Lol my brother got our department lead demoted today (my brother and I work in the same department just on different shifts) because they got into a verbal altercation that resulted in the store manager getting involved. The manager sided with my brother (mainly because he was tired of hearing my brother and I rightfully bitch about the dairy lead all the time). And it's about fucking time. Our department lead can't be in the cooler for longer than 5 minutes due to medical reasons (we work in the dairy department) and refuses to work weekends (the busiest days of the week). He's also used the r-slur to refer to me and the non-verbal autistic guy who works during the day.
