I was rereading the Unbelievable Gwenpool run and West Coast Avengers bc ppl generally agree that these are where she’s written the best so I can compare it to her later writing (ill make a post about that later probably) and,,, god I forgot the way ppl treat her and talk about her, and when you condense all that language into one space (via screenshots below) it feels like straight up bullying,,, now is the perfect time to use that beautiful image from @dykevotions

All of these are from comics rated T+ but some of the language is… ouch. If anyone wants me to put a specific cw or tw I will

I think the most notable ppl who don’t are Batroc (eventually) and Kate, they just roll with it and work better as a team because of it

Oh and future Sarah realizing that antagonizing Gwen (and trying to kill her) is just pushing her further away and into a future where she hurts her friends. That treating her like a villain will make her act like a villain, shocking revelation wow
