ƃuıʞɔnɟ khriest! What a dumb, stupid, ʎʇʇᴉɥs, pǝʞɔnɟ-up world!
It’s time for a goddamn correction. Luigi Mangione may have murdered. That is wrong on the surface. Horribly wrong. But what is sickening and worse, bordering evil is the industrialized scale of which ordinary Americans paying out the noses for health care are denied claims for life-saving care. I feel one corrupt and evil ʞɔnɟ should be a wake up call for these morons and sʞɔnɟ to change how they do business. Otherwise, we’ll continue to use those words. Words. The very people who are afraid of us saying those words are using words to deny claims. Their words are the ones ACTUALLY MURDERING PEOPLE. Insurance scam companies’ CEOs SHOULD be ƃuıʞɔnɟ scared if they don’t make systemic changes.
This woman was arrested for WORDS.
We should rally for her as much as the guy who actually shot someone. Push back.

Happy Festivus, folks. This the little bit of decoration I allow in my workspace. Ha! I kill me! It’s all I can do to bring a little bit of cheer to an all business workshop. I mean, we can’t really drill down into the holiday without stepping up appearances and decorating.

And sometimes the timing belt breaking causes SEVERE damage. My advice is pay exceedingly close attention to service intervals for things like the timing belt/chain; That way, you don’t end up paying an exceeding amount of money to repair the collateral damage.
Why? Because some engines have what’s known as interference heads. Interference engines have valves which protrude into the pistons’ space; A space normally taken up by the piston at top dead center. So the belt breaks or slips a couple teeth…and then your piston crashes into a valve. Then you have a terminal issue rather than a regular maintenance issue. That’s why.
Don’t neglect service intervals!
When considering how a car runs, a lot of people think about the major components, like the engine, the alternator or the battery.
However, there are many smaller parts that are necessary for a vehicle to work correctly.
The timing belt is one of them. It surrounds various items and is responsible for making sure the crankshaft and camshaft are in the right timing.
Sometimes, this piece goes bad and needs to be replaced.

It just dawned on me, just now, watching Have I Got News For You, that THE Jenny Hagel is the same Jenny Hagel with whom I attended high school. No ƃuıʞɔnɟ way! Next time I watch ‘Jokes Seth Can’t Tell’, I’ll be laughing at the jokes like I laughed when she cracked Latin jokes in class. Funny lady!

“It was a bit surreal watching Charles pass Romain Grosjean at Rascasse during the 2019 Monaco Grand Prix – it made the hair stand up on the back of my neck, because it was a carbon copy of a fantastic move Jules had pulled on Kamui Kobayashi at the same point in 2014.”
A move into Rascasse, five years apart. In 2014, Jules Bianchi recorded his and Marussia F1′s first and only points with an epic drive from 20th position to 8th, only bumped down to 9th by a time penalty. It was an incredible feat, given that Monaco is known to be difficult to overtake, and Marussia was a backmarker team. Many were certain that Jules had a future at Ferrari and could even win a championship someday. Unfortunately, Jules would pass away the following year, succumbing to injuries from his severe accident at the 2014 Japanese Grand Prix. His godson, Charles Leclerc, would follow in his footsteps to the Ferrari Driver Academy, and then go on to drive for Scuderia Ferrari in 2019.

In light of the US electing a fascist government, I feel it is an appropriate time to bring up this ancient song…

I am profoundly disappointed in America right now. Profoundly disappointed that we’ve embraced the fascist nutcase and thrown away over 250 years of principle.

The orange uoqqᴉƃʇᴉɥs holding a rally in Madison Square Garden is history repeating itself. Is humanity that stupid? We let the world know how we felt about fascism once. Why the ever loving ʞɔnɟ is this happening again?

Y’all. I was just sent a box of old toys I had amassed while working at a long defunct toy store company. In several bags are Beanie Babies. One is a purple bear with a white rose on it named ‘Princess’. They’re all in good shape. But I don’t know what to do with them.
I used to get them when I worked there. Had my pickings. Anyone know what they’re worth? Do people even collect these?

Something continues to irk me. It is the proliferation of ssᴉd poor drivers. ʇıɥs drivers. Bad drivers everywhere. Rude, inconsiderate, incompetent drivers. These people belong on the inside…of a goddamn specimen jar.
Someone needs to do something about that. I know! Breakfast for dogs! Then they’d be doing the world some good.
