You guys ever go hunting for fic and find one with the exact self-indulgence you were half-looking for and half-ashamed to find that makes you immediately go, "Ah. The author and I had the exact same thoughts and emotions when we watched that movie. This is not a compliment to either of us." And then hork down that fic like you're a dog trying to eat something before its owner can pry it away?

Saw someone say that ‘Are you really Okay’ by sleep token is written from Vessel’s mother’s perspective because of the baby tube held in the creatures arms in the cover art and hey?

That’s infinitely more distressing, I never listened to that song (I even silenced it on my album playthroughs) because the idea of some dumbass guy saying “please stopppp nooo don’t do it 🥺” pissed me off really bad, but a mother?

A mother seeing signs of mental illness in their own child, watching that young boy wake her up in the middle of the night after hurting himself for reasons neither of them could really understand? The agony of raising a sweet baby, raising it and teaching it to walk and giving it all the love you have only for it to hate itself? Trying so desperately to fix its wounds, uselessly trying to hold it together while they spill like water through your hands?

Having to beg your own child not to hurt themselves anymore?

Terzo resurrection truthers I just noticed something I haven’t seen anybody mention

So in chapter 3 when the three of them are embalmed their arms are down at their sides. Here specifically is multiple shots of Terzo with his arms at his sides.

When walking through the Veneration of Relics, both Primo and Secondo’s cadavers are still in this position. Terzo’s is not (I couldn’t find images showing enough of the first two on Google so I screenshot this Tiktok).

And I don’t think I heard it back when this video was made, but people were saying his coffin and ONLY his coffin was scratched. The guy with claws on his gloves who has moved since being set in place for eternity.

I understand where they're coming from, the Internet is a shitthole. But that doesn't mean you have the right to police what other people want to spend their time looking at (however discusting/offensive/triggering it is to you) like antis always end up trying to do.

I didn't cross tag shit, was not ridiculing, or dismissing. I simply saw a take that I thought was ass, like the post says, and expressed my oppinion on the matter.

Pointless? Yes definitely, I agree. Me, and you, and op, we are all just dust specs in the vast ecosystem of tumblr.

I don't care about this shittpost, the only focus I put in is explaining this to you (and anyone in the future who comes across this). Everyone has a voice, and I'm expressing my thoughts on their publicly posted thoughts, and they are free to do the same to me. That's how conversation works. I would listen to op but their reblog of my reblog took me to their blog and in my brief time there I saw others try to talk and being shut down constantly, op does not understand what they are posting about and refuses to listen to other takes and oppinions, I think that is pretty dismissive. I realised it's not worth my time, another one for the block list I guess 🤷.

This is tumblr, the least serious of all the social medias, I don't come here to be serious. I was having some dumb fun, matching only the inflammatory nature of the original tags. If you can dish it out you can take it. It's not that deep, in the end we're all talking about fiction.

Found this app yesterday and have already started moving my stuff over. Finally, a safe space for my fics where I can access them on all my devices to work on at any time.

Having a dedicated export to ao3 makes me feel comfortable housing my fics here. And so far things work really well. Thank you!
