Regus UNAUTHORIZED took money from my personal bank account
Twice now Regus has gone into my bank account UNAUTHORIZED AND TAKEN money.  There is a check box that says autopayment.  I did not check it.  This happened last year and this time they took, in one day, overdrawing my account over almost $1800.  It's grand theft.  For two days, every hour, I have emailed help desk, community manager, supervisor, sales manager and no one has gotten back to me.  The customer service sucks. REGUS has twice committed grand larceny against me!  NEVER RENT FROM REGUS!!  BTW, because they went into my debit account and claimed in was point of purchase, that is claimed I was there to give them my card, Bank of America is telling me they cannot do anything to stop the charges!!!!

Regus is by far one of the WORST companies i have ever worked at. Looking at the entires on this page helps me know that the shit i went thru working there didn’t just happen to me. I know pretty much everyone on this page rented from Regus but let me just say that i worked there as a community associate and i wouldn’t even recommend renting an office from Regus. The only good thing about working there was meeting some great clients and i had the best manager. One post i read was about a client not being able to have their day office rescheduled and lemme just say, i always rescheduled clients even if they had the room the next day. A lot of the managers and associates dont like to accommodate for the clients because they’re always trying to max the revenue. Everything is about maxing revenue. They CUT OUT BONUSES from the employees for them to have more revenue! I hated working here and i will never work there again or recommend it to someone else. The whole company is corrupt and they try to make loopholes so they can catch the customer in a trap and take their money. I always felt like the area manager i had was racist because me and my co worker were the only minorities in our cluster and we were always in trouble or ignored or they were being fake af with us! We never got a straight answer about anything (especially when COVID happened) and they always made us take the fall for the shitty job the help desk didn’t do. I was yelled at about once a day from understandably frustrated clients to where i would go home crying because the help desk kept ignoring the clients and not helping them when they did answer! Don’t rent from here and don’t work here!!!

Nightmare company
Hello,
I had same situation like all of you🤬
Regus overcharged me but i did dispute this amount then they sent me final notice before collection.
I tried to reach out to them( they have horrible customer service)finally got someone on the phone after waiting more then an hour, he told me he cant do anything cause i sign a contract after being misled by the rep who open the account.
My question is what really happen if i wont pay what the dont deserves?
can they report it on  my credit?

DON"T DO IT! REGUS SUCKS
Our company rented a small office from Regus from mid December 2018 to the end of January 2019.  The entire ordeal cost over 6,000.00 dollars including mis-billing and incorrect late fees.  As of this writing in Mid July of 2019 we have still not received our deposit refund.  Having dealt with every level of Regus I can tell you we will NEVER use their services again and will actively do all we can to make sure no one else does either.  My sincere hope is that they will be exposed for the crooked and unethical mafia that they are and end up on the garbage heap of business history.  If you work for Regus, you are part of the problem  Quit and become a good person again.  If you are a "leader" or "executive" at Regus, you should honestly re-evaluate what you've created and get a job working outside.  You're not cut out for business.

Business Plan for 2019: Primary focus on shareholders NOT customers
http://investors.iwgplc.com/~/media/Files/I/IWG-IR/reports-and-presentations/2019/consolidated-report-and-accounts-2018.pdf
This report pretty much sums up the ethical negligence and misconduct pervasive in this organization.
"Our focus in 2019 and for the foreseeable future remains on achieving and sustaining the profitable growth."
"A key characteristic of our business model is its cash generation capability through strong profit conversion."
"We remain focused on profitable growth, delivering attractive returns and monetising our leading global network."
"We remain very confident in our industry and its structural growth drivers and the strength of our position in the industry with a growing, profitable and cash generative proven business model."
"We continue with a sustainable and progressive dividend policy that reflects both our confidence in the long-term prospects of the business and our desire to reward shareholders for their loyalty."
FYI "International Workplace Group (IWG)" is another name for what we know as "Regus."
For more fun, read the complaints made to BBB about this company and why the have an F rating. See how many of the complaints echo yours.

I was scammed too
I rented office space from Regus and they continued to charge me after I'd moved out. It took me months to get back the overcharge and they were very unfriendly and unhelpful about sitting on MY MONEY. Never again. Don't be scammed by their pretty modern office pictures - service does not match.

Regus is terrible. I could go on and on with every story, but the most recent issue is that I cancelled the contract so it wouldn't renew. Regus acknowledged that I did that correctly by email, and everything. Well, Regus' central computer still doesn't know this, and so I get bills and threatening calls all the time.  No one wants to help.  I am 50 years old and they are the worst company I have ever dealt with.  Worse than Comcast, worse than Direct TV, worse them everything.

Regus Ripped Me OFF
It was my first time using the Regus website. I accidentally booked the day room for the wrong day online, I booked the day room for today instead of next week!  Within 1 minute I was on the phone to let them know I made a mistake and if they could move the appointment to next week. They said I need o give them 2 weeks notice for cancellation.  I explained i just booked it 10 minutes ago.  They said there is nothing they can do!  I explained I am a new member and it was a honest mistake. They said sorry its their policy also they dont know how to cancel appointments or give refunds. Sorry.  Can you believe it?! Completely insane. Incompetent is the only word that really can describe this matter.  First and last time booking with Regus.  Be weary of booking with them.

CROOKS!
What a garbage company.  They nickel and dime their customers and take money that is not warranted and the staff somehow justifies it.  I had a Regus off years past and had a bad experience and thought I would try again but regret it now.
NEVER AGAIN.

Domain name says it all!
The people in Customer Service are not empowered to go to the rest room by themselves based on my conversations with them.
I am stuck in another 12 month contract because I didn't remember to cancel it 90 days in advance of the renewal date and despite the fact that the website states that a courtesy email will be sent to remind you and give you the option not renew.  I never got the renewal email.  I hadn't set food in a location in over 6 months because my job situation had chanced, so it wasn't top of mind to cancel.
Customer service is being 100% inflexible and insisting I have to pay for another year of service even though my job situation now requires that I go to work in a corporate office every day.
It takes their online help people 2 weeks to respond to you.
I would NEVER recommend doing business with this company.
I have to say, the local people in the office I went to a few times were very nice.  It's customer service who is entirely worthless.

I know it maybe late for some of you but I’d like you to know...if you don’t already...they don’t actually report your debt to the credit bureau...they do send it to a collection agency however it’s never reported on your personal or business credit!!! They don’t require a ss number or tax ID to create an agreement with them.....empty threats and I agree with you all they are thieves no morals and extremely unethical
