People take back control of their terrible memories and trauma, but the process is messy and can make people uncomfortable, which is why I assume you made this post because you got TrIgGeReD

you should try talking to a therapist one of these days, I’m sure there’s things like online counseling that you can consider looking into, and it’s free!
