To answer your question - Well. How does one answer such a question? I could waffle on about tenacity, resilience, stubbornness, all those traits humans have an abundance of. I could even say, 'well hey, I'm pretty fond of my thumbs!' But those are all easily shared with other species. Frankly, I enjoy relaxing in an armchair with a good book. So I guess my answer would be the comforts we've built, and our devotion to recording history.

Heh, I've actually been here a while. Just haven't had a use for this blog until recent tech issues with my gym's official one.

We're doin' well. Queenie's been giving the new grunts hell, but it's all part of their initiation process. I think she's excited at the idea of fighting again. It's been a while since we had any good challengers at the gym, 'least since I've been back.

Let me know if I need to send someone to get you out of any trouble. I can't leave Kanto at the moment, but my boys can.

Viridian Gym is open to challengers!

In the wake of the recent porygon outbreak, several local accounts were deleted. I sent an email to staff to restore my actual gym account, but for now I'll be using this one as a backup.

Name's Hex. I'm a former crimelord of the Kanto region who happened to save the world once or twice. Due to personal drama, Team Rocket's former boss retired, leaving me to clean up his mess and take the fall for decades of organized crime. Now, I'm on parole, and have even been able to reclaim my title as Viridian Gym's leader. The Rockets still exist, but we're more of a rehabilitation community now. Application forms are available at the back of the gym - and, yes, you do have to fight your way through.

Hiya, mun here! Call me Eli - I use he/they pronouns, and my main is @ivory-obsidian. This is my first time diving into tumblr RP!

Hex is my protag oc from the Rocket Red romhack. He uses he/they pronouns, is currently in his 40s, and he 'completed the game' 10-20 years ago. A few years ago, he was sent to Hisui to "amend an error", and is now settled back down at home after learning the world is much larger than he initially thought.

Hex's team consists of Queenie the Rattata (she/her), Echo the Kabutops (they/them), King the Nidoking (he/him), Nikola the Crobat (she/they), Akyu the Persian (she/they) and Pascal the Gengar (he/it)

I don't have any immediate plans/plots for this blog, I just want to treat it as a slice of life for now. Feel free to chat with Hex!
