No, no, and NO.
Friends, "healthy" is somewhat of a subjective term. You determine what that word means to you, and you don't need anyone's consent. If your quality of life is dramatically reduced by not eating donuts, have a donut every Saturday. It won't kill you - in fact, it'll most likely make you stronger. LIVE A LITTLE, have fun, don't overanalyze.

Tried to post this yesterday from my phone but just realized it didn't go through. Lame.
Anyway, this is my bad ass veggie omelette that I made for lunch yesterday (and again today) + my new pumpkin spice coffee that I'm way too in love with.
Also included my favourite instagram of the day, just for kicks.
Sorry I didn't post my intake yesterday! You probably don't care, but I ran 10k and then went to work till 9:30. I think I'm going to change plans and just post my exercise every day. Posting my intake kinda puts me inside my own head too much, ya know? Cool.

Gonna try and post my eats/exercises every day till my half marathon!
Which is October 12th, if you were curious.
My mindful eating has been going pretty well lately! However, since school has started back up again, I've definitely found it hard to get my miles in. Here's what today consisted of!
Preworkout: banana + pb
*Ab, Back, & Tricep workout*
Postworkout: soy latte + white chocolate raspberry quest bar
Lunch: 3 mini clean carrot muffins I made over the weekend!
Snackage: another quest bar (limited resources and didn't want to spend money)
Dinner: amaaaaazing pho from the vietnamese place near me - NOM. Not exactly clean, but one of the healthier options undoubtedly
Dessert: banana with a bit of pb and melted semisweet chocolate chips
