fun fact: in chapter thirty, the reason for pierre's betrayal is revealed to be for the sake of his old childhood friend, charles leclerc.

the two of them are friends since childhood in real life and are still quite close both in real life and in the story (a small detail that lando happens to miss).

how long is second chances gonna be like - to be done and the total chapters

i’m currently in the middle of majorly reworking the last however many chapters, but i could see it being around 60-ish chapters maybe? sorry, i’m not exactly sure on the timeline

It is soo nice how they walked out the hospital together after she recovered and then they moved in together and he proposed and they had a dog and two kids!!! The new chapter was just a nightmare!!1!1!111!!11

Yessss we got lando begging (kinda) but I’m so happy I did that anon about the possibility of it happening (Idk if you took a little idea or inspiration from it bcs idk if you pre plan whole stories or just go with the gut) but I loved chapter 41 and I love your writing it’s so unique!

mix of both! while i have most of the story fleshed out from before on a doc, there are most definitely anons and users who have influenced some cool parts of the story, including:

- the red and black leather jacket featured in lando’s confrontation with Leclerc scene

- the angry crashout Lando has at Max Fewtrell before the grief can settle in

- the scene where Lando drunkenly tries to take off the bracelet she gave him just so that he could finally try to move on (lol), only to no avail

- lando begging

there’s probably something else too that i’m forgetting, but yeah

i love when you guys love these characters so much that they/their stories are as real to you guys as they are to me :)

Daniel raised an eyebrow. “Or it’s a setup. C’mon, I thought I was our car guy!”

Safe to say, he was correct.

what if i did, like, little foreshadowing trivias - stuff that you could notice and enjoy during your rereads so you can see how future events were foreshadowed before hand? it would be like any of the other trivias i do: fun facts, characters & cameos, etc.

i'm worried it'll be too boring or to spoiler-y (i could just tag them as spoilers...)
