This is Wisteria, I've introduced her before but she has been redesigned.
She's one of the members of Charles' cult. Like the other members, she doesn't really know what the cults about, but she's happy as long as she gets to use her magic and do whatever she wants.
Her magic is poison, and her favorite way to use it is creating a poisonous gas.
She's immune to the effects of her magic, but likes to wear a gas mask anyway, because it gives her a feeling of power, knowing that she can just as easily save them.
Being pretty is very important to her, she always makes sure her hair is styled perfectly before leaving the cult building. (Idk actually where they live agzvha)
