new and improved diet plan because i’ve been gardening (🍃) and my stomach is grumbling and it’s euphoric as shit:
1. only eat lunch. keep it under 400.
2. only one coffee per day, the rest of your sweet drinks have to be diet coke.
3. hydrate or die-drate.
literally that’s it. i don’t know why this made sense but it did. i feel like it’ll work. plus then my coworkers won’t ask why i never have a lunch. and for some reason, that time of day is pique “if i eat now, i won’t be hungry any other time” and i think it’s because it’s closest to both periods of time where my body is asleep, if that even makes sense.

- being able to take up as little space as possible
- always being comfortable in the middle seat

- poking and prodding the fat on my body and noticing it feels different
- that feeling after great cardio

- sitting with my knees to my chest or my legs crossed
- watching my face change

- clothes fitting looser/ better

safe foods :)
MEALS
coconut oil cooking spray: 0 cals (prevents stick and no extra butter or oil cals)
eggs: 70 cals each (good source of protein and filling)
oatmeal: 110-140 cals (expands in your stomach and keeps you full longer but lowkey i dont fw it like that anymore)
trader joe’s instant ramen: 180 cals (full meal, very yum and filling esp the broth)
chicken breast: 260 cals in 6 oz (VERY filling i usually eat 4 oz which is 180 cals)
SNACKS
skinny pop: 40 calories per cup (good snack)
raspberries: 1 cal each (a whole cup is about 60 cals)
mushrooms: 4 cals each (very yum when sautéed)
spinach: 7 cals per cup (sautéed with mushrooms is so yum)
broccoli: 35 cals per cup (i need seasoning tho)
DESSERTS
banana: 100~ cals each (higher in cals but i have a sweet tooth so it’s worth it)
bread and jelly: 150 cals (mostly for a dessert or treat + filling)
reddi whip: 8 cals per tbsp (mostly air bc it’s whipped obvi)
whipped cream cheese: 25 cals per tbsp (all air)
jelly/jam: 25 cals per tbsp (i cant help my sweet tooth)

at least 4 hours between meals
min 48 hr total of [email protected] per week
at least 1 meta day per week, its a good way to fight cravings
max 1k c@l per day, preferably below 800
have something sweet every day (fruit, sweetened tea - during f@sts this is normally tea sweetened w artificial sweetener)
no red meat
fruit or veg w every meal
no large snack packs - if i buy a large chocolate bar i know ill eat all of it in one go, so better to just avoid it
min 2.5L of fluids a day
no snacking while studying
always have a hot drink (helps w the constant cold, also just feels like a warm hug :) )
weigh every morning
min 7 hrs of sleep each night, 8 hr preferred
these are my general rules, but there are so many more circumstantial ones that i wont bother to list hehe. im surprised i havent shared any of these considering this blog is well over 4 years old now! im happy to see how far ive come :)
