Bartees Strange - Farm to Table

This album is probably my newest obsession; I probably listen to it several times a week.

Emery - Rub Some Dirt on It

I've been listening to Emery since I was in late high school. There is a running joke on the internet that if you grew up listening to bands on Tooth & Nail Records in the 90s-00s then you are either an ex-evangelical or actively deconstructing. haha I find that anecdote to be convincing and this album hits on a lot of those themes

K.Flay - Inside Voices/Outside Voices

Predominantly indie rock, with some bedroom pop, hip-hop, and a killer Tom Morello solo... A little bit of everything here.

Mitski - Laurel Hell

Kendrick Lamar - Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers

K.Dot fans had been anticipating this album for 1855 days and he didn't disappoint.

Lamb of God - Omens

RVA legends obviously have to make the list.

Maggie Rogers - Surrender

Noah Kahan - Stick Seasons

This is the first musician I found via TikTok. This is just a solid folk/singer-songwriter album
