Imagine

Your eighteen birthday comes and with it a letter telling you the world is so much different then you expected. You suspect it’s just some weird joke someone’s playing on you. Old fashioned letters? Magic? A secret school hidden in the foggy forests of Massachusetts? You throw the letter away, grab your phone off it’s charger, and don’t think about it again.Then a second letter appears on your doorstep. A third in your cutlery drawer. A forth in your left shoe.

You say yes on an impulse.

Two days later there’s a schedule, including a meeting spot for shopping and a list of necessities. Except the school supplies sound, well, fake and you find yourself worrying if you’ll get wifi inside of this ancient looking castle. Part of you still thinks it’s not real – how could it be? – even as you step up to the station. And when you reach out, your hand falling through the section of stone like it’s not there, well…

You start to believe in magic.

Your character is stranded in a wood with no supplies, what can they use to survive? Your character is from the medieval times, how would they light a fire with no match? Your character is injured with no medical supplies? What can they do.

How to find water in the wild

From reading these there are many different water collection techniques depending on the items you have to hand. If you have any type of bottle, jar or carton you can collect rain water. This is probably safer than getting it from a river or a lake. Once you have your water you need to decontaminate it as it could have dangerous micro organisms. Then you need to be careful to ration the water, especially if there are a few of you and you are leaving the source of water or you are relying on rain water.

hi, i've been looking through icon borders and i've noticed that you guys have a few circle and/or other shaped borders available for download, and i've been trying to figure out how to use those on gifs, so if one of you could make a tutorial on that, that'd be great! i know i figured it out a while ago but i tried again and i can't seem to get it, so it's sort of driving me crazy. thanks!
