a week ago i read from lukov with love by mariana zapata, (it’s a hate to love figure skating romance novel.) in the past week i’ve watched spinning out twice, plus a couple other tv shows about figure skating, looked up couples skating videos and found lots about tessa and scott. (THEIR CHEMISTRY WHOA!!) when i like something i get reaaal committed and honestly i like figure skating now because of that book, it’s an art and if you’re a figure skater props to you because i’ve learned that it’s incredibly hard work!!

i'm about to be controversial on main but if we were all wrong for hating book! mal they wouldn't have changed his entire character in the tv series. essentially all of his and alina's interactions were rewritten to the point of him not having a single flaw. compare it to nina and matthias scenes being word for word honest to god to the books and tell me again how i'm wrong for saying that book! mal was and stays a dickhead.
