She let the silence drag, just for the fun of it, before tilting her head with a smirk. "Bold of you," she mused, eyes glinting with amusement. "Considering we’ve never spoken before. But I'll give you points for effort." She leaned back, crossing her arms, letting him sweat a little. "Tell me, do you make a habit of asking strangers to dinner, or am I just special?" A beat. Then, lips quirking, she added, "Because if it's the second one… you might have to try a little harder to impress me."
