your first," he winked at her . "But they like to go out and have a lot of energy," so walking was good for them. "I do have a good cafe for them its very big" lots to do for them, but a walk was bes.t "Since I got them like 3 almost 4 years ago they were like a year old when he adopted them. @yasminxmessina
"Oh, wow," she reached out, petting the ferret that he held out to her. The other one climbed up his leg and she was equally surprised by that, "I can't say that I've ever seen someone walk their ferrets before." She told the other with a slight shake of her head, "Very cool, though," she smiled at the stranger, "how long have you had them?" @sebastianxthomas

He nodded "Tourists were always so much." they come in to dine wanting something something so fancy and have their New York moment" like they were some big start or rich person and it caused problems. He always hated it since they ask for the chef for everything even if it wasn't a problem with the meal. "It happens all over sadly" people who would complain. He nodded. "Like, I don't know why my sister and her husband moved to town." he just knew one year they did, and that was it. @hazalxalpman
Hazal nodded her head, "Yeah living in a touristy place, there are a lot of people that expect this over the top service and always have something to complain about." She saw it when people came into the bakery, typically during the summer peak of tourism. "Not that we don't have our share of rather stuck up people living in town," she had also dealt with those as well, "It is," she nodded her head, "a lot of people that come to live here really seem to love it, even if they don't have any prior ties to it." @sebastianxthomas

He was one to think about things a little to much. He just liked to know when and how things came to be. "I would hope so" it would be bad if no one ended up caring and just gave people axes to toss at a wall. "But that's good to know" he smirked at the other he was trying to get the other to smile at him more. "Glad for it" he said as they walked inside and he looked around. "Looks pretty cool" he smiled. @wesleyxjames
"Yeah," he nodded his head. Wesley didn't think the concept was too new but it had only come to Kismet Harbor a handful of years ago, so in the grand scheme of things, it could absolutely be considered new to people. "Well yeah," he chuckled, "I'd imagine there was a lot of safety aspects that went into it and then there are waivers that people sign," he told the other, "plus lane is separated so that you'd have to go over to someone else's lane to get in their space," he continued to explain, "I mean you'll see when we get there, they were smart about the design." @sebastianxthomas

He nodded. He knew it would take time, but he would get used to it. He was also from a smaller town and grew up there, so he had dealt with it before. He looked at her with a smile. "Well, that still sounds like a good time. I hope they treated you well?" he asked, hoping so. "I always thought of it even after having school In London and visiting Paris" but he never went back after his cooking school was over. @scottyxthomas
"That makes sense," she nodded her head, "it's definitely a different kind of world moving here," at least it felt like it. The move had been jarring to say the least and she felt overwhelmed but a lot but there was Bridget, offering her a calming presence over all. "I did," she nodded her head, "a typical Parisian fling," though that was not so much the case. Perhaps it was more like a Vegas fling, one where she ended up married. "Well, you never did move to Paris so," she stuck her tongue out at Sebastian, "but at least we are all here now." @sebastianxthomas

Sebastian, like the other man, with a smirk on his face. "That's a pretty cool thing that you do." he nodded. "I have sometimes looked into some for fun or got hooked on some video." he chuckled. "So what made you get into this sort of thing? Sebastian smiled at him for a moment. "All I do is cook. Cook for work, cook for home could show up, I love it.? @dylnxblk
"Yeah exactly. Nothing I've spoken about has helped any cases yet though, but it might happen." Dylan knew that most of the cases he spoke about were either solved decades back, or unsolved for a very good reason, so he didn't think anything he did in his current career would ever change that. But he still held out a little hope that someday his little podcast might make a difference.

He chuckled for a moment as he looked at the other. "I have been told that before." In one way or another, he had been told he was different and one of a kind. He chuckled at the other's names." Why do I like them so much? I am a chef, so it works," he winked at the other. "But give them a pet they want it from you," he said he held them out towards the other. "Because I am anything from basic," he joked. "And I got them from Pet rescue in New York," so they were just there, and it was perfect for him. @erinashfordx
Erin takes a step back as the ferrets are presented to him." You are peculiar and that is something coming from me." He confesses, gaze still on the furry creatures who seem content with their predicament." Shittake and Mushroom, creative." The professor still couldn't imagine what it was like to dress up a ferret, not to mention two." Why ferrets? Don't people usually go for the obvious choice, a car, a dog or even birds?"

He was annoyed at them but loved them at the same time, as now both had went into the brush. He laughed. "Well, I am good at dressing," he said as he at last got them both out. "But even better undressing." he winked at the other male as he picked his ferrets up. holding them out towards him. "But no, unless you have treats, maybe," he joked with a smile. "But really, they are sweet." he smiled at the other. "But this is Shiitake and Mushroom." he looked at each other as he said their names. He chuckled he knew the names, even more one of them turned heads. @erinashfordx
Erin thought he had seen most everything in his life time, ferrets with little sweaters was not one of them and yet here they were not far from him." Shiitake?" He whispered under his breath, not only was one of the small creatures wearing an outfit it was also named after a type of mushroom, it seemed the owner had a sense humor.
Forgetting himself for a moment Erin opens his mouth to ask." How did you dress them? Don't they bite?" He couldn't imagine dressing a ferret, what came to mind was a rather cartoonish depiction.

Sebastain loved his ferrets, even though he knew they could be a lot of work. They were smart, small, and quick, but they could also be in pain, get into things, bite, and chew on things. He chuckled at them as they played in and out of the bush. He looked over, hearing her, and he chuckled. "Yes,...they are. This is Shiitake and Mushroom," he pointed to show who each was. "But they are friendly," he said, picking Shiitake up to hold out to her as Mushroom climbed up his leg. @yasminxmessina
Yasmin's mood had been entirely depleted since her house had gone up in flames. She couldn't believe that this had happened to her. The police had still not finished their investigation and she had yet to figure everything out with the insurance company, so she was still staying at The Homey Inn. Nancy was giving her a generous discount but she still didn't want to burden the woman for longer than she had to. It led Yasmin to getting out, getting some fresh air and hopefully clear her head. Yasmin forced herself to keep her phone in her pocket and just be in the moment as she walked. However, her steps came to a stop when she spotted someone with some sort of creature, certainly not dog or cat. "Excuse me," Yasmin approached, "Are those- ferrets?" She questioned with eyebrows raised. @sebastianxthomas

He had heard about that before, he did bake a little, but it wasn't his thing. He nodded. "For sure, and the ones that like their steaks one way and someone at the table likes another don't get a medium rare takes way less time than well done," and he was one to hate well done that always killed a meat to him. "So they get mad if one gets it before the other or gets mad, and both have to wait so long," and it wasn't on the cooks. "It's cute I see why my sister likes it" he smiled. @hazalxalpman
"Yeah, that makes sense, baking can be pretty similar," though she knew the fields had their differences at the end of the day. Still, she thought both forms were an expression, an artistic outlet. "Right," she laughed softly, "I'm sure there's more that goes into all than the average person realizes, but that's why the world has chefs." She told the other, "I'm glad," she smiled, "it's my hometown so I'm pretty biased." @sebastianxthomas

He nodded as he looked at the other. He was glad for how he was raised and for his family. It was a wild world to him that such a place was made. Who thought of it? They thought it was a good idea for the public to do. "That's cool for whoever thought of it first," he chuckled as he looked around the inside. "that's good. It is bad if they let it stay open if people got hit in the face with an axe," he said, making a face. @wesleyxjames
"Family is family, regardless of how they are related." He was lucky to be close to his blood relatives, at least Bridget and Quentin. They were really all he needed in life and he was appreciative to have been so welcomed into the Fontenelle family. Wesley raised his shoulders at the other, "I have no idea, but they've been fairly popular in the last few years." He told him, "I can't say I've heard of any major injuries or anything, they seem to keep a good grip on everything." @sebastianxthomas

He knew it was just him. He was the one who needed the noise; he was so used to it. The quiet would get to him, so he had to have some sort of noise, even as a kid. He had music playing as a kid, and now it was just city sounds since he was not in the city anymore. "Plesae do," he smiled for a moment. "I get that." he was raised the same, but with his schooling and work, he did learn to love a lot of food. "Even if so, you can find something that doesn't cost a ton. That can be your favorite thing," he smiled a moment. "I may cook fine dining, but I love good mac and cheese." Easy to make and cheap for all, he loved it. @anthonyxblake
Anthony had heard of such apps since his return. He'd tried a few out but ultimately went with the buzzing noise of a fan in the background. Everything else brought on too much stimulation for the man while he was trying to rest. Not that rest was coming easily to him, anyhow. "Thanks," he gave a nod of his head, "I'll let you know," though he didn't see himself getting much more into cooking anytime soon. "I'm not really a picky man," growing up in a military family and joining in the air force, he had to eat or else he'd end up starving. "never had the luxury." @sebastianxthomas

Sebastain chuckled "I mean I guess so." he thought it would be weird if he walked up to her in the woods to ask her out to dinner. "I mean even in the woods like we were?" he didn't think that was as normal. He thought making it a game out of it made it fun and like he was working to go out with her. "It did. I am glad for this." He wanted to make it work with her today. "It should be." Any good food place was a favorite of his. "I love all food, so this is great." Even if it wasn't his place or his food, he was down for it. @nazlixceyhan
"I mean, yes, is that not what normal adults do?" She mused to him, a raise of her brow to match the inquisitive nature of her tone. "It's twenty-twenty-four," she started, "meeting people in the so called wild is few and far between, it would have been refreshing. Not that it still didn't work out in your favor to some degree." She shrugged her shoulders once more. "I'm sure it will be delightful." @sebastianxthomas

He smirked a moment, he knew he was always a joker and loud, never one to be shy and quiet. But he knew it was who he was. "Sounds like fun," he smiled at her. "I just been getting into work, meeting people," he said with a wink. He had a lot of friends, even if some where just for the night. "But you did tell me you had a good time and met someone." he wasn't one to be too nosey on things; she would tell him if she wanted to. "I know the feeling, I mean, even if it was the place I work at folding causing my move... it was to be around my family." he had missed them. @scottyxthomas
"Yeah, I can see that," Scotty laughed with a shake of her head. "I'm doing well, I've been getting to spend time with Courntey and my roommate, Bridget," she offered to her brother, "I told you we actually met in Paris, right?" Scotty had done a lot more with Bridget than just meet her but she had yet to reveal anything of the nature to her family nor the people she was going to call friends in Kismet Harbor. "It honestly felt like the best time to leave and come be closer to everyone, I've been away for so long." Though she had her own reasons for that. @sebastianxthomas

He smiled at her for a moment, he wanted this to go well, he wanted to make sure she had a good time. "So you are saying I could of just asked you to dinner over faking losing a run?" he joked with a sly smile. "I just thought me walking up to you without knowing your name maybe a bit much" he chuckled. "I think it will for sure," he said as they sat down. "and next time, I can cook so it will be even better." Well, he hoped so. @nazlixceyhan
"I didn't think you did, it was a bold assumption on my part." One she could have made a fool of herself in doing so, "so I'm glad it worked out," she smiled softly at him. "Ah, a game out of it," she nodded her head, "I mean, I think asking is bold but the direct approach isn't always bad." Nazli told him, a shrug of her shoulders to follow. "Either way, I suppose it worked out in your favor, minus the whole cooking part." @sebastianxthomas
