Parts of Season 9 that I personally found unrealistic:

-Maya able to support herself financially and make rent without having a steady full time job or family support

-The contrived way she got a job at the school. Somehow the principal just walks out to meet the candidate, and the candidate is late or doesn’t show up, and she pretends to be that candidate, and he doesn’t even realize it’s not that person until the whole interview is over

-The nurse going to a drinking party with students

-Max having his own place as a high school student

-Maya disappearing for 5 days, where would she stay, and she can’t even send one text to Lola telling her she’s fine

-Likewise, Lola away from home for a whole week apparently in the greenhouse. Where would she shower, brush her teeth, go to the washroom, etc. And for the whole time she really can’t send on message telling La Mif she’s fine?

-Likewise, Maya moving in with July for an entire week and then not being able to text her just one message

-Meeting up all chill with Ely before she had apologized to month girl. Like if my friend had helped someone by letting them stay over with them all week, and then they just starting ignoring them i would be like ???

-Tiff going into to the washroom where Maya is naked in the shower and hugging her while the shower is still going, apparently for maximum emotional effect

-Of course, Maya turning things around and not being upset after one clip

-Maya being able to leave the country without giving Max advanced notice about the rent situation

I still can believe Skam S9

Dont pay attention at my rant for real , my therapist said I should write more to express my anger. So here we got...

I still can believe skam S9 ... It's not over yet but i cant believe what the writers teams did. Who the F had the idea of “rupture”. Why didn’t we learn more about Maya past except she lost her parents and her dad was problematic BUT WE FUCKING KNEW THAT ALREADYYYYYYY YALL !!!! the only new info was she still has a family member but that was it . I FIND IT SO LAZY! like I can think of ways to put background story and they did well with the flashbacks (the only good thing tbh) I can absolutely understand Ayumi when she said she was shock to learn that would the thematic when in others season more “serious” things was brought up . I can only guess she was disappointed to learn what was going on in S9. I mean the breakup think was a good idea in a way but how it was put in play was a disaster. I still believe there were plenty of ways to break them up and not just “I fall out of love because you don't say the words“I love you back” when the other is mad in love but has tons of problems.

When the writers team changed, I was sad but hopeful at the same time  because it was a team with majority women but I was still concerned because I was afraid we would loose French touche of skam David and Niels created (even though that was way too dramatic but come on we French like that shit we like too cry and laugh at the same time, we like a lil bit of DRAMA ).

I mean after watching Skam Fr S7, it was good and bad at the same time but I was understanding since that was their first try but they did some big mistake (I still cant come around the fact that Tiff didn't really apologies to Lola + and other lil things.) In S7 i was like , It's their first season let them warm up a lil, same for S8 because they filmed it at the same time. (which was a total disaster if you ask me ). So when I heard for S 9 I was like, this time you guys got time to wokr on it , you got feedbacks from fans, you are ready to deliver a good season... no excuses. Well, they did good at first, everyone was surprise on how good it was but then fucked up and fucked Maya characters at the same time. They also fucked up Mayla Couple since S7 whtih this "I want to live with you to help with rent/I don't know how to tell you i m not ready to live with you" that was so unnecessary and in S9 since the couple was "fragile" They just killed it , for the sak of "realism." F that.

The only thing they did good was , the cinematography/” la bande son” (no idea what word it is in English), Ayumi , Flavie were phenomenal like they saved the show somehow. Special mention to June, Mamie Etienne, The actresses who play Tiff and Jo because they also did a good job. They used redouane and bilal in my book.

Plus THAT would be cruel , I think , they are still making efforts to show us little details that the love is still there and for what ? FOR THE iconic Mayla ENDGAME couple Yess I’m back on this ship ,

I m starting to believe that maybe Mayla Endgame is happening in S10 not S9 ut then again , I'm like they will do no shit ... so imagine if Mayla is actually over. I'm not ready for that ... I thinkI should forget about skam Fr for like 6 months and then come back with the "certitude" that Our fav couple is going strong , and not some MayJune (even though I kinda like that Calendar Girl but away from Lola's Maya, youalready know)
