So I’m trying something
I’m going to do what I see it as a “strict Paleolithic diet”. It’s is essentially the Carnivore diet with the exception of some veggies and little fruit (I’m allergic to most fruits as well at gluten and dairy) for about a month and see how that affects my body. With my specific body type, it should take me down some pounds on the scale. I’ll check in with that in a week. Wish me luck, guys. :/

Shameful...
I have this app called Life and it tracks your fasts:
This is my current fast, I’m in ketosis now. Going for 30 hours (send me anything to keep me accountable, please. Meanspo/nicespo/thinspo, whatever❤️). My longest fast is 28hrs 20 mins, I wanna get further.
I’m usually really good and doing 16:8 or 20:4, but these gaps below make me believe they actually mean “weight gain” but there are gaps because I delete the fasts that are not long enough to my satisfaction, so I say “if it’s not satisfactory, it didn’t count”....
Those total hours fasted are the ones during this week only. The hours I fasted on this app total are around 800. But look at those disgustingly disappointing gaps!

Food log - How the fuck did I binge but stay under the 500cal limit?
My total is 469 calories, AND I did about an hour of Taekwondo today (cardio). I don’t know how much I burned exactly but it def put me under that 469. Now I’m on a 28 hour fast (that’s all my body can take at the moment).
I had four egg whites and 5 wings 😂😅

My ED started when I was 15 and had a depression episode that made me forget to eat. My mother looked at me and said “You’ve lost a lot of weight” and it sparked a very weird sort of joy in me. Her condescending comments like “you’re just withering away” would only inspire me while she refused to get me help. Now I refuse to get help for any aspect of my life like depression, my ED, the C-PTSD, because it all keeps me safe, in a way.

𑁍Hello, lovelies𑁍
Here is my weekly meal plan. It is made according to my gluten/wheat and dairy allergies. It will allow me to sort of keep my stomach clean. I’ve put it here for anyone who wants to use it or totally modify it the way they wish. Take it and do whatever you please with it. 💕 On Tuesdays and Thursdays I allow myself meaty foods (Paleolithic diet things). The rest of the days are vegetarian foods only, still following paleo just no meat. That means no pastas, breads, dairy products, etc. My allergies with gluten/wheat and dairy are bad enough that I can have trouble breathing + other gross symptoms, so the nutrients from dairy is something I just cannot get.
✰☆★ On all days my calorie limit is 500cal ★☆✰
Man, GUYS, I have lost weight just by having these allergies and being forced to follow a diet. If you can follow this diet too you’ll feel better, cleaner and lighter.
