God Waits
So I just finished watching Hachiko: A Dog's story and I'll tell you honestly that this was probably the saddest movie I have ever seen. For those of you who don't know the movie is based on a true story about a dog named Hachiko who every day went to the train station to meet with his master but one day his owner dies. After the death of his owner Hachiko still waited for him every single day of his life for ten years and died right there on that very spot where he dedicatedly waited for his master's return.
I'm not going to lie to you guys I basically cried the entire movie because it was crazy sad but then I realized why I was so impacted. I came to the realization that if a dog can have this loyalty and unconditional love for a man imagine God.
Imagine how dedicated and loyal God truly is with us and how no matter what the situation no matter what the state you're in God is still there waiting every second, minute, hour and day of your life; through the ups and downs. Through the anger the sadness and the heart break. Every time we walk away every time we turn our backs God is there loyal, loving and dedicated to us waiting for us to return waiting for us to come back home and embrace him and show him that undying love he has for us....
God I'm sorry for taking so long, I'm sorry for making you wait, I'm sorry but here I am now, I'm home
