One year, four months, eight days, and 60,000 words later. I created something that had my name on it in bold letters.

I had never loved my name this much ever before, the much I did on 31st December, at something around this time in 2020.

Time flies so fast, I can't believe it's already been a year of the completion of the first final draft of "School: A Place of Broken Bonds."

The journey of writing my debut novel was as exciting as it's been in these six months of me actually being an author. ❤💕

The combination of being lazy and a bit OCD is difficult to deal with😅😂

Completing my very first literature work took me more than a year, and now, it's already been a month since the launch of my debut novel, yet it feels like I just started writing the book yesterday.

The bonds that are shared in school with such unique personalities where everyone holds their charm, that remarkable friendship is what defines school life and also the book. School: A Place Of Broken Bonds❤

“Eiffel’s fallen lights keeps the love alive”

Since evening, I’ve been thinking about Paris. The streets, the cafés, the roadside romance, the fashion, the aesthetic buildings, the rooftops, and merely, the Eiffel tower. I have heard of Paris since I was a child but got to know it once I get introduced to the internet, at my teenage I used to search the Eiffel tower’s images, then I watched�� Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, an Indian movie which had some shooting scenes of Paris. After more such images and seeing Paris in different movies, I finally got to know more about that beautiful destination. At the beginning of this year when I saw, Emily In Paris, an American series, on Netflix. As I was a person attached and involved with fashion, I always knew Paris is one of the four fashion capitals of the world. After seeing Emily In Paris, I got to know why? 

Many assumptions of mine were cleared after watching that series and now many fascinations of mine have been created, the list of mines is all set to be get done once I’ll reach Paris. I don’t know when is that going to happen, but for now, all I know is, for others maybe Paris is a city of either fashion or sex, but for me, it is the origin of aesthetics and authenticity, I have never seen any vintage city in my life, but now I wish to see Paris as the very first vintage city. Until a few years ago, I was very much attracted to Amsterdam, a similar yet Dutch city. As the two cities shares similarities, and I’m fond of traveling to both places, if I have to choose one now, it would rather be Paris. 

The fragrance of Paris which the streets hold in them makes every artist visit the city, and complete whatever that is left in the middle, or even, completely define where and how things end. The streets of Paris leave a person skeptical and their soul lost. Whether it would be count as the magic the lane of fashion had or the brewed coffee that fills the sidewalks aromatic from every roadside café, or maybe it is the canals flowing in the middle of the city. Whatever the unobvious about this city is, how hard could it ever be to find a place that can be aesthetic, polite, and chaotic at the same time, only if it could always be as peaceful as it is and looks. Paris doesn’t need to bound people when it can simply just stand out of the world even after being in it.

"A literary work is a magic that is created from fascination and narrated by soul" With these thoughts and the belief in giving words to my imagination, is how I started to write the first novel. And as time passes, here I'm today, with my book to be added to readers' collection.

Life is a constant struggle between finding words for write-ups and then finding time to write💕

The day I started writing my novel, I had wished to write so many things on the day of my book launch. Today, when my dream is coming to life I don't know in what words I thank God and every single person who has been on this journey.

The book took 1 year, 4 months, and 8 days to get completed, after a wait of 5 months and 14 days, I got to hold it in paperback form.

Holding the same in my hands feels like this is nothing but so emotionally proud because in between writing my novel I've read other's novels as well. I had always thought one day for sure I'll be reading my own in the same way. Today, I just can't believe that fantasy is in my hands. ❤️🙏
