  Friends Fur-Ever!

With this quote, I can relate my experience of having a pet which is a dog.  It simply say that dogs may be not part of our whole life but then can make our lives whole like ever. Having a dog made my life 100% better. Here is the highlight of my baby jack.

Looking back, before my birthday come my grandfather came into our house with the little colored black puppy. i thought that they were only visiting us. But, I was so surprised when he gave it to me. Symbolizing as a gift for me. My favorite character that time was Jack Sparrow so I decided to name him “Jack”.

I trained jack to eat some bones because I know that it is one of the favorite foods to eat by a dog. It started from little because it might choke him if I push him to eat the big one. Until he already knows how to eat bones and I always give him big bones. I am happy while I am training him.

Back then, when he was a baby he was scared to take some bath. But, as an owner of him I trained him too not to be scared in taking a bath. As the time goes by, he started to grow bigger and bigger. He already love to eat dog foods. My baby jack is a very active dog. I am always giving him some time to have a walk with me. Like a bonding time. Sometime he is not in the mood he pee or poo whenever he wanted to.

Guess what? My baby jack has never been sick since then. And I am so grateful for that. Baby jack has been part of my life and we already made so many memories together. We always bond together. Whenever I don’t have someone to talk to I will just talk to him and it makes me feel so light. I am grateful to have baby jack in my life. I am more willing to have more walk and bonding with him.

My mama always said, life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get.

This was a quote came from the movie of “Forrest Gump”. This quote stated what I want to tell to myself in every day I woke up in every morning. That in every day you will woke up in this planet, you can’t tell what will happen after.

In my daily life, I have my routine. Since I still have my classes I woke up every morning early. To prepare myself for our class. The moment I get out of my bed I will heat some water for my bath. While waiting I will just get my cellphone to scroll on my social media accounts. That’s how early I am to use gadget resulting my poor eyesight. After taking some bath I will eat my meal but, most of the time I don’t have some time to eat in our home.  I will go to the university by myself by commuting. I really hate commuting but I need to in order to reach my destination. It will take 10 minutes before I can find some jeepney I can ride.

Arriving at the university, will take a walk towards our building going to stairs to reach our room in the fifth floor. Reaching our room I am already haggard. We have we have seven hours of studying. Doing some seat works or group works.

Dismissal of our class, going to wait for my friends because we are always together when we are going home. We have a team it is called “Team Sabay Umuwi” consisting of five and im already one of the five. Sometimes if we have some time we ate outside together.

Reaching our home, I will take a nap then waking up going to do all the home works needed to be done. If I have some time I will do my skin care routine. That’s how my daily routine works. For the next day I have no clue what will happen. If am I going to be late or don’t have some accompany to go home.

When in Masbate…

“I had a dream so big and loud I jumped so high I touched the clouds”

This was a lyric came from the song “The best day of my life” by American Authors. This song catches my feeling, in the way that I can relate my feelings way back when we gone to Masbate, our province. The vibes that the song has given me was beyond. Here are the highlights of my travel back in Masbate.

Remembering the moment, where I first tried to ride an airplane my mommy was laughing at me. Because she said that I will be so scared the moment the airplane started to fly. But then, my mommy got so shocked when I was enjoying the flight. I can say that I am the happiest person that time. I remember that it is my dream to ride an airplane. I can’t explain how amused I am in that moment. I felt like I am floating in the clouds that I can touch those. I saw the beautiful creations from above. The cottony clouds I wanted to feel. The bluish sky I adore and the golden sun that gives light from above.

The moment we landed, I am amazed by the province or I say the paradise. I am astonished by the people in our province. They are very generous and hospitable to us. We’ve gone to 1 hour bus ride to reach our vacation house. From that 1 hour trip I feel so refresh to feel the fresh air and to see the beaut of our province.

The day after we arrived, I already contacted my friends to have some bonding moments before we return to Manila. I am so glad to be with them again for the past years we never saw each other. We decided to hang out in the resort of one of our friend. I missed them so much and happy at the same time because we saw each other again. We catch up many things about each one of us. We ate in the hut joyfully.

The journey was splendid I can say. It is where my first time to ride an airplane. I can already say that I have an experienced riding an airplane. The journey was filled of happy memories with my favorite person and also with my friends. I surely seized the days I am in our province. Another memory that I will treasure in my life forever. I will surely convince my mommy to come back in our province – Masbate City.

What Makes New Era University Different: “A God Centered and Well-Disciplined University”

“Godliness is the foundation of knowledge.”

It is the philosophy of the university. This stated that being religiously is one of the bases of knowledge. From that philosophy, it makes the New Era University way too different from other universities. Aside from that, the benchmark of the university is “discipline”. These factors are the one that makes the university unalike from other.

Going back to day when I first entered the university to inquire. It already leaves a mark on my heart; I already witnessed from that moment the disciplined individuals New Era has. From the processing of the papers for enrolling it is well organized. No words can explain how amazed I am on those moments. They were all dressed nicely as professionals. I never thought that I could enter this kind of university.

Then the academic year started. I witnessed how hardworking the professors are to teach us the things we needed to learn. From the philosophy of the university they also discussed how can a religious person can go to the right path. I felt amazed how professional the professors are. From that moment, it gave me motivation to keep on studying until I reach out all of my dreams.

The students of New Era are well-disciplined since it is the benchmark of the university. i saw how hardworking the students are to study for their future. And of course I am one of them. There’s also one more thing I like about our university it has prepared many activities that the students can enjoy. And still, maintained the discipline of each one of us.

Before this academic year ends, I just want to say that I am so glad that I chose New Era University. It became my home. That is filled with good memories. The smiles, laughs, tears of joy all of the different emotions we’ve been through this academic year. Everything will be treasured and be kept inside my mind and in my heart.

This quote describes our bond together. It symbolizes that our love for food one of the foundation of our friendship. Imagining us being so addicted to every food that our tongue tastes. Food is one of our bases to the friendship we have right now. We just simply compromise because of food.

We already got many food dates which started last year. Remembering the date July 29, 2018 when the both of us decided to have some sip at the Starbucks. It all started there, we talked about foods that we wanted to try together. We already planned where we will go for the next date we’ll do. And so the journey of both of us for the love for food continues.

Even though last year we’ve been through a lot of things to handle, we still got manage our time to have some food date together. Back then, I saw a post about bean box a Korean themed café. And guess what? The day after I saw it we already decided to visit that. We are that obsessed when it comes to foods. And after that, we continued to explore many cafés and restaurants.

Happiness I can feel inside my body that reflects through my actual appearance. The countless laughs we’ve made when we’re together. The breathless moments every time we fantasized about foods. The different kinds of emotions we showed when we saw something new about food. The friendship we build and that is strengthened by food.

I am beyond glad to meet you and have you as my food buddy. I am hoping that we can have more memories to build that I will make sure to treasure forever. More stomach full moments to come. More extra rice of course more foods.

Millennial.

Live while we're young.

It is a title of the famous song by “One Direction”. I thought of that song because it reflexes the personalities of the millennial. Millennial are impulsive when they can do a certain thing they will surely done it. They are also empowered because they have all the talents and capabilities to do their own things.

In our society today, I recognize how the millennial show their talents in different fields. They are enthusiastic people. Millennial has different perspective about life. Some of them just wanted to party all they and all night but then again there are also millennial that is trying their best in order to success in their life. Most of the millennial nowadays are independent but also some of them are only laying their lives on their parents in order to live.

"We are here to build the house."

I know that there are millennial that are still trying to figure their life in this planet. But then I again as I’ve witnessed in our society they are also part of it that molds it. We are not all perfect someone might be in the top right now but it doesn’t mean that you can’t reach that level. Millennial be responsible, fearless, wiser, dreamer and creative because you are also part of our society and be a role model for the next generations.

This is the bible verse that gave me the strength the most. It is so powerful. The word of God can save you from everything that might happen to you. He is that much powerful. He is our one and only savior that we can communicate with through praying.

My Lord God, you are the source of my strength in my everyday life. You are the one who gave us the positive energy and takes away the negativity from us. You always got our back, when there was no one to help us when we are having a hard time to get up. You always gave us a shoulder to lean on when we want to express our emotions. Most of all, you always hear our prayers and grant it. Our lives are in your hands.

This life we are having right now is your life. We know we have many sins that we have done. And yet, you still gave us a chance to change. From being the scratch to a masterpiece work. We have face many struggles but your words are strong enough to save us. You saved me my God from all the negativity that is running into my mind

TAKE A CHANCE.

I just want to say thank you God. For all the blessings that you have given to me and also to all the people that surrounds me. For guiding us to the right path. L I G H T.

One word has many synonyms but that’s how I describe you. You are the one who lighten up my world. You gave me the light to clear the darkness that burdens me. You are the one who taught me so many lessons including how to deal with reality. Just like the light you are my guide to my brighter future ahead. 

Reminiscing the past years that I have been living in this planet. From the moment I laid my eyes on you up to now. I realize how persevere you are as a person. From the time that you taught me how to step one by one with your eagerness to tell me that I can do it. I saw how happy you were at the moment that I reach you out. 

As I grow older, I was wondering where you are going at five in the morning and going home at four in the afternoon. Then you told me that you were teaching kids in the school. From that moment I already decided that I also wanted to be taught by you. You were shocked that time because I’m just a little cry baby.

But then, you didn’t waste the chance you taught me to read abakada to story. You taught me so many things. I remember I was left handed back then but you insist because you said that in the future I will have a hard time from writing. You didn’t know how I treasure those memories.

From the moment I saw how happy you are when you are teaching me. I already told myself that one day I will be like you who have the capable to teach many lessons. You are my grandmother, my teacher, my hero, and my light.

Now, that I am older enough to understand deep things. I realize that you didn’t just teach me how to read and write. But you were the first one who molds my future to become brighter. You are the one who gave value that worth more than gold. My life that fills with darkness has now lighted up by you my light. You are like my angel that sent from above. This is for you mommy. I will love you forever and ever.

This was a famous quote by Audrey Hepburn that I can use to express myself about my community. To let you know how great our community when it comes to helping one another.

As I glimpse at the people of my community, I can assure you how obliging they are to everyone. Community is not a place, it is about the people. It is about how you build a good relationship to each in everyone. In our community you can witness how we solve a problem by helping each one of us, because in our community we are all in this together.

As I grow older, I already witnessed many occurrences in our community. I saw the cheerfulness and also the unhappiness. Every day I always run into different people in our community. Witnessed how very hardworking and patient was the people in our community. In our community it has a lot of businesses anywhere. That is one of the reasons why our community is great when it comes to business.

I can assure you that you will not see any pieces of trash anywhere you go in our community. ‘Cause our Captain implemented that we should maintain the cleanliness in our community. As he implemented that, we being part of the community that also want what is the good for it followed his rule. We don’t throw anywhere we want to instead we throw it at the right trashcans. In that simple way you can notice the unity that involves in our community.

Being part in the community of Commonwealth will never be regret to me. I will treasure every moment that I am doing good things in our community. I love the leader, people, foods, everything that involves in our community. I believe that it will always have a part in my heart.

This was a famous quotation by Van Morrison that caught my attention and gave me a thousand of feels. The bluish crystal-like of the sea that reflects within my soul. Matching with the sky as brilliantly blue that dashes my spirit. The smell of the sea that gives me thousands of reasons to breath in all the positive and to breath out all the negativity that comes by. So here I am sharing the most heavenly journey of my life.

 As I look to the beautiful scenery, I witnessed how the sea of Boracay de Cavite can give calmness to every one of us. The beach gave a genuine happiness to the people that make them forget all the obstacles that they are facing through. Let me tell you something I am one of them. Who enjoys the waves of the sea that’s keep on running through my skin. Loving how the sun puts shine to my brownish skin color. Indeed happiness it is.

HAPPINESS COMES IN WAVES

How I splash the salty water to my siblings that makes thousands of laughter’s to us. The aroma of the fish that is being grilled that makes me hungry, how we enjoyed the boodle fight we’ve prepared for our family. Those we’re the memories I reminisce when I look back to our trip at Boracay de Cavite. 

As I take a glimpse, to the sun setting down to the sea. I saw that my family were already packing our things getting ready to go home. It made me realized how amazing this journey was with accompanied of the loveliest people I have on this earth – my family. The memories we’ve made with this journey will leave a mark in this heavenly place that will lasts forever.
