Hi! I was just wondering if this blog was still alive? It's a really wonderful idea to start it, and props to all of you for running it and sharing the positivity throughout the fandom!! I hope you're all doing great, regardless of blog status, and that you're enjoying your day so far! (If you're on hiatus indefinitely or simply stopping that's perfectly understandable, I hope this message doesn't come off as pushy or something;; Best wishes to all!)

Hi! This blog is definitely still alive, just not currently at the moment. We’re all wanting to continue doing this and continue to spread positivity and appreciation in our small fandom! But all of us have been pretty busy the last few months, what with the end of the school year and summer jobs and personal stuff. 

Hopefully, we’ll be able to get this back on track soon! We’re all very sorry this blog has been as dead as it is recently. It means a lot to us and we hope it means a lot to you all, as well!

1. When did you get into the fandom and how did you stumble upon it? I’ve been here since the beginning! I saw that period comic post and immediately followed the blog because I fell in love with Orange’s art style!

2. Who are your favourite characters/pairings? gOSH I LOVE ANTHEA SO MUCH PLS!! Also Gabe, Chelle, and Garden!Nat (ಥᴗಥ) My fave pairings are Laila/Nat, Nat/Luce, Gabe/Anthea, Cham/Zoe, and Chelle/Naira!

3. Favourite moment in the comic? When Anthea took on Luce’s face and then she was all embarrassed I died shE’S SO CUTE

4. What is your biggest inspiration as far as your art goes? Colours! But more especially the people I’ve met in this fandom, whether it’s through their own art/writing and progress, or their head canons!

5. What would you say is your favourite piece that you’ve done so far? GOSH I’VE POSTED V LITTLE ART EEK but probably the Natan one

6. What would you say is one of your favourite things to draw/write? I LOVE DRAWING HAIR SO MUCH! I also really love lettering!

7. What do you think influences your art style? A lot of animation and especially concept art/character concepts! I first got into art drawing characters from Disney movies!

8. What are some of your hobbies you enjoy? HAVE I MENTIONED LETTERING I LOVE LETTERING SO MUCH but also hiking, photography, sleeping, and saying binch a lot

9. Before joining SaM, what was a fandom you were part of and are there any fandoms you’re into outside of SaM? I wasn’t really part of any fandoms before SaM! Now I’m into Voltron, Haikyuu, and Yuuri on Ice!

Spotlight #22  - CasuallyBread (Bread)

Tell us a bit about yourself I’m just a simple 18 year old loaf trying to survive through college while majoring in zoo science and minoring in art! I’m an avid fan of fantasy creatures and monsters of all sorts as well as video games, pizza rolls, and ice cream. I also own 4 feathered demons that like to scream every day which I quite enjoy.

1. When did you get into the fandom and how did you stumble upon it?     I’d say it was about 2-3 years ago when I first saw the Original post on my dash and immediately fell in love with the art and the characters. I decided to check out the blog and officially became apart of the fandom when I attended my first stream shortly after! I was reaalllyyy shy at first and didn’t talk much at all until I posted the first piece of fanart I’ve ever made for the fandom, and I was completely overwhelmed with the positive responses I got on it.

2. Who are your favorite characters/pairings? I love Natan as much as the next person, although Michaelie is probably the top ship I have at the moment. As for my favorite character, I love anything and everything to do with Zadkiel.

3. Favorite moment in the comic? Well right now my favorite moment is an upcoming spoiler so I can’t really say LOL. Although the moment towards the end of the Run arc with Raphael’s “WHAT.” face will forever hold a special place in my heart.

4. What is your biggest inspiration as far as your art (and/or) writing goes? Honestly pretty much everyone in the fandom who I’ve met has played a huge impact on my inspiration and motivation. If it weren’t for Orange’s amazing comic I probably would not have gotten to where I am today since creating fanart really started my internal drive to improve on my art and not give up!

5. What would you say is your favorite piece that you’ve done so far? Hmmm, well a lot of my SaM art is months old since I’ve been taking a bit of a break with drawing, so I’d have to say overall my favorite pieces overall would be the most recent ones in my tag since there have been months of improvement. I guess if I had to pick a SaM picture it would have to be this one of Pax mainly because the wings were sooooo much fun to do (warning: SUPER OLD!!)

6. What would you say is one of your favorite things to draw/write? Monsters are probably some of the most fun and creative things to draw in my opinion. Every design is unique in it’s own way since you don’t have to conform to one look or standard, all you gotta do is slap a bunch of teeth and eyes on some half horse-half dog body and there ya go! Wings, hair, horns, and faces are also some of my favorite bits to draw as well.

7. What do you think influences your art style? I can’t really say I have a consistent style since my art postings are few and far between so I’m always improving and changing how I draw. I’ve been told my art does tend to be shiny so I guess that will always be an aspect of my art that won’t change LOL.

8. What are some of your hobbies you enjoy? Video games of course, music, and binging shows every now and then to name a few. I’ve really been lacking with drawing lately but I’m trying my best to get back in the groove!

9. Before joining SaM, what was a fandom you were part of and are there any fandoms you’re into outside of SaM? Honestly I really wasn’t involved in many fandoms at all before SaM. I was really into homestuck from when I was 13-15 but SaM has been the first fandom I’ve become really invested in. Nowadays I’m EXTREMELY into Overwatch and a few shows here and there including Voltron and Game of Thrones. I’m also super obsessed with the manga The Ancient Magus Bride which seems to have only a very small fanbase on Tumblr.

Oh, and Here It Comes is another comic in development by Orangeplum that I love and I’d highly recommend checking it out if you haven’t already!!

10. Is there anything else you’d like the fandom to know about you or anything you’d like to say to the fandom as a whole? I’d say mainly if you’re new and shy like I was just don’t to not be afraid to start talking to people in the streams or in the fandom in general. I made a lot of friends just by interacting and attending the streams so I quickly started to talk to the same people who I saw regularly. And if you’re an artist, writer, or cosplayer who’s nervous about posting content, I can assure you there are TONS of people in the fandom who will appreciate every second of effort you put into your works. I can say for a fact my first fanart was horrendous compared to how I draw now, so no one will judge you for skill but instead love you for the content you provide!

Spotlight #21 - HippyWhippy (Toastie)

Tell us a bit about yourself! I’m Toastie! I’m a content creator who specializes in disappointing my family by writing smut and never fully completing ideas. I’m 19 years old and I’m currently trying to get my diploma in Early Childhood Care. I’m hoping people like me will normalize both heavily modified and queer people in careers that center around babies and children. I can eat a whole burger in about 30 seconds.

When did you get into the fandom and how did you stumble upon it? I’ve been involved in the SaM fandom since it was created in 2014! I was following Orange and her askblogs before then.

Who are your favorite characters/pairings? My favourite characters are Anthea, Jophiel, and of course, Archangel Michael! I don’t have any specific favourite pairings and I love shipping everyone with everyone.

Favorite moment in the comic? The earlier update where Michael confronted Natalie in the coffee shop. Those were simpler days.

What is your biggest inspiration as far as your writing goes? I take a lot of inspiration from other fanfictions that I’ve read, mainly the original ones I read as a 13/14 year old.

What would you say is your favorite piece that you’ve done so far? My favourite piece hasn’t actually been published yet! But it’s only a matter of time.

What would you say is one of your favorite things to write? Smut and fluff are definitely my favourites! Long, plot-intensive fics aren’t what I like to read, so I don’t write them often either.

What do you think influences your writing style? My mood at the time, as well as whatever book or fic I’ve read recently.

What are some of your hobbies you enjoy? Anything crafty! In my spare time I do cosplay, embroidery, gaming, dance, and a bunch of other stuff. Horror is my favourite genre, and in the future I’d like to incorporate it more into my work.

Before joining SaM, what was a fandom you were part of and are there any fandoms you’re into outside of SaM? Before SaM I was mostly involved in a bunch of embarrassing animes and DC comics- all of the cringy fics I wrote for them are still available online. Is there anything else you’d like the fandom to know about you or anything you’d like to say to the fandom as a whole? Notes on tumblr do not define your talents or you as a person. As long as you enjoy what you do, your craft is worth it.. Also, vaccinate your kids.

Spotlight #20 - concentratedsmartass (Laya)

Tell us a bit about yourself! My name is Lee, but when I used to go to the livestreams, I was known as Laya. I’m going to school and majoring in Secondary Education; my goal is to be a high school history teacher. I have 13 animals and I love Harry Potter, which basically sums up my personality in one sentence. I am decidedly Not Good at answering ‘tell us about yourself’ portions of things.

When did you get into the fandom and how did you stumble upon it? I don’t know, really. I think probably a couple years ago? I found it because I was going through my likes, and I found the First Comic, and I went to Orange’s blog wondering if anything ever came from it or if it was just a one off, and found SaM.

Who are your favorite characters/pairings? Natan, for sure. Lailix. Gabriel/Anthea (you would think I’d know the name for that). I also just love Zad in general. And Yup.

Favorite moment in the comic? Basically anytime Natalie gets hurt and Satan shows up just pissed and it’s like ‘ooh you done fucked up man’. I love it.

What is your biggest inspiration as far as your writing goes? Music, really. I’ll be listening to a song and out of nowhere it’s painting this story that I just have to write. I have a bad habit of starting these stories and then not finishing them, so I have way more WIPs than actual posted fics, but they almost all have a note at the beginning to remind me what song I was listening to when I started.

What would you say is your favorite piece that you’ve done so far? I would say probably Auld Lang Syne. I wrote that one on New Year’s Eve a year (or two?) ago, because I heard the song playing in another room, and I was just like ‘New Years kiss. You gotta.’ I just really love the idea of Luce becoming more soft and open and not even realizing that he’s doing it.

What would you say is one of your favorite things to write? Natan. Any form of Natan, really. I like doing it from Luce’s side more, because he has that whole ‘I’m angry and literally Satan and I refuse to care about this human’ thing going on, and it gives him like an entirely different feeling I guess? I don’t know, maybe I just relate more to the angry sarcastic character, but I just really love writing from his side.

What do you think influences your writing style? I think probably whatever I happen to be reading/watching most recently. It’s really easy for me to see something and decide I like it and just go with it, so my style ends up being made up of the styles of hundreds of different people.

What are some of your hobbies you enjoy? Basically any time I have free time, I’m most likely going to be watching Netflix on my laptop and playing some kind of puzzle game on my phone. I’m a student, so I don’t have that free time a lot, so I don’t really vary what I do.

Before joining SaM, what was a fandom you were part of and are there any fandoms you’re into outside of SaM? I used to be into fandom a lot a few years ago, and would write various fics for different fandoms, but it’s been kind of a dry spell for awhile. For the most part, I just sit back and enjoy content, and I don’t really add anything. SaM is the only recent thing that I’ve written for.

Is there anything else you’d like the fandom to know about you or anything you’d like to say to the fandom as a whole? I really don’t write that often. I get writer’s block really easily, and I never know how to finish anything. I do my best to finish things and put them out there, but my most recent fic was Auld Lang Syne, and that was awhile ago.

Spotlight #19 - SeraphofShadows (Seraph)

1. Tell us a bit about yourself: Hi~ I’m Veronica, or better known on here as Seraph. I’m a 21 year old Australian who has way too much free time on her hands and loves spending a lot of that free time drawing things that I love.

2. When did you get into the fandom and how did you stumble upon it? I saw someone on tumblr reblog an update from the comic about 2 years ago now and I was intrigued so I clicked on the blog and ended up reading the entire thing. The fandom specifically came about 6 months later when I drew my first artwork of Angel Mike.

3. Who are your favorite characters/pairings? Favourite character is without a doubt angle Mike despite the fact that I also want to punch his face half the time. I love him. Aside from him, I really love Lucifer and Nat. I don’t actually ship anyone ( surprise surprise) and just want them all to be happy and friends with each other instead please. I need that friendship in my life.

4. Favorite moment in the comic? I know everyone always says run but .. considering my favourite is angel Mike, the one moment that stands out for me is when Nat runs into Mike and Gabe at the coffee shop right in the early days of the comic. Because first off, I love that Nat is so not amused by Mike (who is also so confused by that)  and the way Luce reacts to the whole thing is amazing as well.

 5. What is your biggest inspiration as far as your art goes? One of the things that inspires me the most is concept art. I wouldn’t say my art really reflects that but I have about 5 art books for various movies and games which always inspire me to draw more whenever I look at them. One day I’d love to become a concept artist so that style is something I want to work on in the future but regardless, it is still something that inspires me a lot.

 6. What would you say is your favorite piece that you’ve done so far? For Satan and Me, my favourite piece would definitely be this one that I did as a request and it got so out of hand.. But I had a lot of fun doing it and it provided a great challenge. It’s probably the closest I’ve ever come to being able to draw exactly what I had imagined.

 7. What would you say is one of your favorite things to draw/write? Anyone who has followed me for long enough probably knows the answer to this. I love drawing portraits of my fave characters. Portraits, portraits and more portraits. And with these portraits, I love to play around with colour schemes a bit and test things out. It’s a really fun thing to do.

8. What do you think influences your art style? This is a difficult question for me. I don’t have any one artist or style of art that influences me. However, I do really love the use of colour in art and that is something I try and bring to every artwork I do. Playing around with bright green lighting vs cold blue lighting vs warm orange lighting is a ton of fun and I feel it’s something that makes my portraits a little bit more unique to. So that is certainly something I try and bring across in my art style and the love of colours has influenced the way I draw.

9. What are some of your hobbies you enjoy? Aside from art, I spend my free time mostly playing League of legends (I know I know - but I have a group of friends I play with and I have a ton of fun with it. I also am so in love with some of the character designs from it *cough* kindred and aurelion sol *cough*). I also work on cosplays, sometimes I do some writing, and I’ve also recently gotten into D&D. I’m actually partway through writing my own D&D campaign for my friends! 

10. Before joining SaM, what was a fandom you were part of and are there any fandoms you’re into outside of SaM? Honestly, I’m the kind of person who sits on the sidelines in fandoms. I draw some art of my faves, follow some cool artists from the fandom, but otherwise I stay mostly out of it. However, for things that I’m into outside of SaM, I will always love Les Miserables, Dishonored, Star Wars and a whole range of other things. Really anything I’ve drawn art for I love to some extent. I always enjoy finding new fandoms and things to love, especially since I always find some amazing new artists to follow.

11. Is there anything else you’d like the fandom to know about you or anything you’d like to say to the fandom as a whole? This fandom is amazing. The amount of love everyone gives each other is something I really admire and it is something that most other fandoms lack. Although I often don’t participate in Samily stuff, I do always smile whenever I see posts for it (whether it’s art, fic or just general posts). Keep up the awesome work Samily and don’t be afraid to come into my messages and chat~ I’d love to get to know you guys more!

Spotlight #18 - Kohiiandmilk (Kohii)

Tell us a bit about yourself:

Just a girl trying to be an artist in fandom and real life!

1. When did you get into the fandom and how did you stumble upon it? I had actually been following SAM when it first came out and it was circulating like crazy, up until around the time Michael was introduced. During a vacation in the wee hours of the morning in 2015 I suddenly remembered the comic and wondered if it was still continuing. I caught up on the whole series in a few hours and from then I was hooked. Obsessed. Second time’s the charm for me!

2. Who are your favorite characters/pairings? My favorite ship is Natan, Sheipos, and Titus/Happiness. My poor bab, my one and only, is Titus.

3. Favorite moment in the comic? So much, where do I even start! The most memorable for me was Satan rushing to Natalie’s rescue while everything else is burning to the ground in Titus’ hideout. It was all so much at the same time with the suspense, drama, and action. It was such a climactic moment, I love it.

4. What is your biggest inspiration as far as your art goes? I get motivated by friends, fanworks, and artworks by my favorite artists. When I started really getting into SaM, it was the headcanons and fics that inspired me to make a ton of ship art. Being able to discuss headcanons and ships with people keeps me going too. 5. What would you say is your favorite piece that you’ve done so far? My favorite would be the one where Natalie is jumping into Satan’s arms, mostly because I really took the time with that one. But I also really love the ones where I collaborated with someone or made art for a certain headcanon/fanfic.

6. What would you say is one of your favorite things to draw? Natan of course! And Titus’ face….

7. What do you think influences your art style? I love anime and cartoons and how you can play around and stretch the designs to your preferred style. But I also love figure drawing, anatomy, proportions, and all that. So mostly I just like to come close to some blend of both.

8. What are some of your hobbies you enjoy? Besides drawing, I like to learn new things like languages, programming. Do frequent road trips count as a hobby?

9. Before joining SaM, what was a fandom you were part of and are there any fandoms you’re into outside of SaM? I was so into Naruto until the heckstorm that was the ending that absolutely broke my heart and turned me off from joining any fandoms for a while. Besides SaM, the other fandom I’d occasionally dabble in is Dragon Age.

10. Is there anything else you’d like the fandom to know about you or anything you’d like to say to the fandom as a whole? This fandom rocks and you’re all great! I hope to meet more people, I’m definitely super open to meeting anybody. I hope to find the time again to get back to drawing, so if you have any ideas, hit me up and I’ll try to work on it! Spotlight #17 - turtlebeez

Tell us a bit about yourself! I’m currently an art major in college. I’m a pretty introverted person and generally quiet but I like talking to people once i feel comfortable, it might just take me a minute first to respond properly since i'm used to keeping to myself. I’m also bad at telling jokes but i love making puns so that's a winning combination right there lol. My favorite way to draw it digitally cuz don't have to deal with messy tools, ruined clothes, and grey hands.

When did you get into the fandom and how did you stumble upon it? I remember seeing the initial joke post and finding it hilarious. Then i found the comic and read it all the way through, at that point it was a little after Nat’s first roof incident. After that I think i lost track of it for a while and when I came back I reread it again and at this point it was during the run arc and have since permanently super glued myself to this emotional rollercoaster.

Who are your favorite characters/pairings? My favorite pairing Is Natan and so far my favorite characters in the story are Nat, Satan, Yup, Titus, Gabriel, and Jophiel

Favorite moment in the comic? I have a lot but one of my top faves is the whole scene when Natalie is rescued by Luce from Titus and she finally uses her wish

What is your biggest inspiration as far as your art goes? Im probably not the best at words so i'm not really sure how to explain it but I really like films like spirited away, howl’s moving castle, Atlantis: the lost empire, Patema Inverted, etc. I love those types of movies not only because of how they look but more the feel i get when watching them. Like when you get really immersed in something. Seeing things like that make me want to work towards creating something like that one day.

What would you say is your favorite piece that you’ve done so far? One of my favorite SaM pieces i’ve posted so far is the one with Satan giving Nat a bear hug cuz he’s so happy

What would you say is one of your favorite things to draw? One of my favorite things is designing characters and then making up stories for them. Coloring is also my favorite part to do when I draw.

What do you think influences your art style? I get influenced by shows,comics, other artists, and the type of music i'm listening to at the moment  when i'm drawing. Part of the reason I like watching art streams and speedpaints is because that way I can see all the different ways people approach the same things and apply similar techniques to my own drawings.

What are some of your hobbies you enjoy? I love reading comics and playing video games. Im currently playing ffxv, project diva x, and KH unchained for the phone. I’ve also recently been trying to get better at animating which has been kinda fun.

Before joining SaM, what was a fandom you were part of and are there any fandoms you’re into outside of SaM? Hmm, before SaM I remember being really into Vocaloid and Naruto but currently even though there are shows and games I love I mostly enjoy them by myself since sometimes people tend to take things too seriously. I think rn SaM is the only fandom I actively take part in. i enjoy it, everyone here seems really nice!

Tell us a bit about yourself! My name is Amanda but in my friend group [of three] most just call me ‘Mike’. I’m 26 going on 27 and I am an artist and creative writer [rper but eh close enough]

When did you get into the fandom and how did you stumble upon it? I kind of stumbled across Satan and Me by accident because it showed up as a recommended blog for me to look at. No regrets ^^

Who are your favorite characters/pairings? My favorite characters are Archangel Michael, Raphael, Gabriel, Lucifer, and Natalie [I like Kristi too but I don’t know as much about her] As far as pairings go I like HolyHell, HolyWater, Natan, Michaelie, Graph and um… I think that’s about it really.

Oh! And Sheipos!

Favorite moment in the comic? That’s like trying to get me to chose my favorite kid if I had any, but… I guess the Run arc was really good ^^

What is your biggest inspiration as far as your art and writing goes? ah! It’s mostly music that inspires me, and I listen to all kinds of music ^^ Just not opera usually

What would you say is your favorite piece that you’ve done so far? Hmmm… I would say the Michael! On Ice one because it was very fun to do and I am over all really pleased with the colors

What would you say is one of your favorite things to draw or write? Um… Usually I love drawing wolves,horses, not usually humans. As for writing, I usually do short stories based on daydreams I tend to have. writing out daydreams is fun even if sometimes it makes no sense What do you think influences your style? I think  that anime, manga, music, and various fandoms have always influenced my work. I haven’t been drawing humans very long. I use a lot of references when I draw. Of course when I say I haven’t been drawing them long I mean I’ve only been drawing them about two years

What are some of your hobbies you enjoy? I like to walk and listen to music in the mornings and sing to myself a great deal Before joining SaM, what was a fandom you were part of and are there any fandoms you’re into outside of SaM? Ohhh boy…. I was/am part of the Naruto fandom but only casually [I know I know, most people think it’s trash but that was my teenage years] But aside from that I don’t really know..

Well mostly I just wanted to say that I love this fandom and I’m really glad that I am a part of it, and that I’ve met some wonderful people as a result of it The 'Samily’ really is a good name for it, at least for me and the friends I’ve made while I’ve been part of this fandom ^^

Spotlight #15 - Queenofcats17 (Fiona)

Tell us a bit about yourself: I’m Fiona, just an awkward potato trying to navigate the world now that I’ve graduated high school. I really like science fiction, fantasy, and anything to do with gods/angels and demons appeals to me, hence why I’m involved in this fandom. I’m a writer and an artist and those two things are my favorite things to do in the world. Although I appear small and adorable, I know I can have a bit of a temper and a less than clean vocabulary. When did you get into the fandom and how did you stumble upon it?     I think I’ve been here since the very beginning. I found the comic when I was scrolling on Tumblr and found the original thing Orange did. After that I was pretty much sold, because demon and forcefully cheery girl? That’s my jam right there. I didn’t get into the fandom until recently when I discovered the fanworks blog. After that I immersed myself in all the fanfiction and art. The people in this fandom are so talented and have such amazing ideas. Then I wrote a fanfic and people seemed to like that, so I continued. Who are your favorite characters/pairings? Like pretty much everyone, I think, I ship Natan. My favorite character is probably Natalie, due to how much I relate to her. Uriel is also a favorite, as is poor Michael Pangakos. I find I like the whole cast, with the exception of Jericho because fuck that guy. Oh, and other pairings I like are probably Kristi/Michael, Laila/Felix, Ganthea, Uriel/Raphael, Zadkiel/Yup in a cute platonic family way. If anyone can make Zadkiel less stabby it’s probably that child. Favorite moment in the comic? My favorite moment was probably when Natalie freed Luci from Hell’s grasp and he was just so damn happy. I just loved seeing that big smile on his face and how absolutely giddy he was. For once he seemed genuinely happy. It made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. I do enjoy the occasional warm fuzzy in between bouts of soul crushing despair. What is your biggest inspiration as far as your art (and/or) writing goes?Probably the books I read for writing and a lot of mangas for art. Not to mention the various Tumblr artists that make me want to get better. But books and everyday life always give me so many ideas and I can’t get them out of my head until I have them written down. A lot of my ideas come from books where other people depict angels or demons or gods, or I start thinking about something random and it suddenly makes sense to make it a part of my story. What would you say is your favorite piece that you’ve done so far? I’ve only done two pieces so far, but Valentine’s Day was by far the most popular. I was really pretty surprised when I saw it had gotten 32 notes. It might be more now. I do like my bootlegger fanfic though. Even if I never finished it. ^^” But I love both of them equally. V-Day was more lighthearted, meant to be a pick-me-up from the emotional trauma of the recent update. What would you say is one of your favorite things to draw/write? The things I love to write the most generally pertain to angels, demons, gods and the like. All those things tend to fascinate me, and I enjoy seeing just how human I can make them. For drawing, I tend to draw my characters, and even then it’s mostly girls. I find girls a lot easier to draw than guys for some reason. I taught myself to draw using Tokyo Mew Mew so my style is anime. What do you think influences your art/writing style? For art, I’d definitely say the mangas I read. Since I taught myself to draw using manga, like Tokyo Mew Mew, my art tends to be influenced by it. I often use mangas to practice different styles or different eye shapes or something. They’ve also been helpful in figuring out proportions and the like. As for writing, I’m definitely influence by writers like Jim Butcher, Neil Gaiman, and Terry Pratchett, because they’re what I grew up reading. I think I learned and adapted my style based on what they wrote and what I thought sounded good in what they did. I want to immerse people in my work, I want to be descriptive. I want people to enjoy my work and be just as excited about it as I am. What are some of your hobbies you enjoy? I like writing, drawing, reading, swimming, and of course anything to do with cats. My current blog is actually one I made after making an RP blog for one of my OC’s, (askthedemonhunter), who happens to be Jack the Ripper as a girl and a demon hunter. I’m weird, I know. I also like watching crime dramas in my spare time, like Bones, Criminal Minds, Elementary, Major Crimes. I especially like Criminal Minds because it goes inside the minds of these people and figures out what makes them do what they do. I love a good mystery. While watching these shows my cat will often just jump on me and sit there, so I will generally pet him so he won’t meow at me. He’s a whiny baby. Before joining SaM, what was a fandom you were part of and are there any fandoms you’re into outside of SaM? I was into Gravity Falls, Pokemon, D. Gray-Man, and D N Angel prior to SaM. Also Supernatural, but that was in middle school and the less we talk about my middle school time the better. I’m still into Gravity Falls and Pokemon, but I’ve also gotten into Miraculous Ladybug, FFXV, Steven Universe, My Hero Academia, Undertale, and a lot of others. A LOT. ^^” Is there anything else you’d like the fandom to know about you or anything you’d like to say to the fandom as a whole? I think this fandom is just so talented, and I’m really happy to be among such amazing and creative people. Tell us a bit about yourself! My name is Dio. I’m an animation student attending the Art Institute for almost 2 years. I hope to someday work for Disney/Pixar but for now I’m just a supervisor at “The Pizza Place”. And my favorite color is orange.

When did you get into the fandom and how did you stumble upon it? I think I first came in around the run arc. It was years ago during a not too great time in my life and a good friend of mine introduced me to it knowing that I’m a sucker for angel/demon lore.

Who are your favorite characters/pairings? I’d have to say my favorite characters are Gabriel and Zadkiel. Gabriel because the character, in whatever form of media, is interesting. Zadkiel because she’s a badass who don’t need no one.

To be honest, when I first started reading the comic I shipped Raphael and Uriel. But then over time I also liked Gabriel and Anthea, Zadkiel and Uriel, Raphael and Gabriel, and Ipos and Sheila. Favorite moment in the comic? This entire memory arc is kicking my ass. But specifically I’d say my favorite moment right now is the update right after Natalie dies. (I’m curious how Orange is going to bring her back to life) The very end of the run arc is a very close second though.

What is your biggest inspiration as far as your art goes? It really depends on the context and time. Mostly I’ve found inspiration in other artists, but I’ve also gotten it from games, music, movies, shows, etc. For example, I’m currently piecing together various aspects of other character designs to help build my own stories.

What would you say is your favorite piece that you’ve done so far? For the fandom, I’d have to say that one Raphael picture I did a while ago where he’s floating and some ‘invisible’ stuff is behind him.

What would you say is one of your favorite things to draw? Character designs mostly. Heads, hands, and especially expressions. Ironically, as much as I would like to draw cute things, it seems whenever I try, it just turns into horror (and I don’t even like horror).

What do you think influences your art style? To be honest, anime used to be a big influence and then my artwork just stemmed from there with more American influences like marvel/dc comics, or shows like Teen Titans, Ben 10, and Young Justice.

What are some of your hobbies you enjoy? I like to write and listen to music a lot. Or binge watch tv shows/movies/youtube videos if/whenever I get free time.

Before joining SaM, what was a fandom you were part of and are there any fandoms you’re into outside of SaM? I’m not sure I was really a part of any fandom like I am with Satan and Me mostly because it seems like I’m still an ‘unknown artist’. I did like Supernatural though (surprise, more angel/demon lore), but now I enjoy Steven Universe, Star vs. the Forces of Evil, Adventure Time, and Pokemon.

Is there anything else you’d like the fandom to know about you or anything you’d like to say to the fandom as a whole? This fandom is so wonderful. Everyone is so nice and encouraging. It truly helps when creating to have that kind of feedback no matter what it is and is part of what helps me to continue to create. I just wish I had more time/energy to contribute.

Tell us a bit about yourself! I’m Sailor! I’m a graphic design major, I currently have my associates but I’m working on my bachlors! I’m debating  on my masters, so fingers crossed! I love the color green, flowers and anime. I am addicted to Coke Cola and sour cream and onion chips. I’m “the shrek friend” if you know me haha. I work and go to school so I don’t have a lot of free time but I still try to make time to draw.

When did you get into the fandom and how did you stumble upon it?       I follow Mookie000 and one day she answered an ask that said “Your art style reminds me of “thisiskindagross” do you read Satan and Me?” And I looked it up and I’ve been hooked ever since!  

Who are your favorite characters/pairings? I love Mike P! He’s my favorite human, Natatie is my second favorite! Hmmm. I’m at a tie for Angel Mike and Gabe right now but my favorites change all the time it just depends on my mood same goes for my top pairings, but I love all pairings! Crack or canon doesn’t matter I love them all it makes talking about hc and aus easier B)

Favorite moment in the comic? I loved when Natalie tried to shake Michael's hand and he smacked it away and went in for a hug! “I don’t do handshakes Natalie.” I love it ;A;

What is your biggest inspiration as far as your art goes? Oh god, anything it could be anime, tumblr posts, music is a big one! I can really look at anything and get inspired to draw. If you see my irl i always have my sketchbook on me just in case.

What would you say is your favorite piece that you’ve done so far? Tough question! 

Currently this piece I did for Dani! But that's also my most recent piece and my art keeps getting better and better so it's just gonna change again haha.  

What would you say is one of your favorite things to draw? Hair and different body types! I love anything flowy really and hair is so fun to shade! And I love chubby bodies they’re just so natural to draw for me now!

What do you think influences your art style? Tumblr artist for the most part. Comics too lots of anime. I think my style is kind of my own frankenstein of other styles I’ve liked over the years but it fits me.

What are some of your hobbies you enjoy? I love watching bad horror movies, drawing and playing video games, but most of my time does to work and school sadly..

Before joining SaM, what was a fandom you were part of and are there any fandoms you’re into outside of SaM? I was really into Steven Universe for almost a year it kind of made me start to get serious about my drawing and then SaM hit me like a train haha. Currently I’m getting back into SU and I joined the Fallout 4 fandom too because I love that game. SaM is my main though!

Is there anything else you’d like the fandom to know about you or anything you’d like to say to the fandom as a whole? I love y’all SaM has made me a lot of friends over the past year and I don’t have words to express how grateful I am for that.

Spotlight #12  - BigenderZadkiel/Umbrakinetix (Shank)

Tell us a bit about yourself: I’m Caspian, or Shank in streams! I’m 18 years old, left-handed, and a Sagittarius. I’m hopefully starting university in the fall, and I’m torn between becoming a teacher or a doctor. When I was a kid, I went to a science & engineering camp, and every summer, without fail, someone would end up duct taped to the wall and/or barricaded behind several feet of paper cups and scrap metal. This is the reason I am who I am today. When did you get into the fandom and how did you stumble upon it?  Hmm… it was the spring of my sophomore year when I really started following SaM seriously, I think. I’d seen the original post on my dashboard before, of course- who hasn’t?- but I didn’t know there was more until someone I used to follow started posting about it! Even after that, I didn’t join the fandom For Realsies until early summer. I can still remember how I ended up in the stream for the first time. My beloved goldfish had been ill for some time, and I finally had to euthanize him that afternoon. I was heartbroken and looking for something to distract me on Tumblr, and Orange was streaming, and I just jumped in. The rest is history.When did you get into the fandom and how did you stumble upon it?

Who are your favorite characters/pairings? As for ships… Natan is almost a given, but I also like Graph, Raphriel, Ganthea, and I LOVE ZADKIEL AND MICHAEL SO MUCH END ME. Yup and Raguel are my precious sons, also, and Lucifer is… Lucifer. And I love him for it.

Favorite moment in the comic? WHEN LUCIFER CRIED OVER NAT’S BODY UWU but I also love every single interaction Lucifer and Michael have. All of them.

What is your biggest inspiration as far as your art goes? Usually, when I draw SaM art, it’s inspired by a potential shitpost that would be more elegantly expressed in an iconic form. On rare occasions, I’m inspired by music or a poem. When it comes to original art, though, I’m inspired by music and Serious Stuff just as much as I’m inspired by my own shitposting.

What would you say is your favorite piece that you’ve done so far? After the update where Michael threatens Gabe with the Tank came out, I drew the “I won’t hesitate” vine, but with everyone’s favorite dysfunctional archangel duo. It was garbage and my laptop gave up the ghost three times while I was working on it, but I thought it was funny. It’s still over on my old blog, @bigenderzadkiel.

What would you say is one of your favorite things to draw? Blood’n’tears :-) I love drawing battered, beat up, and discouraged characters so much. Also battered, beat up, and determined. I’m sure the human body can’t actually survive losing the amount of blood I like to splash around my drawings.

What do you think influences your art style? ...I hate to admit it, but anime. I try my best to branch out, but the stylized, overdramatic kind of art you see in anime and manga is just so fun to draw.

What are some of your hobbies you enjoy? Drawing and writing and reading, mostly. I also cosplay, and I’m an amateur vlogger.

Before joining SaM, what was a fandom you were part of and are there any fandoms you’re into outside of SaM? I’m not really big part of any fandoms beyond SaM. I was fairly active in the Homestuck fandom during the Golden Age, but beyond that I’ve mostly kept to myself. I’ve really gotten into Star Wars and Transformers this past year, though, so who knows? Maybe I’ll get more involved in those fandoms, too.

Is there anything else you’d like the fandom to know about you or anything you’d like to say to the fandom as a whole? *insert bee movie script here* But in all seriousness, sometimes all you can contribute to a fandom is bad jokes and conspiracy theories, and that’s ok. Not everybody can be a powerhouse writer, or an artist, or an cosplayer who defies all laws of physics. It’s the little things- the projects, the memes, the banter- that hold a fandom together. So keep posting jokes in the tag and the streams! I promise, you’re contributing something beautiful and unique and team-building- laughter*insert bee movie script here*

Tell us a bit about yourself: Hey there~ many people know me from streams as Swim, I’m 17 years old, and I make any fanwork my abilities and computer allow- meaning art, writing, playlists, and shitposts. I’m a huge band nerd with a creative passion, most especially in music, art, and writing!

1. When did you get into the fandom and how did you stumble upon it? I’ve been following Satan and Me almost from the beginning, I think from the original text post. I reread it in March-ish of 2015 and finally caught up in the middle of the Run arc, and I was hooked. I wasted no time in entering the fandom and posting my first playlist. I went into a spoiler stream under the name of my url, and was greeted with like 5 “hi swim!!”s. I fell in love with the comic and the fanbase that gave me my alias, and here I am.

2. Who are your favorite characters/pairings? Basically every time Jophiel shows up my soul exits my body, so I’d have to say him and Gabe. My favorite pairings are definitely Natan, GabeMike, Sheipos, and ChamZoe

3. Favorite moment in the comic? I would watch Satan breaking into the warehouse and causing Jericho to pretty much shit his pants again and again and again and again and again and again and agai-

4. What is your biggest inspiration as far as your art goes? Music or writing! If I hear a song and I think it really fits well with Satan and Me, or I have an AU idea that I like a lot, drawing it out is just so satisfying. Plus just having a visual helps me show whoever sees my art just what I imagine when I listen to some song, or have some writing idea.

5. What would you say is your favorite piece that you’ve done so far? Oh man, for my art, I think one of my digital pieces where I drew Luce as a duke is my favorite. I know there are mistakes on it and I’m still getting a handle on digital art, but I’m proud af of the lighting and that curtain. In regards to writing, High Hopes is my casual multi chap fic, and I’m very happy with how it’s coming along.

6. What would you say is one of your favorite things to draw? I love drawing clothes. I’ve spent a lot of time working on folds of clothing and how to shade things and I’ve practiced so much that it just became relaxing.

7. What do you think influences your art style? Orange’s art, for the most part. I’m not in streams much anymore, but when I do I’m usually sketching while I watch. Orange is more skilled than I am, and I take being able to watch her process as a way for me to see what I can correct in my art, and it’s like a tutorial for digital art programs, because I have no idea how to navigate that otherwise.

8. What are some of your hobbies you enjoy? Like I said before, I’m a huge band nerd. I play trumpet, I’m on the leadership team for my school’s band, and I’d pretty much give up my left arm for the band if my teachers asked me for it. I’ve also recently taken up painting, most especially along to Bob Ross videos.

9. Before joining SaM, what was a fandom you were part of and are there any fandoms you’re into outside of SaM? Upon investigation into my archive, at the time I was getting into SaM, my hype for attack on titan was starting to die down, and I was getting into Haikyuu!! Right now, other than SaM, I still make fics for haikyuu, and voltron.

10. Is there anything else you’d like the fandom to know about you or anything you’d like to say to the fandom as a whole? Honestly I’m glad I’ve gotten the opportunity to meet so many of you!! This webcomic and the fandom has quite literally changed my life. If I hadn’t read this webcomic, I probably never would have decided to pursue my writing as a career. Now, I’m working on writing a novel. You guys have fueled me creatively, and I can never really pay y’all back. Thank you for all the kind tags and messages!!

Tell us a bit about yourself!

Hello everyone! I’m Doc. I chose that nickname because I have...a doctorate! And also many of my real life friends insist on calling me Doc, so I’m used to it. Haha. For safety/legal/ethical reasons, I don’t really go into the kind of work that I do, but I do love my work! I love talking about fiction. Sometimes I say too many cusses.

When did you get into the fandom and how did you stumble upon it? I found the comic at the beginning of April of 2016. My answer to the second part of the question may be a bit TMI for some, but I don’t mind sharing it: I have hella premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD). I was scrolling through a PMDD blog to read some Relatable Posts, and I found the first comic. I read through the whole comic in one sitting. Then I read the rest of the blog, started reading fanfics and looking at other fans’ blogs, and then finally ended up making this blog a few weeks after finding the comic!

Who are your favorite characters/pairings? Well, Natan, obviously. I’d say my favorite character is probably Lucifer. But I also love our girl Nat. Other characters I love: Anthea, Gabe, Raph, Zadkiel, Jophiel. (That’s not even close to everyone, but I had to stop or else I’d list almost the entire damn cast.) Other pairings: Ganthea, Graph, Raph/happiness, Anthea/life, you know... Favorite moment in the comic?

I had the hardest time choosing one, but I think I’d have to go with Luce taking Nat to the beach. I’m a sucker for beach times. But then also when he was all happy after she used the contract… oh and when she told him she loved him… and then his face when he aged her up??? Okay I need to stop, moving on.

What is your biggest inspiration as far as your art/writing goes? Usually, an idea occurs and I can’t get it out of my head until I purge it somehow. I have a whole list of fics and art piece descriptions that I haven’t had time to work on, but I just needed to write it down because it kept playing in my head over and over again. Another huge piece of that inspiration is the fandom, though! Everyone’s contributions are so warmly received by the rest of the fandom, that it makes me excited to try to find time to work on this stuff.   What would you say is your favorite piece that you’ve done so far?

For writing, it’s Feeling Yourself Disintegrate. The first fic I’ve ever written, and I’m still pretty proud of my lil fic there! Also fun fact: it’s based on a real place (and a real thing that I do sometimes), and I believe it’s actually kinda close to where Luce ended up taking Nat in canon. So uh, there’s that. For art, I really like the Pestilence that I posted recently. When I joined the fandom, I had just gotten licensed in my field, which meant that I hadn’t drawn anything for over a year. I feel like I’m just starting to get really comfortable with drawing, and the Pestilence piece felt good to draw.

What would you say is one of your favorite things to draw/write?

I definitely have a bunch of doodles of Lucifer. For non-SaM things, I’m fond of doodling weird-looking monsters, eyes, and people with exaggerated facial features. I’m still expanding my writing, but I get a lot of practice by writing down my dreams in as much detail as I can. I tend to have extremely vivid and bizarre dreams.

What do you think influences your art/writing style? I’m very visual, so the desire to convey what I see in my mind’s eye very much influences how I write and why it takes me so long to finish a drawing. I like to read things that make me forget I’m reading, if that makes any sense. Sometimes you read stories that are so captivating that it almost seems like you’re watching a movie instead of reading a story because you can imagine it so clearly. That’s what I aim for when I write. In my senior year of high school, I had the fortune of having the same teacher for english and for media literature, so a lot of the things I learned from him in terms of both written storytelling and visual storytelling have stuck with me to this day.

What are some of your hobbies you enjoy? I love makeup (my makeup blog is natantrash-makeup.tumblr,com), but I rarely wear it because I tend to create very elaborate looks. I either wear no makeup or something worthy of RuPaul’s Drag Race, haha. I also love to watch movies and TV shows and talk about them critically. In the past few months, I’ve also gotten into exercise. I do a lot of weight training and stationary bike (which I pair with the aforementioned TV and movies). I live alone, which means I’ve got to fend for myself food-wise, so I also got really into cooking and I enjoy trying new recipes. 

Before joining SaM, what was a fandom you were part of and are there any fandoms you’re into outside of SaM? Well, I literally grew up watching Star Trek, so I’ve kind of been a member of that fandom for my entire life. The first fandom I got into on my own was Lord of the Rings, starting in middle school. There are a lot of things that I’m a fan of, but don’t necessarily participate in the fandom a whole lot. Some of the more contemporary things that fall under that category are Voltron, Steven Universe, Lucifer, How to Get Away with Murder, Criminal Minds, just to name a few. Part of why I wanted to make a separate blog for SaM was because I felt that my main had gotten so cluttered with other fandomy things that I wanted to keep track of this one thing. Which is so funny because my main has been essentially abandoned, and I’m now on this blog 99% of the time.  Is there anything else you’d like the fandom to know about you or anything you’d like to say to the fandom as a whole?

I just love this fandom. I feel like I’m so new to it, yet everyone’s been so warm and welcoming from the beginning. I haven’t been witness to any BS, even when opinions differ. Well, hello there!! My name is Mori, you may know me as the one still obsessed with Lailix. I'm a 21- soon to be 22 year old who's been on Tumblr far too long, works way too much, and doesn't get to draw nearly enough. I don't have much to share besides that lmao. When did you get into the fandom and how did you stumble upon it? Hmmm, I started reading SaM when it was still new-ish, but I wasn't really into the fandom for maybe a month or 2 out of sheer shyness and the comic itself consuming me slowly lmao. I think it was the update with nat being sick that I read first, (and I immediately shipped the demon and sick girl because of how cute it was haha), and i clicked the OP to see if there was any other art of them, thinking they were just oc doodles. Safe to say that was all I needed. I read everything else that was posted up until that point and I haven't stopped since. Who are your favorite characters/pairings? I think if I ever stopped loving Felix as much as I do, people would worry about me. Felix is by far my favorite and has been since almost the beginning, and probably will be long after its over. I also love Laila the most out of the girls, and Anthea is so so dear to my heart. Then there's just Pax lmao. As for favourite pairings, lailix has basically ruined my life at this point. I love all 3 of the Contract ships, and a few "for fun" ships I obsess over from time to time. If you're ever curious what I ship you can just ask! Favorite moment in the comic? I've had a few over the years, from the blanket fort, to Laila contracting Felix, to the bridge scenes during Run, to Luce's badass entrance when he came to rescue Natalie at the warehouse. And as much as I love Lucifer crying in the most recent updates, currently, it's probably still Felix absolutely decking Pax when they reunite again. I hoped and waited for the longest time for something like that and that scene did not disappoint lmao! What is your biggest inspiration as far as your art goes? This isn't an easy question lol. I honestly don't know, I never really know what causes most of my art besides thinking of a cute idea or Headcanon. I guess just life experiences in general? Happy things? I draw more when I draw happy things so that's probably my answer haha. What would you say is your favorite piece that you’ve done so far? Well, usually I'll wind up liking my most current piece, but to be honest my most favorite is still that 1920's Poolsharks Lailix piece. What would you say is one of your favorite things to draw? Felix , lol, no, really it's probably daily life pieces. Just pictures of the characters having fun just sitting around with each other, maybe being cute and stuff. Happy things again, you know? Also fashion and clothes line-ups. I love designing outfits for the characters, it's so much fun for me. What do you think influences your art style? Is it cliche to say my friends? Bc mostly them lmao, but also probably just wanting it to look cute and clean and accurate and detailed. Also probably my years of being an anime nerd whoops. What are some of your hobbies you enjoy? To be honest, besides drawing I don't have any hobbies. Drawing is basically the only thing I have, though I do read a couple manga or fanfic when I can. If I have free time, I draw or maybe listen to music or read. Before joining SaM, what was a fandom you were part of and are there any fandoms you’re into outside of SaM? I was actually big into homestuck for years before Sam. I was part of a little rp and cosplay group and it was easily the most fun I had on Tumblr back then. I was never as active as I am with Sam tho. Besides Sam, I'll bounce around with other things I like to read or watch but I'm not really INTO any fandoms. Is there anything else you’d like the fandom to know about you or anything you’d like to say to the fandom as a whole? I love everyone here to be honest. All the little asks and tags and comments on my art and in my inbox (thank you for those btw, I love when people leave tags on my art lol, it's so sweet) always make me smile and watching how much fun everyone has with eachother is so nice and I just love everyone in the fandom. It makes me happy lmao.

Spotlight #8 - buttfaceandme (Buttie)

Tell us a little about yourself!

Hi, I’m Buttie, and you may or may not know me! I like reading SaM and for a while, I regularly graced the fandom with silly doodles and humor. I’m a 21 year old German, I love pigeons, and welcome to my crib.

When did you get into the fandom and how did you stumble upon it?

I found the comic through the original post and started reading it fairly early on (the fact that I can’t remember the exact update it was on at the time for memories sake is my biggest regret to date). After looking through the entire tag, I was a buttman obsessed, and started watch the streams also -- Run was one of my first ones, but I’d seen a handful before it. However, I never talked in streams, and didn’t join the fandom at all until August 2015. When I made my blog (with a placeholder URL that ended up sticking) is when I fell fast and hard, and ended up getting really involved with the fandom. The ‘final’ stream had passed by the time I’d started socializing, so I was pretty upset, but I’ve gotten to attend a lot of streams since then!

Who are your favorite characters/pairings? I’m not big on shipping and vaguely dislike romantic ships -- platonic’s where it’s at. That said, I do appreciate ChamZoe, I’ve got an interest in Kristi/Laila and Anabiel/Jophiel/Metatron and I’m 100% weak for Pailix. The latter’s honestly the only ship I’d say I have, but I guess poly-ships in general are how to get me.

Characters are hard, cause I love all of them. Right now I’d say it’s Michael, Uriel, Pax, maybe Raguel and I loved every moment we had Jericho in the story. Sheipos. (Especially Sheila though.) And that one silver-haired background angel.

Favorite moment in the comic?

My favorite moment is [redacted for spoilers], [redacted for more spoilers] and every time there’s a good shot of Michael (or generally visually pleasing angel stuff -- the bottom line is, art will always trump plot for me).

What is your biggest inspiration as far as your art/writing goes?

I wish I knew how to answer this question, but I really don’t; it doesn’t help that I’m completely lacking inspiration right now. I think usually when I produce something, it’s based on a spur-of-the-moment idea or joke... so maybe it’s the fact that you can take a joke or a concept and take it further, through art? I was in a big art slump before joining the Samily™, and I wouldn’t have started drawing again without outside input. When I made a bunch of humorous, doodly comics, it was kind of like making art with people -- always through interacting, part of a conversation, etc. and that gives you a lot of energy. Also notes. Everybody loves notes. Mhmm.

What would you say is your favorite piece that you’ve done so far?

the real favorite piece is the friends we’ve made along the way

(This is a very tough question, especially since most of my SaM work hasn’t been serious. I’m settling on this comic, because it never fails to make me laugh, and these are what people know me for. However, my magical girl designs are a close second!)

What would you say is one of your favorite things to draw/write? For drawing I guess I enjoy drawing hair, fabric and flowy things a lot; angels, as well as just designing outfits or color-mapping things. With a solid sketch, line-arting is one of my favorite things. Oh, and people facing left at a slight angle, that’s a good one. Also, when I’m doodling traditionally I somehow always end up drawing Gabe! The nose has me hooked (ha ha).

I don’t write a lot, but I used to love discussing meta with people and it was great. I love just putting down my thoughts, rambling, theorizing, and using 27 different adjectives to describe the same thing in a weird mix of poetry and prose. I’m a huge sucker for concepts and thoughts, and can’t do plot.

What do you think influences your art/writing style?

I don’t really have a good answer for this one. I guess I get inspired by cartoons and animation a lot when it comes to style, but I also just really liking at art, so it just all comes together. I definitely  don’t try to do anything specific. No way for me to not mention Orange here though, because I’m sure I’ve learnt more from watching her draw than I can think of. The best way to describe it is that I’ve seen her drawn some things -- like profiles, for example -- and gone ‘oh’, because it just clicked, and suddenly made sense to me.

What are some of your hobbies you enjoy? I like singing, daydreaming, taking walks and generally being outside. And looking at pretty things, which sounds silly, but is super fulfilling.

Before joining SaM, what was a fandom you were part of and are there any fandoms you’re into outside of SaM? I’d stopped being active in fandoms for quite a while before SaM. While I’m a fan of a lot of things, I was always passive and never contributed... before SaM. Things I enjoyed were the unmentionables of Sherlock, SPN and Marvel when they were big, Homestuck, Madoka and maybe other webcomics. I feel like there’s more, those don’t feel like my main fandoms at all, but I can’t think of anything else. It’s all a blur, really, who remembers life before SaM?

Is there anything else you’d like the fandom to know about you or anything you’d like to say to the fandom as a whole? I didn’t wanna make it my favorite piece, but please read Cockoa Latte (NSFW). It’s a work of art. Also, I had nothing to do with Butts before SaM. Nothing. Now they’re my entire identity, proving how damn powerful these people are. What I’m saying is, choose your name wisely.

P.S. I love you guys (even if I don’t know most of you) and I really need to start checking in on the tag again. This fandom will always be special to me. Keep producing all the lovely content you do! ♥
