Following on from the cute stuff... finally finished this piece I've been working on for a while!! Nothing quite like my Dark Urge wandering off into the woods to hide the fact that he's vomiting blood, right? :) hello my name is Jay and I'm addicted to Baldur's Gate --

Anyway! This was an interesting one to work on, I've been trying to get more confident with doing strong lighting, and whilst I'm not sure that I nailed it here, I still think it's not half bad.

Stormhounds

My nod to the various black dog legends that exist in folklore around the world. All credit to you if you can figure the four dogs that are referenced here, amongst the other bits and pieces going on!! I've been working on this for a couple weeks and I'm actually super proud of it. Pushing myself to draw humans (well. kinda) going outside my comfort zone, hands, and a full realised piece too.

This was an experimental piece, I used the pencil took exclusively for this except for the background, where I used an airbrush and also threw on a layer effect! I'm weirdly pleased with how it came out, also trying to use more strong lighting effects. Kinda wish I'd pushed harder, idk.
