KUARI PASS WINTER TREK

Kuari Pass

Kuari Pass is the doorway pass i.e., the Himalayan high mountain pass which is situated in Chamoli, Garhwal. The Kuari Pass Trek had been searched by Lord Curzon and now the Kuari Pass is also known as the Curzon Trail. The height of the mountain is about 3876m.

Kuari Pass Winter Trek

It is mainly known for its trekking and the magical view. It is the best place for beginners travelling in the Himalayas. While trekking, you will notice a series of forests & meadows. While walking around you will notice the marquee of trees such as oak and deodar trees. The peaks of Neelkanth, Mana, Hathi Ghoda Parvat, Kamet and Trishul all stand majestically.

Since the trek of the trail is not very hard so you will have the chance to learn about the trekking and will have the experience too. The best time to visit the Kuari Pass is from December to March as the entire trail will be filled by the snow. You will surely die there for its sunrise and sunset.

It is better to spend 6 to 7 days for the trekking so that you can enjoy every moment over there. You need to be very focused on packing your clothes as it will be very cold at that moment.

The path of Kuari Pass is very adventures. The trek starts from Selu Bagar and now, heads to Ghunni and then the trail snakes through a landscape with several alpine trees and the wildflowers. Later you will also come across the small village named Ramni. Then the trek will take too many efforts at it will continue with steep climbing.
