💛I’ve returned💛
I have returned, a lot of things happened but I’m back. Not only that but I’ve returned to my old eating habits! 😭 So, I’ll do my best to go back to eating less And healthier cause I’ve gained 3 pounds and my calories do exceed 3,000. 😨

Injury 🤕
Injury’s are the WORST!
You cannot exercise as well and can’t even walk off calories (depending on the injury). Yesterday during my volunteer work I had slammed my knee on a bridge and for the rest of the night my knee was in constant pain (However it was bearable), Yet with time I became unable to crouch or bend my knee. So in order to match up my calories with injury and exercise I’ve eaten a little less and especially watched what I’ve eaten. This is a list of things I eat and don’t eat.

Disclaimer! This is probably not healthy but when I injure myself or get sick my body rejects more foods, So I often have to eat lighter and stricter!

🍵Control🥗
Yesterday I had Pre-Uil for band, which is bad for me because I was on a 13 hour fast that lasted till 12:51 and was surrounded by snacks for 3 hours. (We wouldn’t have arrived to our destination till 11:30 and we perform at 12:30)
However, somehow I found willpower to resist snacks and I even ordered the lowest calorie meal on the menu when we arrived to Longhorn steakhouse! (My Band director took us there for lunch, I was mortified when I found out) but the satisfaction of being the only person to order a salad while everyone else indulged on greasy fatty burgers and steaks was so satisfying.
My willpower has gotten stronger and I’m so happy! 😊

Slacking off
Slacking off, it’s what I have been doing lately, neglecting my rules and not being as strict as I should be.
I want a thin waist, beautiful hips and a petite frame.
If I want to make it real I have to put more effort into making that happen.
However I am aware what I have been doing is not healthy but I want to be skinny.

Fasting Friday!!
I did a 24 hour fast starting yesterday at 7:00 and ending it today at around 7:30! Remember that when you fast drink lots of water! You can also drink coffee or tea, and please break the fast if you feel too bad! This is an unhealthy diet so please take care of yourself!

Marching Band + School Tuesday Update 🎺
I woke up at 5:10 a.m, So around the usual time I tend to wake up! Then I start my day by making breakfast and preparing peppermint tea to take to lunch!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Breakfast~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1 piece of Toast
4-6 ounces of Black Coffee
Will add up to a total of 66 calories!
~~~~~~~~Between Breakfast & Lunch~~~~~~~~~
I drank 44 ounces of water!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Lunch~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
4-6 ounces of Peppermint Tea 🍵
1/4 of Supreme Pizza
1/2 a cup of pineapple chunks
1/2 an ounce of canned tangerines
1/3 of a cup of Iceberg lettuce
Will add up to be 144 calories, that’s a lot more calories than I usually eat!
~~~~~~~~~Between Lunch & Dinner~~~~~~~~~~~
Around 15 ounces of water
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Marching Band~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I burned 600 calories! And drank 29 ounces of water!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Dinner~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1/4 cup of red rice
1/4 cup of pinto beans
1/4 breast of Millanesa de pollo
Will add up to 187 calories!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Snack~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
4-6 ounces of green tea and a sweet bread in order to bring up my calorie count a bit!
This will add up too 130 calories in snacks!
Overall I ate 527 calories but exercised 600 calories and ended up with a net of -73 calories !!

Monday Update ☕️
It’s Labor Day! That means a lot of schools and workplaces in the U.S.A are out for the day! This could be a good thing and a bad thing if your on a diet. One things for sure I try and take advantage of this day to catch up on school work and keep track of my diet.
I had a late morning and woke up at 11:59 I fell asleep as usual on 10:30 but my cat kept on waking me up which resulted in the late wake up.
Breakfast-
1 black coffee (Nescafé brand)
1 piece of toast plain
Adds up to 66 calories
~~~In betweenen breakfast and lunch~~~~~~~
22 ounces of water
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Lunch~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1 homemade tostada (with boiled chicken, ice berg lettuce with a bit of lemon and salt and a half a tablespoon of sour cream)
1/2 cup of red rice
(And I periodically drank through 22 ounces of water mostly in the beginning I had about 2/3 of my water then finished the rest of it as I finished my meal!)
Will add up to about 250 calories!
And, to all my Mexican girls who are having so much trouble restraining yourself from eating the entirety of your moms cooking here are some of my lunch tips-
- Cut your meal down to a half of what you normally eat. It will be easier to slowly ease into your diet and will be so much easier to lose weight.
-Drink a cup of water before hand, it will fill the other 1/2 of the meal that you’ll miss, and will be easier to eat less.
-Eat slowly, you will be able to restrain yourself much more as well.

And periodically drank 22 ounces of water throughout.
Will add up to 236 calories!

Finally I finish the day off with another 22 ounce water and a Green Tea 🍵
In the end I ended up eating 552 calories and drinking 11 glasses of water! I had no time for exercise and this is about 100 calories than normal but it is a holiday!
Tomorrow I’ll post a day of eating with Marching Band! (600 calorie burner)

Hello!
I’m Rosalamore, and this page is going to be about my weight loss journey. I’m going a bit extreme (I’m not encouraging any eating disorders) however some people do not like this content.Please do not report me just block me. Now on to the fun stuff-
I use and app called MyPlate to help track my calorie and water intake it’s super useful and helps me keep going. Does well with ethnic food as well since I’m Tex-Mex :)
My rules are——
-800 calorie limit on weekdays. 1000 on weekends(I’m with my family more and I usually don’t go over 800 but I will allow myself too)
-Green Tea , Peppermint tea, Water, and Coffee is all I’ll drink. 🍵 ☕️ 💧
-Lots and lots of water 💦
- No Snacking
-No processed foods
-No Bread if possible 🥖(On Tuesday’s and Thursday’s I do extreme excercise with band and I don’t want to pass out)
- Lots and lots of fibers
- Try and stay away from pill like laxatives and try find natural ways.
Right now I have been lenient on myself but as time goes on I’ll get stricter I’ll keep and everyone updated and post my favorite thinspo motivations.♥️
