progress tracker for the next chapter of gyms, 02/01/25: 2,261 words for the night! finally managed to figure out where i wanted this chapter to start, and it ended up being with a surprise pov we haven't heard from yet! this chapter is all about the kids, lots of feels to come! gonna be another long one i fear.

update: 5,049 words now! first scene is a good portion of the way through, and yeah this one is going to be so long. this scene ended up being like... unnecessary and unnecessarily long but i also like it? i don't want to cut it. it's making me Feel Things. it's fun writing new POVs bc it lets me really dig into a character and flesh them out some more. hopefully you guys will like it, too. might tweak it a bit so it isn鈥檛 super super long, i don't want it to be boring...
