I made a second part...
The next time the Doctor encountered the Toymaker, he had been sitting in his TARDIS, waiting for Donna to get her morning coffee from a local café, when cold arms came around his neck, locking him into the place.
“Stop struggling”, the Toymaker muttered from behind him and the Doctor had to do his everything to stay calm and still. “There you go, good boy.”
“What do you want now?” the Time Lord asked through the gritted teeth.
His nemesis didn't answer at first, just ruffled his prey’s hair lazily, humming a tune.
“Bored”, he finally admitted. “I just want to play with you~”
“Go play with yourself”, the Doctor snarled without thinking.
The Toymaker chuckled quietly when the other man added fast: “Actually, don't. Just… get lost or something.”
“No~”
Slowly the arms slipped away from him and the Doctor jumped up and turned around immediately, just to notice that his nemesis wasn't there anymore.
“What a pain in the butthole”, he muttered to himself and carefully sat back down.
“I could be if you ask nicely~”, the Toymaker’s voice said from somewhere around the TARDIS.
“Get. Out!” the Doctor ordered but only got a small laugh as a reaction.
Silence fell into the time machine for a few seconds before it was broken by the Toymaker.
“I’m still here. Want me out? Come and find me first”, he dared cheerfully.
The Doctor tapped the console and sighed before sauntering into the endless halls of his time machine and started to look for the mad celestial.
He got into the first corridor and opened the doors, taking a peek inside of each room.
After ten or so rooms, he wandered into his library that was the last room in the current corridor.
The Doctor shut the door quietly and looked around himself, before wandering into the middle of the book shelves.
The room had a very comforting smell of old ink mixed with a little bit of dust. It brought back memories.
At the end of the room, there were two armchairs and a couch. The Time Lord noticed an open book on the other armchair and proceeded to check it. It was Lewis Carroll’s ‘Through the Looking Glass’.
“It is a good book. I usually find myself sympathizing with the Mad Hatter.”
The Doctor yelped in surprise when the Toymaker tapped his shoulder and his fight instincts kicked in. He hurled himself around fast trying to punch the other man, who wasn't there anymore, and proceeded to hit one of the shelves instead, injuring his knuckles in the process.
“Well that wasn't very nice of you”, the Toymaker commented from behind.
The Doctor turned around, holding his injured hand, and stared at the celestial who was now sitting in the armchair, wearing and old-fashioned white shirt and a vest.
They stared at each other for a while before the Toymaker sighed and rolled his hand to show him a gauze. “Come here.”
The Doctor frowned and slowly moved in front of his nemesis who got up. The Time Lord hesitated a bit before finally giving him the injured hand.
The Toymaker put the gauze gently around the wrist and knuckles, making a strong support for him.
“There. Try not to strain it too much”, he muttered, giving it a kiss before letting it go.
“T-thank you?” the Doctor mumbled quietly and the Toymaker gave him a small smile as he sat back down on the chair.
“I believe your companion is coming back”, the man said, nodding toward the door.
“Doctor?” Donna shouted from the console room.
“Coming!” The Time Lord answered and turned around to get back to the door. Right before opening it, he turned to look at the Toymaker who was smirking and leaning against the bookcase and mouthed to him: “Get out.” before walking out of the library to meet his friend.

So, I made the fic 😅
(Fourteenth Doctor x The Toymaker)
The reality bended again, leaving the Doctor alone in the old house-like structure.
He looked around himself, confused. Just a second ago, he had been standing in UNIT’s conference room but now… he had no clue where he was.
“My my, ish ze liddle Doktor confused?” said a mocking German accent. It sounded like it was coming from around the place as if every corner had a speaker.
The Toymaker.
“Show yourself, you coward!” the Doctor roared, a bit scared of the situation and letting it out in the form of aggression. “And drop the accent, we both know damn well that you can speak perfect English.”
There was a deep sigh, following a click and ring of a bell.
The Doctor turned around to see a door with the bell at the top of it by the end of the corridor. It was an invitation, maybe even daring. He didn't care to think which one it was, just walked toward the door.
The knob felt cool against his palm as he turned it and pushed the door open.
The room was similar to the TARDIS’s console room except it was much more dim than usual and had light-gray lighting making the place look a bit eerie.
The Doctor slowly walked in, looking around himself, eyebrows frowning. He touched the console gently, looking for anything that might indicate his nemesis’s plans.
“Quite dashing that time machine of yours”, the Toymaker remarked from the upper platform where he was leaning against the rail. He was wearing a bright yellow flannel shirt with sleeves rolled up, a red (t-)shirt under it and jeans. His hair was now short and sort of spikey.
The Doctor glared at him carefully as the celestial being started to slowly move down the stairs.
“What is this place?” the Time Lord asked, trying to keep his voice calm. His hearts were pounding against his chest in fast pace as the Toymaker approached him, soon invading his personal space.
“What does it look like?” the Toymaker asked, eyes glimmering and his lip curled in annoyance when the Doctor answered with: “It’s like staring into the void with void staring right back at you.”
“I meant the environment.”
“Oh.” the Doctor nodded a little bit. “It’s a console room of the TARDIS.”
The Toymaker gave him a half smile before nodding at the bench behind them. “Sit.”
“I prefer to stay on my feet, thanks”, the Time Lord muttered and yelped loudly when the madman shoved him against the bench with ease.
Before the Doctor could get a grasp of the situation, the Toymaker came to sit on his lap, letting his hands lean against the other man’s shoulders lazily.
“What are you playing now?” the Time Lord asked, trying to look more brave than he actually felt like.
“Currently?” the celestial shrugged. “Nothing. But if you feel the need to name this situation, I would call it ‘One time won't make you gay’.”
He caressed his prey’s hair softly and tilted his head before giving the Doctor a long, tender kiss on the lips.
Time Lord stiffened out of horror and just in the blink of an eye, he was alone again, sitting on a bench in the hallway. Opposite of him, on the wall, was written ‘UNIT’.
He shook his head and got up before running back to the conference room.

Master: Do you have a better idea for what I'm supposed to do when the Doctor annoys me besides being evil?
Jo: You could just say "sticks and stones may break my bones..."
Master, nodding: "But chains and whips excite me."
Jo: No! You know that's not where I was going with that!
