this weekend at @yogaexpoworld! We live in a time of separateness; us vs. them, Self vs. the life we portray to the outside world. Our separateness is rooted in fear. It's scary enough to be truthful with ourselves about who we are, let alone with anyone else. Differences between ourselves and others make us afraid. It is only by opening ourselves up to the possibility of knowing and letting ourselves be known that we can hold space for others to do the same. When we can see ourselves as part of the greater whole, we begin to recognize that we are all connected. Allow yourself this time on your mat to be curious about who you already are, and share in the experience of discovery and connection.
