HC (because I'm like 90% sure that it isn't canon thing) that with time Tims hands started to trembling.

Like...he have coffee addiction and poor sleep schedule. So his nervous system definitely will not be happy with that.

And I want angst with this. Like how some things that was simple to him became harder and harder to do.

Firstly it can be some little trembling while he holds another cup of coffee.

Than it will be pens that fumble from his grip.

Aim? "It's just a few inches, nothing more, just though day".

Constant shudders in whole body? "Do you noticed that it's a little cold out here?"

Everyone just seemed to forget that so much negative impact on our bodies really can damage our insides.

And if we do it as much as Tim in span of several years? Yeah, our boy definitely need help.

Because I work with people and I love my work, BUT-

The reverse Robins au is great. But I want to say something abt that.

So I think that I love fics where Dami adore little Dick, but I think that that will never happen.

Because of one thing - without Richard as his moral compass he will never become who he will be.

You can argue with me that there was Bruce, but this will not be enough. Because Bruce became who he is because there was little Dick, who will taught him how to laugh, how to feel again. He was his first colour, his first Robin. He was The Robin. Yes, everyone deserved to wore this mantle, but Grayson was the one that made it.

And yes, other Robins made many things to mold Dami into person that he become one day, but that influence came after Dick.

I think that if Damian was the first, than he will never really change. He will still be that traumatized little kid and will build his walls so strong that anything and anyone can't reach him if he is not willing to let it. And he will not, just because he doesn't know anything else.

He will be strong, but he will never be as open and light with anyone. Because in the deep of his mind he will be still small hurt child, that put aggression as his protection mechanism. It's the only way he was taught to do.

Batman is cool, he's his father now. And it's awesome. Dick can't describe how it's great to be his partner and fight by his side.

The Boy Wonder and The Dark Knight, The Dynamic Duo.

They are great together. And what if Bruce orders him around, what if he does treat him sometimes like an infantile child.

He can argue with Batman, can do what he wants. It's not a big deal.

He can live in the shadow of his mentor, because it's normal, right?

He likes it. That child brought with him so much light into Bruces life and that feels refreshing.

Sometimes - well, most of the time - Dick does something stupid, but that's okay, because Batman can fix anything.

But then Robin nearly dies. Bruce can swear that he still feels his limp body in his hands, can smell blood in the air.

They argue loud and he hated to see Dick so angry and betrayed because of him. But that is necessary.

If safety of Grayson means he leave him - that's okay. Batman can work alone. Bruce can be without his ward.

Everything will be okay.

His body feels like one big bruise. Richard think about circus and how even little Kristin tried to kill him under Joker toxin, he thinks about his family and how they all thinks that he's dead.

It's been so long and all that Dick wants is to be home. He wants to be weak, to just walk away and abandon this mission.

He came back to his rightfully angry family. Dick takes punch from Jason, listens to aggression in Tims words, dive down from tower for Babs.

And that's okay. Everything is okay. He is just fine.

Damian is alive, everyone moved on and became closer.

And what if Richard wasn't there to see it and became a part of it?

He is fine with that. That mission was important, Dick understands that perfectly well.

Even if he can't find something inside of himself.

So, there is little animation with Dick and Bruce with "Drift away" from Steven Universe. And I...you know what? I DON'T KNOW HOW I NEED TO FEEL ABOUT HOW THEY PARALLEL WITH SPINEL AND PINK DIAMOND-

Jason and Dick are the ones that bring family together. But for different reasons.

Yeah, Grayson is the one that tries to play peacemaker (more often at the hc and fics).

But it's Jason who bring all of them together firstly by making threats to their lives but then just bonding with each of them (I like to think about Gotham Knights where most of stories of each character is about Jason).

And let's not forget about Spiral (I still can't believe that it was true-). How Tim and Todd worked together perfectly after Dick returned. It was also evident at Robin War.

There was many instances when they all bonded when Dick wasn't there and they all missed him.

So...what I was trying.

Dick held them together by not being around.

While Jason bond them by being there.

I'm not so long in the fandom but I noticed that when there is some video of any member of Batfam there is always are someone in comments who says "WeLl AcTuAlLy *name of the character* Is LoVeD mOrE iN cAnoN".

I know that we all have our favourites, someone for who we can relate ourselves more.

But I want to say that...they all great? In their own way. And it's just strange for me to see how people trying to force you into thinking that their character is better.

P.S Let's don't forget that DC have so much angst LET JUST LOVE OUR BABIES, THEY HAVE ENOUGH STRESS ALREADY-

There are many discussions about immortality, but I want to reflect what Robins will think about it.

• Richard

I think that this precious boy wouldn't like to turn immortal. He looks like type of people who live life on the fullest and then die without regret. Well, yes, you will always think that there will be something that you hadn't done, but mostly he will be content with what he accomplished.

• Jason

With this big boy I think he would think about it, but eventually decline the offer. He already died once (in most of universes) and I think that he will fight for his life, but he'll never be afraid of the death as much as other people. Somewhat "been there, see that".

• Tim

With him I think that there are 50/50 chances that he said yes. He'll be afraid of many negative possibilities of immortality and with that he'll definitely find as much pluses. Like, "Yeah, I will watch my friends and loved ones dies, but only if I let them. I'm immortal, surely I can find a cure for everything".

• Damian

Here is also 50/50. It depends when he received that opportunity. He's the Ra's grandson and surely have thinking about that many times, because he really can become somewhat immortal. But with influence from Batman and Grayson I think that he become more hesitant with this idea.

I don't know if you ever saw theory (I call it a theory cause I don't know if it was a scientific research or not) that you became the adult that would helped you when you were a child.

And I think that Dick and Jason are the walking proof of that.

• Jason became someone strong, who can't be dismissed easily and who can (and will) do anything if he need to protect someone.

Like, his priority when he came to Gotham was keep kids of Crime Alley safe from the drugs and mobs.

He definitely would keep his little self in safe place, buy him books and made sure that he graduated not only school but college too.

I think he'll be soft with the child and read with him books in silence, just to be near and provide safety.

• Richard is bright, energetic and protective. He became a great leader and a good brother.

When he was taken by Bruce, Grayson was a ball of grief and pent-up anger. And I think that this is one of the things that helped him understand Dami more.

If he would be the one to take care of little him, he'll make him talk. Maybe made him spar to get that energy out.

And he definitely will provide him a lot of hugs and touches to ease the touch deprivation.

That poor chandelier in manor definitely will be doomed.

I talk mostly abt Dick, Jay, Timmy and Dami, but I know that batfam is larger than that. And you know what? I am not that parent that says "I don't have favourites" cause I definitely have. Sue me. And here is my another thought about them.

I like to see Richard as ray of sunshine, but I know that he have great anger issues. Of course he is not the strongest, he is mostly a good martial artist for the streets. But you know what?

"I still don't know answer..."

His anger bubbles inside, tunnel vision focused on vital parts of body infront of him.

He have several broken ribs and blood in his nose that interfere with his breath, making raged puffs of air come from open lips with spit and claret.

"...what man is scarier..."

Blue on his suit is tainted with gore from enemy and his own bloodied knuckles.

There are scratches all over his body, but that doesn't mean anything because he is not done.

"Nightwing, stop!" small hands phantomly grips at his shoulders, trying to pull him from his pray.

Maniac laughter is louder than anything, red filled his sight, but maybe it was just his focus on the bloody pulp that man beneath him was now.

He's mission is keeping them safe after his failure with Jason. And if he failed, then he'll just avenge them.

Also I think that he creates many maps by himself and is popular in that field as well.

And he is good. Really good.

My hc is that Tim plays «OSU!».

And says that it's for better concentration, when in reality it's just helps him to relax his brain while listening to favourite songs.
