Upon seeing the Owlbear, Lyrisha ran head first to give it a hug only for Lae'zel to stop her ass from getting her ass killed. The might all consier her as the wilding baby cub, and often have to restrain her from doing something careless.

Baldur’s Gate 3 fanfiction ideas

I had a few ideas for fanfiction I’d love to share and discuss with the community

I was thinking a fic going through the main story following both Tav and Durge. They would clash heads on being the leader of the group and never really see eye to eye.

Durge thinking Tav is too much of a goody two shoes, and Tav thinking Durge is selfish and a liability.

Each chapter would be a journal entry from one of the party memebers. Going in rotation or whomever would have the most interesting perspective during that point in the overall story.

That and it also saves on having to rewrite the events of the game and instead puts a focus on how those events made the characters feel.

I’ve been brewing this for a bit now and if you have and questions feel free to ask and I would love to talk more about this concept

I've been playing a lot of BG3 lately, and finally, I was able to romance Astarian. There is one funny thing that I noticed, and I'm not sure if anyone else picked up on it, but when you are telling him how you feel, you are given a few options. One of those options is to "show" with your mind how you feel about/see him. While this is obviously due to the powers you both share, it could also be a reference to Twilight. Let me explain lol

In Twilight, it's common knowledge that Edward can read minds, but not Bella's. This is what ultimately draws him to her. By the last book, we realize it's because she has "shield" powers. The last book just went nuts, and that's why he can't read her thoughts. Eventually, she is able to remove the shield at will and takes it as an opportunity to show Edward how she feels about/sees him. Now, back to BG3.

When i was in the moment, I was like awww look how cute," I'm sharing their feelings, but later on, i made the connection and couldn't help wondering. Did they include this detail since Astarian is a vampire, and they thought it would be a funny little reference, or is it just a coincidence? What do you think??
