combine tomato and basil in bowl. set aside.
bake plant protein chickun tenders
lay tenders on whple grain bread, top with tomato/basil mixture and sauce of choice ie ranch.

chickpea nuggets
1 can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
nutritional yeast
seasoning
onion powder
garlic powder
mix in food processor then roll into nugget shapes. dip in almond milk then breadcrumbs. bake on 350 for 20 min, flip and bake 10 more min
serve with sauce of choice. mine is 2 parts vegan mayo, 1 part dijon mustard, 2-3 part maple syrup.

green beans, fresh or can. heat with onion if desired.
red potatoes, cut and boiled until soft and transparent. mush them together
add garlic or garlic salt and vegan butter. sprinkle basil leaves or cilantro if desired.

cauliflower and onion, chopped finely in food processor then sauteed
tomato paste or tomato sauce added into slightly browned crumbles
add hot sauce, seasonings, olive oil if desired

3 ingredient vegan burger
1 can beans
1 cup oat flour (oats in blender)
1 cup vegan sauce (ie pasta sauce, sriracha mix, etc)
put beans in food processor then mix in the oat flour and mix together. cook on medium heat to brown each side of patty.
