Do you feel the call of the tallgrass whispering ancient secrets? Can you sense the pulse of the earth beneath your feet and the power of its soil coursing through your veins? Here at Sagebrush Wellness Institute, we are searching for bold, empathetic individuals who can become stewards of our unique vision—bridging the gap between nature’s mysteries and human rejuvenation.

About the Role: As a Harmony Keeper, your duties will range from guiding guests through immersive, earth-infused treatments to monitoring our exclusive Internal Flame Therapy, and sometimes, simply listening to the prairie. (Yes, you heard that right.)

Key Responsibilities Include:

Soil Custodianship & Regenerative Therapy: Mastering the art of our signature soil treatments and communicating the dirt’s medicinal properties with guests in a calming, informed manner. Mustn’t question why some feel roots growing beneath their skin—embrace it.

Dream Management & Guest Wellness Monitoring: Collecting, deciphering, and recording guest experiences with detailed care, particularly their dream reports involving prairie fire motifs. Reassuring guests of visions is critical. They are always expected.

Fire Safety & Guidance: Fire is our ally, not our enemy. Staff will be trained in advanced containment and spiritual fire discipline. Experience with extinguishers, ceremonial chanting, or both is preferred.

What We’re Looking For:

Grounded Intuition: You must trust the land and guide our guests in their journey of renewal, even when the prairie seems to breathe and the fire whispers their names.

Unwavering Calm: Sometimes, guests may experience sudden revelations, emotional transformations, or sudden desire to stay with us indefinitely. You must remain composed and supportive.

Team Spirit & Physical Resilience: Join a family-like environment. We encourage active participation in weekly team “grounding exercises”.
