How can a person get used to pain? How can a child grow up knowing only the sound of bombing instead of the laughter of childhood? How can a mother put her children to sleep without knowing if they will wake up in the morning?

In Gaza, pain is not a passing moment; it is an entire life. There, where safety becomes an impossible dream, where every day is another chance to survive.
