My plans for the week. We'll see how this week goes! Monday: 5:30am hiit / 5:15pm hot yoga Tuesday: 5:30 am hiit / after work walk Wednesday: rest Thursday: 5:30 am hiit / 5:15 hot flow Friday: 5:30 am hiit / after work walk Saturday: 9:15 am hiit / 10:15 pure flow Sunday: 8:00 am hiit / 9:00 am pure flow I get tired just looking at this. 🤣

So I have to say last week was a pretty good yoga week! I planned on four classes and I did four classes!
Monday - Hot Flow - Flow class in a 98 degree room. I honestly nearly died. I even took a pretty long break in the middle (we’re talking 10 minutes) and still came back again this week. (Spoiler, no breaks this time)
Wednesday - Calm flow - Easier flow in a 90 degree room. I’d take this class everyday if it worked with my schedule!
Thursday - No yoga, but I did do 3 miles at the reservoir. (All walking)
Friday - 1.5 mile walk followed by a barre class. Let’s just say I am fairly certain that I will never be graceful. :)
Saturday - No yoga, but the hubs and I did 8 miles total. Some walking, some running. The last three miles were with his mom, so that was fun.
Sunday - Power flow with Brandi. She did this awesome thing with weights which honestly had me super nervous at first, but it ended up being really cool. Then the hubs and I did 6 miles, some walking - some running.

I know that I said I was going to for sure hit up the studio four times this past week, but I only made it three. Whomp, whomp. Anyway here's my round up for the week. Thursday: 60 minute power flow with Kelly. OMG. She's trying to kill me. : ) Saturday: 60 minute calm flow with Brandi. This class was made for her to teach. She rocked it. Sunday: 60 minute power flow with Brandi. Again, loved this class.

Last Week in Yoga
It was a rough week for a million reasons. Number one I think was that the hubs was out of town and I have to go let the dogs out first. Once I am home, it’s really tough to get back out.
Monday - 60 Minutes - Calm Flow @ 7:30 pm. This is really the only time I can make this work when the husband is gone but it’s soooo late for me. Didn’t get home until almost 9:00 and that’s my bed time. :(
Saturday - 60 Minutes - Calm Flow @ 3:30 pm. One of three people in class with one of my favorite teachers. She’s so calming. This class was made for her.
Sunday - 60 minutes Power Flow @ 9:00 am. I was really too sore for this class. :(
This week my goal is to make it four times. We’ll see how that goes!

Holy shit. I joined a yoga studio today. They offer lots of classes so it looks like I'll be doing cardio based in the am and maybe some yoga in the pm or weekend.
