When Kung Jin first left the Earthrealm, they were very worried about him. Especially Takeda, because they knew what Jin was planning to do.

They also couldn't get any messages from Kung.

The second time, when Jin decided to stay in the Outworld alongside Erron, they were... Still worried 😆

Yeah, they sure miss him now, when he became one of Kitana's guardians. But he visits them sometimes, life goes on and they're glad he finally found his place!

Oh yes, the translation:

Both Earthrealm and the Outworld decided to conclude a peace treaty. However, Kotal Khan demanded one of the Earthrealm defenders (To make sure that Raiden thinks twice before attacking).

Kung Jin volunteers because he wants to find an artifact in the Outworld that can free Revenants' souls. Unfortunately, Erron Black is assigned to keep an eye on him and guard him.

Knowing what Jin is capable of, cowboy decides not to give him a break. He loads him with safe but grueling dirty work. So from early morning until late at night, Kung Jin is forced to scrub floors, wash dishes and much more.

But don't worry, the AU has, so called, part 2. This boy just can't be silent with stuff like this 😆
