Hangs out at the Pride Ring from time to time, usually for the neat human stuff that isn't found in other rings. Leaves as soon as his business there is finished
Doesn't like sinners that much, thinks they're weirdos
Stripes, claws, fins and eyes glow in the dark (typical bioluminescent Envy Ring inhabitant traits)

Hates having his fins touched
Loosely based on electric eel (makes little zappies for self defense) and lion fish (the fin on the head gets spiky when agitated)
