I keep hearing that airdropping aid is expensive but the GHF won't put up signs at aid sites because it's too expensive. Instead, they use bullets to 'guide' aid seekers out of the aid sites.
#Gaza#i guess they get the investment back#from the video of the air drop and going#see? see? aid is going into gaza#look at that one crushing a tent with people in it#look at that one that's all soggy from being dropped into the sea

There's this malay ghost called polong that's basically a tiny vampire lady who possess humans at the behest of her master. I've been thinking of writing a series of fantasy short stories about ghosts in a boarding school. When i was in one, a ghost story often told is about a ghost that can be seen digging for pads in trash bins by toilets. So i had an idea of a teacher/warden witnessing this on a late night patrol and offers a polong -- who in the current times is unable to seek a master and thus is starved for blood -- her period discharge. She has no desire to take the polong as her servant and instead feels obliged to keep the polong away from the students. This arrangement leads to some sexy times. And the polong develops feelings for the teacher. But eventually the teacher said to the polong that she is giving up her warden position and moving out of the school because she's met a guy and they're getting married. And it ends with the polong being heartbroken.

I really like when people say “if everyone who whined about lack of f/f sat down and wrote it instead of waiting for someone else to do it, there would be as much as there is m/m” because first of all it fabricates a world where f/f fans aren’t the ones who are making the f/f that exists and second of all it implies that the gap is because fundamentally m/m creators are humble and hardworking while people who like f/f are categorically by nature greedy but unwilling to put in the work

I'm barely halfway through but i think everyone needs to listen to this:
Palestinians need to walk miles to get to aid sites and through aggressive active combat
One of them highlighted here is a boy without shoes, pants held up by a rope, dehydrated, starving, and only managed to get stuff that spilled on the ground and upon seeing this american interviewed kissed his hand in gratitude
Once aid has been handed out, the GHF contractors shot at aid seekers to disperse them from the aid site while IDF soldiers waited outside the aid site who also shot at the Palestinians
Many aid seekers were killed including the aforementioned boy
Signs for exit were not installed at aid sites because they are too expensive
water is not available at aid sites because they are too heavy and expensive to transport despite how aid seekers are forced to walk miles to get aid and upon arrival, they do not receive aid right away and have to wait hours before aid is distributed
And the contractors of the GHF were brought to Israel via tourist visas

So i've decided to reblog the donation requests that come in my notes. I cannot say with utmost confidence that the donation requests are 100% real. I do try to find any red flags on them and if i don't find any, i'll reblog it. At this point, the situation in gaza is so catastrophic that i'd rather a scammer gets some money than a genuine palestinian in gaza not get any that they need.
The thing is I also don't have enough money to give to every donation requests i see so i do limit myself to the ones that i am fairly confident to give to and the ones that i feel my small donations can have the most impact. You should use your own judgements too. Most i can do is signal boost donation request and honestly i'm not confident that i have that wide a reach.
Anything i say about gaza has been met with crickets. I choose to believe it's because everyone has their own worries and problems and some kind of engagement on tumblr is just not the way they choose to contribute. i don't judge the silence as i don't make judgements about donation requests since I think the palestinians in gaza are hanging by thread. The least i can do is be a tiny megaphone for them. If people do choose to scam people by claiming they are a desperate palestinian in gaza, then that's between them and whatever higher power they subscribe to.

This was our home… now it’s gone
youtube
🇵🇸 save family lost their home ,dreams and everything in Gaza 🇵🇸
This is my home before the war and after the war how it became💔💔💔
Before: After:

💔 I never thought I’d write something like this… But we’ve truly lost everything.
We had a simple home — nothing fancy — but it was ours. Filled with laughter, memories, and years of hard work. Then, in one moment, it was all gone. Our home was bombed. Reduced to rubble.
Since then, we’ve been moving from place to place. No stability. No privacy. No safety. Just trying to survive each day.
We also lost our jobs. Our source of income. Our sense of normal life. We’re not living — we’re barely getting by.
This isn’t easy to share. But we’re asking, with all humility, for your help.
We are asking you with all shame to support and stand by us in these difficult circumstances that everyone knows because we lost our home, our work and any stable source of income. Thank you all.
We have been through many wars before, but this war was not like the ones before it. Our lives were turned upside down. We became displaced from one place to another. We are the Anas family, residents of northern Gaza, specifically in the Shujaiya area. In the first week of the war, we fled our home because everyone considered our home to be in a dangerous area. We moved to the Rimal area, specifically in the middle of Gaza. There, we received the news that our home, which contained all our beautiful memories, was bombed. Suddenly, it was gone!!! Just thinking that your home, which you worked hard on and built from scratch and took a lot of your life, was gone in less than a second ! After a while, we left the sands to the Al-Zawaida area because of the heavy shelling. We stayed there for about two weeks, and then the terrorist army asked us to go to Rafah. We actually fled for the fourth time to Rafah and stayed there for two months, some of the most difficult days of our lives, as there was no way or means to live a normal life. 😔😔
You can also donate through this link:
Please, we are in dire need of you and your support. If you cannot donate, you can share☹️❤️🥹
Even $10 will make a big difference and save us!

i found Gaza City Flour Fund through the Bad Hasbara podcast
They have mentioned it many times. Just recently, Bad Hasbara did a livestream to raise funds for Gaza City Flour Fund. If you want them to know that you've donated via their bit.ly link, you can use http://bit.ly/gazaflourfund
I think it is quite overwhelming to follow Gaza news. Israel has invaded Gaza for two years now. They have supplanted working aid distribution sites with those by the GHF which at worst have become killing fields and at best is so poorly managed and not only ineffective but also have negative net effect on palestinians in Gaza due to the deaths that happened there and blocked aid to enter Gaza. So you might be asking why does it matter anymore to donate if food can't get in anyway. Gaza City Flour Fund is one way that food can reach Palestinians in Gaza. If you have some money to spare, please donate to them.
Also since I have the link up anyway, you should go listen to Bad Hasbara. Matt Lieb and Daniel Mate talk about disseminated hasbara that has dehumanized palestinians for so long. They deconstruct the hasbara and show how silly they are. Previous guests have included Rashid Khalidi, Mohammed El Kurd, Najla Said, Simone Zimmerman, Roger Waters, Sim Kern, Debra Winger and so many more.
Donate to Gaza City Flour Fund. Mohsen, who lives in the northwest of Gaza City, buys food supplies from a stockpile in Gaza that is only accessible through jacked up prices and distributes it to his local community. Palestinians are dying from starvation in Gaza. The GHF and IDF are killing people who go to get aid from them. Survivors say getting aid from the GHF is an exercise in humiliation. There are pictures of dead babies that are basically just skeleton and skin. Gaza City Flour Fund provides aid to Mohsen's local community directly without the risk of being shot at.

The way late night hosts avoid mentioning israel when it comes to gaza or just avoid mentioning gaza at all is something they would have made fun of if it were any other country or genocide and called it erasure by state tv
#seth meyers used the phrase 'government of netanyahu'#from now on i will not use the name of a country when referring to its actions#i will just use government of [country's leader]#for example the government of mohammed bin salman banned the palestine flag in his country including pilgrims who are doing hajj when they#are supposedly closest the so called ummah
