Blood warm and sticky practically covered his face the wound was coming from his head that he knew but where? And why was their a feminine voice calling out to him? Keeping guard Kenshi's grip on his sword grew tighter. This was something that truly blended in almost slyzoth's level of camouflage.

Warm thick liquid seeped from his wound as if it itself was crying for the sword master. How? And when? Kenshi hadn't felt a single slice not even the tearing of the skin and all that he could say to the other was a small "oh?" Confusion and fear mixed together it almost felt like his heart was going to burst at any moment.

Kenshi tensed at the question he didn't want to admit how long he had not slept, his once warm bed unoccupied for weeks. The bags underneath his eyes seemed to worsen day by day, and his only saving grace was the red bandana that covered his eyes.

"I think I microslept sometime earlier today. Why? I'm not hallucinating just yet, so my body can still keep going,

Slouching at the question, kenshi tried to hide just how tired he was by slightly pinching his skin. Looking over his bandana fell off and the bags underneath his eyes fully told the other just how long he had gone without sleep.

"I promise I'm ok."

At first, kenshi flinched, not used to soft palms cupping his face he was almost like a wild animal that was experiencing a nice human for the first time. His once covered eyes were now exposed to the world, and only grayish brown eyes stared directly at her. His once exhaustion hit him twice as hard now that a friend seemed to be helping.

"Now, what did I do to deserve a beautiful lady as yourself worried over little ol me?"

Covering just how startled he was with humor, his lips twisted up into a pained smile.
