31th july - 9th september
• max. 1000 calories while doing different diets (im starting with the draculaura diet
• workout 5-6 x a week
• walk atleast 10k steps
• drink atleast 2.5l everyday
-> goals of this plan
Get down to ~52kg as fast as possible
Get more into pilates and other forms of exercise
Be more consistent in posting and log in everything in every app

introduction post
on this account im gonna be documenting my weightloss journey. I currently have summer holidays which i wanna use to finally loose weight. Once school starts i want to get good grades and keep losing weight and during that time i will use this as my personal e-diary ( i also have an actual ed diary ) but this will also be used as a moodboard for th1nspø. I dont want to trigger anyone, but i cant talk about those ed thoughts with anyone else, which is exactly why i have this account so i only share these thoughts with like-minded people and im doing the most harm prevention i can so i wont trigger other people.
