how to start motorcycle racing.

In recent days there is a huge number of people wanting to participate in road racing championships. This post is for those people who are interested in racing or just want to better their skills at riding.

There are a few things you need to know before joining a riding. Riding on the race track with proper technique is physically demanding. You need to take care of your health and be fit to ride o the track, You weight and stamina determine how you ride and how fast you are riding.

step 1 : Join a FMSCI certified academy.

There are few training academies in India that are certified by the Federation Of Motorsports Club in India. It is a general governing body for motorsports in India. These academies train their students to be better at their skills and also train them to race professionally. The Training is divided into 3 or 4 parts to have a better understanding, The Level 1 is all about unlearning the skills we’ve picked up while riding on streets and get familiar with the race track layout. Level 2 will teach you the techniques required to ride the motorcycle fast and safe and Level 3 is all about Racing. After the completion of the training, you’ll be liable to race.

Step 2 : Obtaining the Race License.

Once you’ve completed the training from the certified academy, The next step is to obtain a nation restricted/unrestricted license from FMSCI which will allow you to participate in events. You can apply for this license from the FMSCI website. You need to be physically fit to obtain this license, There are certain medical tests which you need to pass and send the reports to FMSCI for the verification. Once you have cleared the tests and finished training, You will be liable to hold the motorsport license.

Step 3 : Start Racing.

After completing the training and obtaining the license its time to start racing officially. Pick up a leather suit, shoes, gloves and a good helmet and plan on the races which would like to participate and start your racing career!
