this is just too damn funny like HeR’s pushed back the release date AGAIN and dropped a “teaser” trailer that doesn’t tell us anything more about the game except some more scenery and one(1) puzzle which I think just involves dragging a box through a maze? the scenery they show honestly still looks kind of choppy and pixely like it’s out of Sim Theme Park, and even though they teased us with 3 seconds of a character animation 5 months ago we are 2 months out from the release date and HeR can’t even show us, hmmm, I dunno, 4 seconds of a character animation? 

like I really cannot wait for someone to violate their non-disclosure agreement once the company goes out of business and just tell us the whole time it was a giant rouse of them trying to figure out what scraps of a game they could piece together to create a “trailer” and “screenshots” to pretend like there’s actually a fully functioning game-developing company 325 118th Avenue SE, Suite 209 Bellevue, WA 98005 when we actually know it’s like seven people, 4 of which are just those people doing half-assed attempts at Twitch streams on Youtube playing the games that got released 15 years ago, and the 2 other people just finished with their computer science degrees a couple years ago and thought this company had decent benefits(turns out they don’t), and no one there really knows how to design, produce, or market a computer game in the year 2019, except one guy who’s never even in the office because he’s the only one with business experience and all his labor goes towards hustling with investors to keep this rouse afloat

Also like this whole thing feels like the scene in Toy Story where Woody takes Buzz’s arm and pretends that he’s doing fine from Sid’s window when actually he’s having a mental breakdown? Like HeR is just scrambling for any substance of a game they have to throw out on social media once it’s been a little too long and people are catching on to the fact that this game isn’t going to happen
