Salmon Run Tip #0440
During the Xtra Wave, golden eggs won't take out a Big Shot in one hit, so be sure you can follow up to get the splat before it retreats!

Salmon Run Tip #0439
It's not the most efficient use of ink in the world, but if you want to practice your trick shots, you can toss a bomb up onto a Fish Stick to take out some of the Smallfry! It's like the water bottle challenge, but for squid kids.

Salmon Run Tip #0438
The Grizzco Charger fires 7 times from a full tank, whether you tap shot it or fully charge it. You have limited shots, but they're lightning fast and hit like a truck!

Salmon Run Tip #0437
Elevator going up! Need to get back up on higher ground, especially on Marooner's Bay? If you get lucky with the placement of a Slammin' Lid, you can summon him down and then ride him up to where you need to go!

Salmon Run Tip #0436
Elevation troubles on Marooner's Bay are a thing of the past! Well, that boat still causes trouble. But now, you can throw your eggs from the crate-filled beach right up to the basket! Make sure you throw where the elevator lets out. You can throw an egg over the higher walls, but it's a lot trickier. Watch your back and keep an eye on your ink tank!

Salmon Run Tip #0435
In a Big Run, look for a platform or bit of level geometry that the salmonids can't get to in order to give yourself an advantage. I spent the majority of this round on this thin platform that the Grillers couldn't drive on, and it made the whole round a lot more manageable.

The Grizzco Splatana can be used to one-shot Drizzlers--even when shielded under their umbrellas. Rain, meet chainsaw!

Steel Eel's body will shred through the Booyah Bomb's armor, so don't count on this special to keep you safe from this boss!

Salmon Run Tip #0431
In Tip #0401, we covered how the Booyah Bomb can be used to take out the flyfish but were unsure if the buckets needed to be open or closed. We now have confirmation that Booyah Bombs can be used to take out flyfish no matter the bucket configuration! Open or closed, spam that booyah button and get tossing!

Salmon Run Tip #0428
Flipper Floppers can be taken out in mid-air, before their Splat Zone is painted by just regular weapons! Of course, having heavy duty weapons like the Dynamo helps a lot in this regard.

Salmon Run Tip #0427
Glowflies can get a little hectic, but Booyah Bomb can offer a moment of reprieve, especially if your team is trying to recover from multiple splats. If you're glowing, you can use your booyah bomb to stall out the mob and protect your teammates, giving them time to reset as needed. This also enables you to wipe all of the salmonids out in one fell swoop. Be careful though--those fish can jump and they they will try to get you if you hang out for too long!

The Grizzco Splatana pierces just like the Grizzco Slosher, so it can take out armored bosses like the Flyfish! Simply aim at the pilot and swing away!

Salmon Run Tip #0425
Chum and cohocks have incredible knockback in this game (especially when compared with Splatoon 2), but you can use that to your advantage. Here, a cohock helps with the delivery of the final egg by giving me a boost to the basket! Thanks a lot, pal!

Salmon Run Tip #0424
When completely covered in your team's ink, the Flipper Flopper's splat zone cannot be inked by enemy salmonids. This can be used to negate the painting power of Steelhead bombs or pesky chum trails!
